Day 79 (First Grow, Flowering Phase): Hey everyone! It's the start of a new week, and we're now on day 79 of our first grow. The flowering phase is progressing beautifully, with the buds getting bigger and frostier day by day. 🌸✨ We've started to see the formation of orange hairs, which is a promising sign of the buds maturing. The plants are looking healthy and vibrant, and the SCROG net is helping to keep everything well-supported and evenly exposed to light. Humidity issues from last week are still being monitored, and we're considering adding a dehumidifier to ensure optimal conditions as we move closer to harvest. 7/27/2023- Prep Tent and system are cleaned and ready to go from my last grow. I have submitted my Journa for the Diary of the Month Competition here is to hopeing for good resutls. 7/28/2023- Germination Day 0- Seed initiation Well lets get this new Grow started.. So My Dad Sent me a custom Strain that he wanted me to grow out and Breed for him. The Strain is Called Red Rhino: Red Rhino is an amazing strain coming from Israel and boasts a 60% Sativa and a 40% Indica. This strian comes from crossing double gum and master kush. Effects are an increased appetite, as well as giving you ephoric feelings throughout the whole day. RO Water Used Added Hydrogen Peroxided 8/1/2023- Germination Achieved G-Day 1 Popped her head above the root riot today to say hello.. Woot first challenge when dealing with an unknown seed and a new Strain is getting the seed to pop and the lady to show life. 8/2/2023- Germination Day 2 Took the root riot out today and it was soaked not good plant drowing again. I am still having a hard time finding the right blance for where the water should be to keep the root riot moist and not soaked. I had to drain some of the water out of the root riot plug to help give a little oxygen. I also removed some of the water. 8/3/2023- Germination Day 3 Looking good stretching her leaves out to let in the lights 8/4/2023- Germination Day 4 Looking good a few days until I put them into the RDWC System and get this thing rocking and rolling. 8/5/2023- Germinaiton Day 5 Looking good will probably plant tomorrow if the roots are still looking good. 8/6/2023- Plant Day- Germination Day 6 Planted into the RDWC System today. Joy when they go into the system as long as we dial that in right this will now be a great grow.. Survived the hard part.. 8/7/2023- Germination Day 7 Fell over today I am worried.., she is showing some damage on the lower leaves from the over watering in the cloning machine but right now I don't see any new damage. Supported the Stems with little improvised pole to help her stand up. 8/8/2023- Germination Day 8 Added the first Nutes today, to help support root growth and to help give there first jump to growth. Cleaned up the dead leaves... Day 1 VEG tomorrow.. Water Change Day and first real meal...

got these clones of wedding cake from a local grow buddy, Thought I had room for them indoors but I was wrong. So outside they go for the year. They really wanted to reach for the sky indoors lets see how they do outdoors!

Hello People! I harvested my Honey Runtz now some days ago already, was busy with life and didnt post. yet she is drying well in my dry tent! im a bit nervous about making the dry sift soon. will be my first time sifting a whole plant! will post more once she is dry and sifted! :) Hello People! guess its time to show my first time making hash off. its my first time doing this kind of dry sift so didnt know what to expect or what to do. i did alot of research and just free balled as i felt like is right. After Harvesting and Drying i took all the sticks out, left the sugar leaves on the nugs and then put everything in the freezer for like 3 days. ordered some dry ice and did alot of preperations. like getting some big sifting screens. so first i put like 1/4 of the frozen material in a 220 micron bubble bag inside of a big bucket. threw some dry ice in and then started to shake it, so the trichomes felt off.then i collected everything from my bucket and put it in a glass jar with parchment paper (to get better out again)did this 4 times so no material got left over. after the first sifting with the bubble bag, i threw everything on these big sifting screens with 190; 160 and 73 micron. then the drumming started, i used 2 spoons to like hit/drum the screens so the trichomes get seperated by size. i felt like the screens got clogged at some point so i stopped and was like yea thats okay enough lets go to the next step, collecting everything and pressing. the first layer 190+ got discarded. layer 190-160 got saved as well as layer 73-160. everything below the last screen got destroyed by my own mistake. the tape i used to secure the parchment paper on a plank ripped and everything went flying. well i wanted to discard it anyways.. after the sifting screens i used the frenchy cannoli methode with a hot water bottle to press the trichomes to some nice hash. the results: 190-160 micron: 12,4 G 73-160 micron: 32,2 G Total: 44,6 G fully legal here :) im very happy with the results, even tho the hash is a bit green. after all it was my first time doing it like that. i feel like i need to dry it a bit more next time. so the screens aint clogged and thus i can better seperate the trichomes, maybe it is less green then. maybe next time im not using the big sifting screens but rather go for some static with a glove or a ballon.

