Temperature and measurements listed in grow conditions are averaged for the week. The pH listed in the grow conditions is soil pH. Nutrients listed in nutrients section are ml/per gallon of soil. Day 1 we had rain showers in the morning and throughout the day. They showed first sign of flower. Day 2 we had rain in the morning, drizzle and showers in the afternoon. The ferrous sulfate reduced the soil pH from just above 7 to just below. I added 10ml blood meal and 10ml ferrous sulfate top dressed to each pot. The nitrogen should boost the stretch during early flower. The additional ferrous sulfate should keep the pH in the 6.5-7 range and help with chlorosis during early flower. Day 3 we had more rain, drizzle, and mist all day. The soil pH is responding slowly. It's down to 6.8 Day 4 we had rain all morning. The pots are soaked. Day 5 we missed the scattered showers, but it's been 80-90% humidity. We did have lots of sunshine. Day 6 we had lots of sunshine and temperatures above 80° F Day 7 we had lots of sunshine with temperatures in the mid 80's F. I had to water about .5 gallons directly from the hose. The well water is 7.6 pH and 50°F. Overall this week was a success this plant more than doubled in height. There's still a small excess of phosphorous in the soil. The plant grew into it this week.

OVERALL: ~ Very happy with the grow, I really dialled everything in well this run. ~ She grew super fast, I put it down to the constant oxygenation of the rootzone along with consistent and constantly optimized light DLI and leaf to air temp variance. The extra Co2 helped push the plant to its limit in terms of heat, allowing it to push its hardest. ~ The lack of HST and Defoliation I feel let it finish faster due to lack of stress and stunting. The faster finishing time along with the big yield and efficient MarsHydro light, it hugely reduced my electricity costs per gram and freed up space much sooner for the next plant. ~ Turned into a very dense bush of buds, there is even smokable dense buds at the base of the plant due to the under canopy lighting (Not as dense as top canopy buds but still decent) ~ Ran a thin line between stressing the plant and letting it flourish. The buds came out big and very dense, also it's hard to see on camera but they're very frosty too (Prob from UVB) YIELD: ~ 145g (dry) in just 9 weeks from seed. ~ 753g (Wet) ~ 0.91g/watt GENETICS: ~ MSNL - Gorilla Glue Auto ~ my favorite strain, as you can tell by my username! STRAIN REVIEW: ~ Heavy hitter, like an indica but has some of that "feel it in your face" sensation of a strong sativa. Not as heavy or as strong as other GG#4's I have smoked, which would make me question the genetics used to produce the auto version. I will wait till after a cure and judge it again. TRAINING: ~ No defoliation or HST (Bar last week for pics) ~ A little LST and leaf tucking but largely just left the plant alone to do its thing. I felt chopping healthy parts off the plant would slow the plant down and leave it with less chlorophyll to photosynthesize the light. ~ I did prune by lightly plucking dead leaves away, when the plant was ready to let them go easily. DRYING ~ 20/21'C 50% RH with air circulation. ~ Homemade Drybox made using: 2 x Bankers Boxes ~ 2 x USB Desk Fans ~ 1 x Carbon Filter ~ 6 x Clothes Hangers UPDATE: Day 5 after Harvest: ~ Fast dried some small batches, as we couldn't wait to sample. ~ Chopped off branches as some are down to 12% moisture whilst bigger buds are up at 18%. Moving to paper bag for couple of days to even moisture out then transferring to jars CURING: ~Curing in jars 3/4 full. ~ Dark closet/18'C/50% RH ~ Jars burped once Hygro passes 65% and sealed when it drops to 58%. ~ Stabilised it at 62% and after 2 weeks I'll drop it some more and stabilise it at 58% to bring out more of the flavour. ~Sitting in jars with Boveda 62% at this stage. ~ Already tastes and feels great. WATER: ~ Condensed (Starting at 40ppm) ~ Disinfected prior to adding nutrients etc. (Using COOSPIDER UVC - 253nm & 187nm bulb) CLIMATE: ~ Ambient Air Temp = 29'C ~ 28'C LST ~ Leaf to air temp variance of between 1'C ~ Night Temp = 22/23'C ~ Day/Night temp differential 6-7'C ~ Under Canopy Temp: 26'C (Day) ~ 21'C (Night) ~ Relative Humidity = 50-60%RH (Avg. 55%RH) ~ VPD = 1.45kPa (Avg.) ~ Co2 ranges from 900ppm to 1500ppm (Avg. 1200ppm) AIR PRESSURE: ~ Ambient Air Pressure (outside tent) = Mean Avg. 1010 mbars (101 Kilopascals) ~ Actual Air Pressure (inside tent) = Mean Avg. 1005 mbars (100.5 Kilopascals) ~ Air Pressure Differential = up to 0.5 kPa range between inside & outside LIGHT: ~ UVB (High intensity @ 45cm) ~ 2 hours daily mid light cycle. ~ Warm White 3000K/White 5000k/Far Red (660nm) ~ At plant canopy = PPFD 900-1000umols/s/m2 ~ Lux 45,000-55,000 ~ Daily Light Integral 55-65 ~ Under canopy lighting ~ Blue (460nm)/ Red (630nm) NUTRIENTS: ~ Mostly Advanced Nutrients (For base nutrients and most additives, as only company I could find scientific data on) ~ Canna (For Calmag Agent and Cannazym) ~ Plant Success (Great White Mycorrhizae) ADDITIONAL GROW TECHNIQUES: INFECTION PREVENTION & CONTROL: Infection control practices i.e ~ PPE, Alcohol Hand wash ~ Gray room outside tent, ~ Carbon filter ~ HEPA filter ~ Plasma Ionizer ~ Inline UV-C germicidal bulb ~ Also using an additional higher powered COOSPIDER (UVC) 253nm & 187nm bulb, to disinfect the gray room outside of the tent once a week for 30 mins. ~ Ozone (o3) gas that is produced using the COOSPIDER, is then directed into the tent to further control any unwanted pathogens. ~ Ed Rosenthal (Zero Tolerance organic pesticide), sprayed once a week as preventative measure. On hand for heavier use (Once every 3 days before lights out for 15 days) in the case of an outbreak (No outbreaks yet, due to aforementioned preventative measures)

