Que pasa familia, vamos con la tercera semana de floración de estas Gorilla girl F1 de Sweetseeds. Vamos al lío, las plantas se trasplantaron a macetas de 7 litros. El ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/21 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 70% de potencia. Me gustaría estar más encima este cultivo pero la salud me está impidiendo un poco este 100% con el proyecto. She's a mess! Her buds are sooo heavy, they are falling over. She suffered from nute lockout and ph issues, but I see her leaves greening up again, so maybe she's getting better. I don't know what it means, but her stems are purple. She also has some foxtailing that I think the environment contributed to. It gets very hot in my make shift tent. These are her last weeks. No more nutes, just water from now on. I will be harvesting her on Sunday due to personal time constraints. I hope she's good! Thanks for stopping by and stay tuned.

Unfortunately I don't have any better pictures because once I remove the net that was giving support to the buds and they were so big that the plant could barely hold the weight anymore so taking pictures holding everything with one hand using the device in the other was it a little bit of a challenge oh well I guess it's a good problem to have I will update when they are completely dry and cure. I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 105 grams please consider that when they comes to my scale weight i wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in night so I want to avoid mold on them.so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice. After two weeks in jars the send hose cheese has incremented a lot and the scent of Barry as well it has a very powerful High but Pleasant very nice strain to grow incredibly vigorous and with a high yield capability another win for Dinafem Thank you for reading have a happy grow.

I’m quite surprised as to how well these girls are looking and smelling!! They’re quality genetics but i also believe every strain will provide pros and cons during the grow. This one particularity has been quite the learning experience. Cannabis is quite the resilient plant and I definitely like growing them. As far as this week goes they’re definitely producing more trichomes and resin glands and appears there’s no more stretch from the plant. No more new growth even small amounts hidden within the canopy. I did a little flush earlier this week and it made the tips of what fan leaves turn yellowish so it def means we’re getting close to the end. Prob got another 2 weeks before I fully flush for Atleast a week then pulling them down. The trichs will be the ultimate deciding factor. I’ll pull when i see the first sign as I like more of a heady high than a couch-lock with little to none clear. Well till next week y’all happy growin and hopefully ya had a good thanksgiving

Bueno como sabrán ya teníamos un problema ... Como pudimos ver o podemos observar que el riego abundante con agua y suspender la fertilización de la plata fue lo mejor ... Para que pudiera vivir o seguí adelante ya que en las fotos adjuntadas podemos observar como su coloración principal está volviendo a ser un verde claro ... Por ende la planta está tomando nutrientes perfecta mente agregando minerales exactos y ocupando una dosis más baja de lo usual ... Ya que logramos recuperar la planta a su 80% aprox veremos qué tal se termina compartando en lo que le queda de floración .... Después vienen unas cepas iguales para ver pa comparación con la sobre fertilización y con una producción sana ... Atte SpotWeed

Giving Alien Vs Triangle a second try after my first started showing signs of herming (bananas). Planted the seed directly in soil and she sprouted in 5 days. I'm not going to do HST bending as I did with the first one. I know I accidentally went overboard with HST the first time and that most likely caused her to herm out. I want to get her to harvest as quickly as possible so just going to do some light defoliation and a FIM pinch on this girl. The first AVT smelled insanely good when I chopped her, I'm looking forward to bringing this one to a proper harvest. 👍 My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Good growth this week,switched nutes to advanced nutrients after my other nutes went off.Seeing instant results so happy days. 🤞🍁

What an incredible grow this has been! It's definitely up there with my best and favorite indoor grows I've done on Grow Diaries so far. It had a strong, resilient and beautiful growth from the first week when it fell all the way to harvest. Definitely an easy plant to grow that had an amazing pay off in the end. I think it's safe to say that anyone could grow this strain with mid level supplies and minimal experience and get good results. If I ran more powerful lights and kept a more comfortable environment (humidity etc) I don't see why my yields couldn't get even better with each grow. Even at the 4 ounces of good smokeable buds and 1 and 1/2 of trim and larf I was very satisfied . After drying and curing the plant had a strong smell with hints of flowers and sweet fruit. The taste was subtle fruity and sweet too. Where the Blue Monkey really shines is with making concentrates. I was able to do a few different projects with it. First I did some rosin pressing where the return rate was just barely under a 20%, which is very good. A 4 gram squish giving .8 gram back, that's the best return I've gotten off just bud, no kief or hash pressing. Then I decided to make some rick simpson oil. Ground buds and trim, decarb it, put it into the jars with high proof alcohol 150+, let it sit and shake overnight and then strain into a dark tincture, then use double boiler with no open flames to evaporate all of the alcohol out, and suck up into some syringes. I got 12 ml total...which is equal to 12 grams of RSO. It was awesome, you can smoke it, use it for edibles, a good diverse concentrate. * Don't forget to make your mom a care package, she'll be happy.💚 All in all this was the most productive, and educational grow I've had all year. Not to mention the plant and buds were just gorgeous! Thank you @exoticseed this was an amazing seed you created.

finally here we are, the transition to flowering begins after 7 weeks the girls are ready, with some feeding problems, I will try to give them what they prefer and now the countdown begins.

Off to another great start, with feeding can’t wait to see what adventures these girls will test my learning knowledge in this hobby I’m enjoying!!

30/08/2025 - tenho vindo a regar alternadamente com água de garrafão e água da torneira que deixo descansar ao sol por 24h, acredito que esteja a ter um problema no EC da água mas não tenho medidor de EC. Vou comprar para a próxima run pois nesta já está muito tarde para mexer ou ajustar seja o que for. Mas de qualquer forma vou tentar esmiuçar com o que tenho para entender melhor o problema. Vai dar um fumo excelente, o cheiro está muito forte, formação de tricomas. Obrigado a toda a comunidade por me ajudar com as minhas questões. Ajudaram imenso. Estou a adorar a experiência de fazer este diário ! Obs: Com a ajuda da comunidade acabei por perceber que o problema pode ter origem em vários fatores, como dito em cima (sem medido de EC) palpito que seja o Ec da agua que tenho colocado, fiz um calculo e o Ec da agua e são cerca de 130-150uS/cm, o que por si só é muito aceitável. No entanto a composição da agua é: Ca2+ 1.5mg/L Na+ 25mg/L Cl- 19mg/L HCO3- 47.1mg/L Conclusão: Ainda teria de verificar o Ec do runoff dos vasos, mas sem medidor é-me totalmente impossível, deste modo as possíveis causas que encontrei seriam 2: o uso excessivo de chás aerados, pode ter aumentado demasiado a sacarose do solo e com isso a vida microbiana que por si só aumenta o Ec do solo, outro possível problema, que para mim será o mais provável, é a composição da agua que rego, tem uma quantidade de sódio relativamente alta (mais de 10 mg/l), sódio é um dos piores elementos em excesso no cultivo, não é um nutriente essencial para a planta (serve apenas em traços), compete com K, Ca e Mg nas raízes bloqueado a absorção, e acumula-se com facilidade no substrato pois não é consumido pela planta. Por ultimo, as quantidades de Ca e Mg são relativamente baixas o que pode criar um défice destes nutrientes com ainda mais facilidade nestas condições. Quando regado com este tipo de agua o ideal seria fazer um runoff em todas as regas de 10% (como um leve flush), para evitar acúmulos de sais no substrato, coisa que quase nunca fiz ao longo do cultivo.