Light = bloomplus bp2500 250watt actuall draw. Exhaust is a ac infinity 6inch with digital controller Inkbird humidity controller with a ram 5l humidifier. Veg only! Soil= biobizz light mix Nutes= biobizz using the 10 week schedule at half dose this run. Heaven =2ml avti vera=2ml Topmax =1ml bloom = 1 calmag=2ml Grow=1ml All nutes mixed to 1l of water Ph= 6.4 Room humidity is 60% Day Temp is 25°c So entering week 3 and the girls are growing fast, gelatocake are putting out pistils to show there sex. The sherbert mimosa are still growing strong and I will bend them and tie them down today. Happy growing guys 👌💪💚

End of week 10 and coming on well now smells starting to get strong now on these especially the papaya cookies she’s frosting well and the branches are starting to bend so will need to hold them up soon gorilla cookies #2 had some problems but hopefully will recover nicely onto next week and happy growing peace

This was my 1st photoperiod grow on growdiaries and I'm glad I tried these Fast flowering photoperiods for it. Big thanks to Heather and the Fastbuds team. I haven't managed to try the Tropicana Cookies auto yet so this photoperiod fast version was definitely a new adventure. She grew more squat and bushier then i was expecting and her shape really did remind me of pineapple express. To be honest she was great to grow. Because this grow was going so good I decided to switch back to photoperiods for the next few grows i just wish i had left her in veg for 1 more week. Harvest GDG16 Wedding cheesecake FF=35g+20g larf Tropicana Cookies FF=42g+10g larf Gorilla Cookies FF=59g+5g larf Total weight, decent buds=136g Total weight larf=35g Light power Total= 200.43Kw 18hrs for 28 days = 504hrs 12hrs for 67 days = 804hrs Total hours for lights= 1308hrs 200.43÷1308=0.153Kw/hr average. Average 153w/hr Total g/W=0.89g/W Power used for grow=508.78Kw @0.30p =£152.63 Each gram cost £1.12 (not including larf). The buds have been curing for nearly 2 weeks so I haven't had a sample yet. There will be more pictures added once I try the buds and write up a smoke review but for now I'll just leave a video of the grow. этот сорт супер,он выдерживает все жару, холод, lst ,hst ,super cropping я делал все что мог,вывод такой что не трогайте авто сорта,пусть растут себе )))) 314 г но ребята он без воды стоял больше суток в гидропонике в темноте,так что он за сутки немного подсох,так что я не могу сказать что было вчера на весах когда я я отключил гидропонику и оставил на сутки в темноте без воды, на фотке видно что листья уже упали,так что было больше! будем ждать когда высохнут 😉 ну вот ребята что вышло )) 62 сухих, вкус и запах соответствуют описанию,я не могу в точности передать вкус,но очень вкусный! это растение получило очень много стрессов,я всем советую!!!!

Hey everyone :-) This week a lot has happened 🤗🍀. The 5 that are already in the 12/12 cycle explode day after day 😍😅. All others have been repotted, and will remain in the vegi phase for 1-2 weeks. Otherwise there is not much to say 😃. I wish you all a good start into the week, let it grow and stay healthy 🙏🏻🍀🌱

