Hi Gromies, on day 8 I transplanted the seedlings into their final 15 ltr homes & set up the automated watering system, I also started them on low dose nutrients. They are under 200watts of light, which may seem a little to much, however they are sharing the veg tent with a couple of Auto's, & that's why the wattage is that high otherwise I would start them on less & build it up gradually. It doesn't seem to be affecting them, actually the Tropicana cookies seem to really like it. All is going well. The mephisto is has bounced back and pushing hard. All the plants still have a high runoff but has been pushing hard this last week or so. Ph run off has been around 7.6 from around 8.4ph😬😬 I kinda gave up on the freeze berry but I started checking it out and I didnt notice how well the branching is on that plant and how frosty it is. the freeze berry has been getting set up nicely hoping it fills out nicely because the branching and spacing on that one is not too shabby I'm not sure wth is going on with the big bomb that one decided to just grow like a bush real fast and has soo many bud sites but is flowering super slow.. I started all the seeds at the same time except the mephisto is about a week or two younger than the rest. The crystal meth is about ready I'm going to start flushing that here sometime this week when I get my new ph pen.

Plant 1 (84 days): 39,5g Got some pretty nice looking buds out of it, not very dense tho, left them to dry for around 12 Days, humidity droped below 50% during the day which kinda scared me but i think they turned out nicely Plant 2 (96 days): 65,4g Buds are way denser, removed the bigger stuff while it was still wet and trimmed the rest once it dried.

This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

👉Last week the plant was showing a little fade, and still had a fair amount of clear trichomes. There were only a scant few fresh pistols and the plant was slowly ripening. This week, after switching to the ripening nutrient mix, I did see the plant gain more typical autumn colors, and I saw the buds plump a little more. There is foxtailing but its frost as it can get. While the bud structure wont be something a dispensary might sell, I have never bought from a dispensary, and all my plants that have foxtailed still gave killer buzz. I am sure the colors are because the tent temps at night were in the mid 60s and perhaps a bit lower at times. Even some cooler temps during the day. The trichomes have pretty much gone mostly cloudy and the plant looks as ready as it can get. I plan on Harvesting either tonight or tomorrow. 👉I switched to the ripening mix this week and was probably a week slow to switching. I continued with the frequent fertigation all week and performed no ‘flushing’ per se. I did give it a couple of H20nly irrigation followed by full strength nutrient fertigation’s. The EC of run off was not spiking, but the pH was dropping noticeably so I used the irrigation and high volume fertigation’s to keep the media pH in the target range of mid to high 5’s. The plants roots are obviously very dense and it takes up to 10+ minutes to give it 3l of solution. 👉The aroma is very strong. It smells of the generic funky stank, with a pleasant sweet note. I vent directly outside and when the breezes are swirling it envelopes the outdoors with the skunky stank my wife hates. She exclaims daily how much it smells of a skunk outside. This makes me happy because I know Im doing it right! The aroma is strong enough that even strong winds can not blow the wonderful aroma away. 👉My phone doenst take the best pix, it distorts the actual color hues and I have adjusted some of them to be more accurate. The phone doesnt adjust to the grow lights to true colors. I will be harvesting the plant tommorow. so Next update will be when all harvest and cure data is complete in 6 weeks.

She popped through the soil in 5 days and is doing great so far. Stretched a little more than I prefer, but it may help with the LST bending I have planned. Just getting water so far.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Sundae Driver, she smells amazing, just kidding. I am feeding her with a syringe just plain water every 2-3 days and just lightly around the edge of the solo cup. I then go by weight of the cup to avoid over feeding. I will hopefully transplant to a solo cup in 7-10 days if all goes well. This is my first run with Royal Queen Seeds Genetics but I have smoked the hell out of some sundae driver genetics in the past and they were some of the best tasting nugs you could ever ask for. I plan to build a mainline and flip to 12/12 as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend. A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

Strong, grows pretty fast. Beginner friendly strain, easy to maintain. Just make sure to defoliate her often, or it will bush up before you know it!

Buds are getting ripe. Pistils are 75% brown and trichomes on buds have amber and are cloudy and sugar leaves have 30% amber. Flushing next week for a few days then chopping.
