Today was plant care day -defoliation of all plants -huge watering 4L ( usually only 2L) -general check up / applied some more LST for better air flow The LSD has such a nice smell with some of the most beautiful purple buds i’ve grown yet! Atm my favourite at the tent

Plants are looking great. Wedding cake smells like heaven and is frosty and sticky. It is not ready for harvest though. Trichomes are milky but found no amber coloured trichomes. I'll give her another week. Did some defoliation on all three plants and Another topping for SL. Wedding cake has a few big buds on the lower parts of the plant that are really close to each other. I had to bend them away from each other to avoid bud rot and help with ventilation. Additionally I had to pick out small black flies (Gewittertierchen) out of the Buds. I cut out the small popcorn buds of Hype1 with no chance for sunlight and healthy growth. Hopefully she will focus on the main buds on the top. Don't worry keep growing;)

Skipped a week in my journal due to travels. Had my neighbor water my plants. Having some minor early deficiencies with my photoperiod plants (particularly the chem brulee)... so I decided to go ahead and give everything a solid feeding of Foop Bloom 1, 2 and Sweetener. This is their first ever bottled feeding. Have been running on supersoil and a prayer. Also top dressed everything and mulched with rice straw to help with the soil drying out a bit too quickly. Leaves have been yellowing on all three. Mostly relegated to the interior of the plants. Chem Brulee is looking a bit too yellow overall, as well. French Macaron is a 66in. Chem Brulee is 56in. Pineapple Meatball is 45in. I have a sneaking suspicion that my neighbor didn't water them quite enough while I was gone. Will probably continue with the Foop feedings... probably at least once per week. Don't want to overdo it. Also top dressed with my flowering top dress mix and mulched all plants with a thin layer of rice straw. 8/4 Sprayed with Neem Oil and Castile Soap 8/5 Sprayed with Gravenstein Apple FFJ and OHN 8/6 Sprayed with Neem Oil and Castile Soap (this will likely be the last time I spray with Neem Oil, as I don't want residual oils as buds start swelling. Also fed 1/4 strength FOOP to ensure we head off any deficiencies.

3 weeks down and this girl is finally (but slowly) coming into her own. I'm hoping now her fan leaves are getting a bit bigger she'll start to take off. As for environment, today I've turned the ventilation fan on 24hrs with no breaks. I started getting paranoid that hour on hour off is not doing them any favors and I'm just gonna have to suck it up and bare the brunt of the power bill. This will also drastically reduce the RH, which I'm not totally sure of the effects it will have on the girls. Low RH has got to be better than RH too high, right? 🤷‍♂️

Struggled keeping humidity up I think it’s my filter but I don’t know. Tried most tricks in the book and had to invest in a humidifier ( not the best either). I know it’s frowned upon to use foliage spray sometimes as it can cause mould/light burn but my humidity levels are some what in the middle

I did a heavy defoliation with the green crack for the first time.. the first 3 pics are pre- and the last 3 pics are post-defoliation. Definitely better air flow now as well as more "tops" being seen. Tomorrow going to do the durban.. update w more pics then.

Diese Woche brachte sehr viel Regen, stehende Luft und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Um die Schimmelgefahr zu minmieren habe ich einen Ventilator in das Folienzelt gehängt. Hoffentlich wirkt er. Wäre schade wenn die Bubatz vom Schimmel betroffen würde. Ansonsten verdicken und verfestigen sich ihre Buds, der Leittrieb wird immer dicker. Der Test der selbstangesetzten Jauchen geht in eine weitere Woche, Demnächst kommt noch Beinwelljauche hinzu. Ein paar Blätter wurden entfernt. To minimize the risk of mold, I hung a fan in the foil tent. Hopefully it will work. It would be a shame if the Bubatz were affected by mold. Otherwise, their buds are thickening and hardening, and the main shoot is getting thicker and thicker. The test of the homemade manure will continue for another week, and comfrey manure will be added soon. A few leaves were removed. Going great on these last 2 girls. Got some wind burn on the one when my oscillation decided to stick on my fan for awhile before I noticed what was going on. No biggy, live and learn. Lol still got a lot of giant buds here. There starting to look ready soon. one still needs some time but the smaller one was cut and is drying with her sister. Only one to go, she still needs a few more days and I have left it in dark for a few days to see if there will be any noticeable difference. Cheers 💨

This week just water from the autopots and a soil soak with some bio enhancer . Plants are really starting to smell now . Resin production on the Rado z is insane. Sadly they did not make the cut for the next drop. Happy to have been able to test them. I think they look and smell great.

I have these three girls hanging upside down in a dark room with a heater on to keep between 60°F & 70°F & indirect airflow in the room to prevent mold & preserve terps. Aiming for 7-14 days drying time followed by a minimum of 21 days burping & curing. Will make a harvest post regarding dry weights smells & better flower pics in 4-5 weeks time. It has been a very uncomfortable week, also known as the "sheep cold". Lots of wind, lots of rain and temperatures down to 5°C at night. I'm glad I built a support frame for the large plants, otherwise a few branches would have broken off. The plants in the pots are doing well, even those planted directly in the garden soil seem to be settling in. There are no pests to speak of. Another week growmies, closing the year with low stress training for the ladies. Managed to control the infestation of the fungus gnats I had at the beginning of the grow. With The sticky traps, I also added Diatomaceous earth on the top layer. Also I did another method, with water, soap & baking soda mixed in a small container.

so were almost at harvest, have begun flushing this last week and hopefully will be chopping beginning of next week, then the cure... CAN NOT WAIT TO BUST UP SOME OF THESE NUGS AND PACK THEM IN THE BON 😆

Hi all 🧑‍🌾 Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride 🙏💜💚💜💚 Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. First week of flower at 12/12. Setting light height and PPFD to get right where I want them. They were seeing slight light burn on the tips in the last week of veg as I was pushing them as hard as they would allow.
