D29 - 10.15 - Well frens, they may not recover from this one. All my plants look about like this right now, with all the new growth shriveled and some discoloration showing up on the fans. Plants that did not seem affected before treatment are now showing this. Let me know what you think. My treatment for 3 days in a row may have been far too harsh? Will they recover... How could they? I'd have to remove all of this bad growth... This is devastating :( D30 - 10.16 - I got my bugs and released them in all my areas, even outside my tents haha. I'm gonna rest my aching soul for a week before documenting and checking back in here. Current Status : no new damage is happening and the plants are still growing. Some of the growth is not damaged, so there seems to be a little hope. This week i will flush the plants, meaning i will only give them tapwater with the right ph and with around 450-500ppm. I have overwatered some of the plants under the LED so i will let them dry almost out before giving them water next time.. I have made alot of mistakes i think in this grow but they seem to be doing okay, i have a goal of atleast 50g from each plant, so we will see if thats realistic. Ne Obliviscaris. Humidity Day 40-45%, Night 60-65% Internodes are very close together. was hitting 450umol at seedling level making it absorb more than it can use, reduced to 280-300umol @18 hours as expected vertical growth increased. During the 18 hours of daylight the first 9 is highly saturated in blue, 5000 kelvin, the 9 hours thereafter are closer to 3000 kelvin. Last 9 hours dosed 280nm. Height is too far to cause damage. UVB light is not detected by plants in the same way other wavelength/colours are. UV cannot be measured using umol as it doesn't drive photosynthesis. The plant has tiny little sensors that get set off to even little amounts, dimer salt bridges, the UV decays these salt bridges, which initiate response. You don't need large/long exposure doses for the plant to recognize UV is present. What's an enzyme? Think of it like a multiplier, you can add an enzyme to any particular biological process to vastly increase its proficiency at a particular process. Cannabis plants take blue/violet light and use it to create an enzyme called "photolayse". This allows the plant to repair UV damage done to the plant using a process called excision repair, this repairs the damage at a much much faster rate than it could by itself. Repairing 100% damage. The key is the plant needs time to build a reserve of the repair enzymes before using it. This is replicated in nature as, by midday UV levels peak, the generally cooler mornings allow lifetime to build up. The problem I encountered was dosing with 280nm lights on or 1 hour after the lights were on. Photomorphogenesis, the plant plans for the future of its growth, if the wavelength is not present during growth then how can it plan accordingly? The very presence of UV changes parameters with which the plant will grow, light itself dictates the growth pattern of the plant. Not only that it can dramatically alter the regular terpene profile of a strain in unexpected ways. Gran daddy purple grown using 280nm can triple already high terpene linalool. Linalool is terpene best known for lavender, largely responsible for its beautiful smell. Trouble sleeping you say? Having tried Durban poison from a dispensary and reading about its levels of tetrahydrocannabivarin. I've always wanted to taste the difference UV would make to such an already stand-out strain such as Durban.

Week number 4 , I had to swap the 55w neons ramps for the HID 600w MH , plants were overtaking the light coverage surface meaning it’s time to give some more growing space under more coverage ! Also, I will start giving the first feeding by the end of the week, around 700ppm’s / 1.4mS, Cellmax Soil Mix is pre-fertilized ( like most of all horticultural Soil Mix ) and as you can see plants didn’t need any extra feeding ! Topping the plants at the 3rd node at the seedlings stage didn’t make any stress at all , they just have redirected the energy in the sides shoots as you can see on the video. End of Week 2 05/01/2020 They are growing well. Sweet Tooth #2 slowly beginning with LST. Continued... Nutrients: 2ml fishmix and 2 ml bio heaven per 1l. Now 400ml/plant per day and they get a shower a day ;-) Lightpower: 20/4 Now you get full spectrum about 330watt (2xGC4 + 1xBAR). Bloom lights for the corners, vertically, I will assemble next week. Climate control: In the box it's a tropical 27-28 degrees during the day. The relative humidity is approx. 68-70% I water in the morning and use a humidifier, I also add a bowl of water with Co2 tabs.

17.3.25: I've starred a Hulkberry auto. This was the first pack of seeds I bought! I realised it was mostly sativa, but now I'm ready to give it a go! Made my soil mix, which I will update next week. The week before the harvest. I usually harvest all leaves a week, sometimes 2 weeks before harvest. the buds look amazing! and perfectly completed!

The girls are moving along nicely just watering with water ph to 6.4 this week as I top dressed with Gaia green 4-4-4.Spider farmer Se7000 dialed in at 30 percent and to the ceiling.Noticed some minor deficiencies Day 12 and check soil slurry 50/50 soil/water and the ppm was at 780 lil high at this early stage and the culprit.Going to work on lowering that a bit this week.I did add a top layer of fox farm ocean forest as well which runs a little hot with nutrients rather than the pro mix.I have to remember with these beautiful auto flowers less is better :)

I'm not using nutrients any more , just fresh water .gorilla cookies very bushy , purple punch almost done I'll let another week . That sample that I cutes from it shine from trichomes . Smell good.

All buds are cut and washed in a bath of lemon juice and baking soda/water. I have adopted this as a new standard for every harvest. We washed out quite a bit of dirt and shit. Lots of black floaties in the bath after and a few bugs we did not even realise were in there... The buds were hung and left with a fan over them for an hour before being removed to my drying room. Sitting hanging in there at RH 65% and temp is 20c. Will bring Rh down to 55 in next few days. I will update with a report once they have dried.. Thanks for all the help on this grow people who helped.. you know who you are.. Back in a wekk to 10 with a taste report.. Update.. buds dried after 6 days. Trimmed and jarred with a final dry weight of 112g once I took all branch off. Not tried her yet. I will give her a week at least in the hats before we try and will report back then.

They get wider, bigger, and firmer. They are already starting to smell very tasty. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above). Unfortunately I found a couple of single trips that tell me that the trips still haven't completely disappeared. Since I'm not a neem at this stage I will inject more oil and the lady has already finished over half of her cycle, I will let her run like this and the newcomers will be treated again 👍. So I hope that at the next round all of them will finally be gone. I had the problem more than 5 years ago and it took a long time until everything was ok again and there was no animal left.