Ummm... get Advanced Nutrients. The amazing difference is differently amazing. I can't say anything bad about GHE, it's just insanely better than over here on the Advanced Nutrient side of things. Noticeable differences in 3 days. If you have any questions, send me a message. I've done a ton of research on Advanced Nutrients and can basically tell you "what's what" in comparison to GHE and save you a couple bucks. Knowledge is power, friends! I'm still using my GHE Diamond Nectar in-place of Advanced Nutrients Rhino Skin until the bottle is gone. It's all humic acid, no big deal. I'll change to AN when I'm done. My buds are purple. Never in a million years would I have guessed I got purple genetics on my first grow. We'll see if they stay around! Defoliation: Only larger fan leaves to open canopy. Day 46 - 8/12: We had a huge storm that did not knock our power out, luckily. All of the girls are thriving and tomorrow I receive the remaining nutrients. They are going fucking bananas. Temps are 77s and humidity is 45-55. Perfect. Day 47 - 8/13: Holy fuck.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. On that day, I took a small tea ceremony set with me to the plantation. After enjoying some very good pu-erh tea with a pleasant alertness, we got to work. I also took some photos and shot a few videos. Later, one of these photos would win the "June Photo Contest."

The cultivation was very easy and relaxed. I just watched the insanely fast growth and did LTS. 😄 But by my mistake, the plants received a small nutrient burn, at the moment when the plants were at the end of the peak of maturation. This did not do much damage to the plants, but after that the plants were watered with clean water and washed with FlashClean. The inflorescences are dense and have a large number of trichome crystals 👌

📅 Week 14 | Days 99–105 📅 🌼🌸🌺 Late Flowering Stage 🌼🌸🌺 Day 105 🌞 – Oreoz (Harvest in Sight) 🔸 Visuals: Oreoz is now strutting her stuff like a true queen on the red carpet. The buds are rock-solid, swollen to perfection, and absolutely drenched in a frosty coat of milky trichomes. A few amber heads have started to make their debut, giving us a sweet little wink that harvest is just around the corner. The fiery orange pistils have curled in and deepened in color, making the whole plant look like a masterpiece. 🔸 Aroma & Resin: The terpene profile is now in full swing—sweet and creamy with a subtle earthy twist. Touch her once and your fingers are instantly glued together from the insane resin production. She’s basically a sticky, fragrant work of art. 🔸 Climate: The temperature couldn't be worse...towards the end, of course, it will be almost 30 degrees for the next few days. Humidity has been tamed, sitting comfortably between 50–55%, keeping mold far, far away from those dense colas. VPD remains locked in at 1.4 – 1.6, letting the buds finish without a hint of stress. 🔸 Nutrients & Water: Overdrive week is in the books. From here on out it’s plain, pH-balanced water (EC ~0.5) to flush her through. Excited to see some growth! Had clean paper towels, a dark dvd case, a nail file and tweezers. The file was just to break the outer shell a little so they suck up water faster. I'm curious if it works!

After some trial and tribulations Golden has decided to revive this diary. The ladies have been in vegetation for 90 days and it’s time to flower them. Golden is skeptical that the tent is too small but with the aggressive pruning and defoliation hopefully we will be okay. Unfortunately the Grape Diamonds did not make it and have been replaced with Apple Fritter from RQS. Bless the homie that gave her to me

End of week 4, great week. Nice healthy plants really filled the pots out. Have to stop LST due to no more space. Lights and genetics working great.

Our magnificent White OG from Seedsman has reached the finish line of her incredible journey — and what a journey it has been. This girl came through like a warrior queen. Towering, majestic, massive in size, with hues of gold and fading leaves that paint a perfect picture of the season’s farewell. Her trunk, once soft and green, now stands strong and thick like the base of a tree — a true sign of her strength and maturity. Each branch was heavy with resin-coated dreams. The aroma, the colors, the crystals — everything speaks of a harvest made with love, time, patience, and care. She is now hanging upside down, peacefully drying in her final stage, at a stable 18°C with 58–60% humidity. For the next couple of weeks, she rests — transforming, curing, becoming the essence of medicine and magic. No root talk, no weights today — today is about her beauty, her grandeur, and the end of one cycle that leads to the beginning of another. D50 last week b4 flower. Thinking of changing time for 1 hour less per day to 12. Yesterday feed with coconuts water mixed in galon of water. And it still progressing. So happy. Also after using nementados aganist fungus gnats found 4 of them sticked to yellow traps. Good f off gnats D51 nice progress again. I think i will use more nementadose 2morow as have time till 12th of August to use it. 6 days to switch. Cant wait. D52 5 fungus on stickers. Tomorow another sesion with nementados. D53 used nementados 2day morning. Get it clear of fungus 4for flowering. Hope all will be good. D54 feed with mix of biobizz root juice x malted barley flour x comfrey concetrate extract should make girls even more happy;) D55 flowering ready nearly, tomorrow last day on 18/6 D56 last day on veg. Hope flowering will go well. Just feeded with biobizz root juice and water 2day.
