Gorgeous looking plant, you can tell she's definitely an indica strain by those beautiful fat leaves that she has, I'm very excited to try this strain for the 1st time, and also it's the first time I grow a strain from this Spanish Bank from the canary islands! I'm pumped to be able to grow her this year, let's see how she performs!!

Day 64 since seed touched soil. Huge disaster !!!!! ussually i water them every 4-5 days, but i got stucked in my summer time house on the lake and was with the girls after 7 days !!! some took heavy damage, some leaves were dry as paper and brittle, at this point i was heavily thinking to chop all and stop that nonsense, worst grow in my life with so many troubles ... Lsd is 75 days old and 35 days in flowering stage. Lsd is looking great I feel like she is growing slowly if any have any ideas on if I’m doing anything wrong. Day 76 I feel so much better she is like great I used my iPad and I could not believe it I seen trichome with my own eyes 👀 wow it was amazing.

End of 4th week soil had dry out so wasn’t taking any waters? Plants droopy like crazy had to soak them in the sink to get soil wet. Good after that gave them a little nutrients since it’s day 37 and they are doing really good. Took some leaves of that were blocking bud sites and little lst to stretch this branchesw

Added 3 mars hydro sp3000 300 watt led bars I got locally for under 100$ Chopped one down that just wouldn’t vertically stop growing and was suffocating the rest of the plants and now everyone has good light penetration all around Buds are getting fatter and the smell is insane AN BASE b52 bud factor x bud candy and overdrive

Flowering Update – Late Flower This week the plants continued to bulk up, and the buds are noticeably denser than before. The trichomes are becoming increasingly cloudy, showing that harvest is getting close. The weather has improved compared to the previous heat wave. Daytime temperatures are around 33°C, while nighttime temperatures have dropped to about 20°C. The larger day/night temperature swing has finally triggered some purple coloration on the Banana Purple plants, which was a pleasant surprise after weeks of waiting. Overall, I’m very happy with how both the naturally grown plants and the LST-trained plants turned out. One interesting observation is the difference between the Sour Jealousy plants: * The natural plant developed fewer but much larger and thicker colas. * The LST plant produced more flowering sites, but the individual buds are noticeably slimmer. This suggests that, at least in my setup with autoflowers and relatively small pots, LST increased the number of buds but didn’t necessarily improve the overall size of each cola. The Banana Purple plants are clearly the most advanced. Most pistils have turned orange/brown, and the trichomes are mostly cloudy. They appear to be about one week away from harvest. The Sour Jealousy plants are slightly behind and will likely need another 1–2 weeks to fully mature. After gradually reducing the flowering nutrients, I decided to stop feeding ATA Terra Max completely on the Banana Purple plants and continue with plain water until harvest. The Sour Jealousy plants will receive one or two light feedings before switching to water only. I also changed my watering routine. Instead of watering daily, I now water only when the pots feel light, allowing the root zone to dry slightly between irrigations. This should improve root oxygenation and avoid unnecessary stress. Overall, despite the extreme heat earlier in flowering and even a hailstorm that damaged several fan leaves, the flowers remained intact and continued developing well. I’m very satisfied with the progress and excited to compare the final yield and quality between the naturally grown plants and the LST-trained ones for both Banana Purple and Sour Jealousy.

🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Due to the trichome pictures I took on Day 61—which you can check out too—I’ve made an unexpected decision to harvest my plant a bit earlier than planned and make some changes. 🌿 Watering and Flushing: The last time I watered was on Day 61, using all the usual nutrients at the doses I mentioned before. But after seeing the trichome pictures, I decided to start a light flush today. I gave the plant 4 liters of plain water to begin flushing and will now only water lightly on Day 64. After that, no more water until harvest on Day 67. 🌑 Dark Period: From Day 66 to Day 67, I plan to keep the plant in darkness. I’m not entirely sure if this will make a difference, but I’m curious to try it out. ✂️ Defoliation: The plant is doing well, and I’ve done a thorough defoliation. I removed all leaves that aren’t sugar leaves or directly attached to the buds to improve air circulation and reduce the risk of mold as I approach the end of the grow. 💭 Trimming Decisions: I’m still undecided about whether to do a wet trim or a dry trim. Based on what I’ve read, especially regarding the yield from trim, I’m leaning towards dry trimming, as it might give me more usable trim material. I can feel the plant entering its final phase, and I’m getting really excited about the results and what the next few days will bring. Remember, I post a video update every day. - Day 57 Watering day. Gave 3 Liters today, see how fast she'll drink that up. Day 59 Not much too report other than that the buds keep bulking up for now ^^. Day 61 Gave her another 2.5 liters today pot was fully dry after 4 days, so gave her a bit less this time. She smells great, very deep smell, almost smells like tobacco somehow, but sweet. Buds still have quite a few white pistils so she will still take a few weeks to finish I think. Day 63 Buds are definitely still bulking up 😍 definitely strong buds, very colorful and got a really nice smell going. I removed some yellowing leaves today and my fingers got stiiiiicky.

13.12.2025 Today I did cut her off and my heart is bleeding. She was such a beautiful plant and depending on the smoke-check I will grow her again. Her smell is skunky-citric, with notes of whiskey and fireplace and just calling out to be smoked. I will give an update on her quality but up for now she needs to dry slowly but surely to be ready for christmas 🌸💜

There was mold on the bud at the end of one branch, that plant left with me to dry.

Always cool to see what old school strains are all about. If there’s something experience has taught me is that classics are classics for a reason, and that’s the theme of this cycle. The germination was exceptionally fast, followed by the development of a thick stalk and huge broad leafs, this Gorilla surely started strong. Humidity and temperature kept fairly high throughout the week (70%/ 24°C), with regular misting, which they love! So far so good, feels like a happy and healthy seedling. Let’s see what she’s got 💪🌱

3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. I have a few bottom branches that look every promising for my clone material on each. 3/31/2023 Week 6- Day 7 of Veg (Day 58 overall) #3 is at 16" Tall #2 is at 13" Tall

[2026-Feb-27 | Day 63] - She's really developing fast now, and drinking a ton. The estimated 60 day flowering time might just be accurate after all. she seems happy for the most part, and not showing any signs of overfeeding yet. I've increased lighting to 38 DLI at present, and aside from a small amount of bleaching/burning on a couple of fan leaves, the rest are putting out lots of trichomes to compensate. I will try to increase lighting a little more in the coming week to help maximize energy production and bud development, then start to taper off after that as buds start to ripen. If she continues to develop this fast, she might just end up getting harvested around the same time as the blueberry bastard nearby.

Gorilla, gorilla, my problem child. The only one popping out of 5 but she is weaker than her roommates. She stays behind compared to them. But what can I do other than TLC, she has the best conditions, which are optimal in this grow room, also judging by the other two plants. Until I have a bigger operation, which in the current political climate, is not soon, where I can make mothers and clone them, breed my own strains, and root out runts like this, we do it like life. We play the hand as it is dealt to us and we love all our children the same... although this one is special. So not a genderfluid Silverback yet, but it ain't over till the voluptuous lady sings. We shall nurse this little runt until adulthood, who knows she might surprise us, she should have the mighty Gorilla Glue Number Fouh genes in there somewhere. Now come on out here and show daddy what you're made of... This week we spread out the leaves and branches, some leaf tucking and gentle LST, to prepare for some higher stress and super cropping today. Two days back we made the switch and set the lights to 12/12. Now the flowering stretch will begin, thus we bend the branches further outward in preparation for the canopy. When I do this I notice the branches are thick and sturdy, with no breakage at all unlike my previous grow, the gelato 33. I snapped some branches applying the super cropping and just normal bending with those. It seems like the fan (I didn't have a good option previous grow, hence the flimsier branches there) but also this lighting and soil regime are topnotch, asides from outdoor I haven't seen such lush bushiness yet, even on a more runt-like plant. This MarsHydro SP3000 is still performing great, such controlled temperatures, such an ocean of light. I only wish I started growing with this earlier. With this I'm going to simulate sunrise and sunset and try to prevent stress by easing the light in and out, like in nature. We are in flowering now, very excited to see what she will do here. What can she perform? Will she cover the net? Will she deliver gorgeous buds, like she is known to do?