Tag 50: Gegossen 15% Topfvolumen, Wasser PH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag + 1g/L Green House Feeding Bio Enhancer = 2..7L NL pro Topf, anschließend noch einige Blätter entfernt. Tag 51: Nur ein paar Triebe und große Blätter runter gebogen. Der Duft wird intensiver und die Pflanzen haben ordentlich Wachstum was Größe und Blattmasse angeht. Gestern habe ich 2 Cannatrol bestellt ich hoffe die kommen bis zur Ernte an. Tag 52: Gegossen heute aus Zeitmangel nur 1,7L NL pro Topf, Wasser PH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag. Tag 53: Heute alle Pflanzen in ruhe gelassen. Tag 54: Gegossen wieder nur 1,7L NL pro Topf, Wasser PH6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag. Tag 55: Es kam heute ein neues Flexi Tray von Nutriculture an 1.50m x 1.50m damit konnte ich mein zu kleines Tray ersetzen und alle Pflanzen haben wieder genug platz. Tag 56: Blütetag 20, alle Pflanzen haben heute ihr Lollipopping bekommen und wurden zusätzlich im oberen Teil ein wenig entlaubt, dazu habe ich noch einige LST Drähte umgesetzt. Anschließend wurden alle Töpfe mit 1.7L NL gegossen, Wasser PH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag. Eine ganz gute Woche das einzige was ich nicht komplett weg kriege ist der meiner Meinung nach durchgehend vorhandene CalMag Mangel, vllt liegt es auch an der BioBizz Erde beim nächsten Run werde ich definitiv eine andere benutzen.

Wochenupdate – Tag 91 | Blüte Tag 31 🌱 Allgemeiner Eindruck Der Grow läuft insgesamt noch stabil, aber man sieht inzwischen recht deutlich, dass die Pflanzen in den letzten Tagen am Limit gefahren sind. Der Blütenaufbau geht weiter voran, der Geruch wird intensiver und die Kush zeigt ordentlich Harz, gleichzeitig zeigen beide Pflanzen sichtbare Calcium- und allgemeine Nährstofftransportprobleme, die klar auf das Klima zurückzuführen sind. Das war für die Blümchen spürbar Stress. 🌡️ Klima & VPD Durch trockene Winter- und Heizungsluft kam es zeitweise zu sehr hohen VPD-Werten (teils im Bereich 1,7–1,9), vor allem morgens – klassisch morgens Sahara, mittags Treibhaus. In dieser Phase stand mein Luftbefeuchter noch bei einer anderen Pflanze. Er ist inzwischen wieder im Blütezelt, wodurch sich das Klima deutlich beruhigt hat. Die aktuellen Symptome zeigen gut, dass der Nährstoff- und Calciumtransport unter dem hohen VPD schlicht eingebrochen war. Nährstoffe & Maßnahmen CalMag wurde ordentlich erhöht, um die Calcium-Verfügbarkeit abzusichern. Zusätzlich wurden Mikroben gegeben, um das System wieder besser ins Arbeiten zu bringen. Bio-Bloom wurde ganz dezent nachgeschoben. Durch das ungünstige VPD haben die Pflanzen zeitweise nicht sauber getrunken, was den Transport zusätzlich ausgebremst hat. Seit der Entlaubung an BT21 ist der Wasserverbrauch sowieso etwas geringer. Jetzt heißt es: abwarten, wirken lassen, Geduld üben 🐛 Schädlingslage Trauermücken gehen dank Nematoden langsam zurück. Trips sind weiterhin präsent, daher gab es nochmals Raubmilben sowie Florfliegenlarven zur Regulierung. ✅ Fazit Insgesamt bin ich weiter zuversichtlich. Der Stretch ist eingefangen, die Richtung stimmt, auch wenn das Klima kurz deutlich zu hart war. Jetzt geht es darum, das Setup stabil zu halten und den Pflanzen Zeit zu geben, sich wieder sauber einzupendeln. Draußen Winter, drinnen Blüte. Allen eine gute Woche. 🌱 RockoCalenberg Weekly Update – Day 91 | Flower Day 31 🌱 Overall Impression Overall the grow is still running stable, but it’s now quite clear that the plants have been pushed close to their limit over the last days. Bud development is progressing, the smell keeps getting stronger and the Kush is showing plenty of resin. At the same time, both plants show visible calcium and general nutrient transport issues, clearly linked to the climate. This phase definitely caused some stress. 🌡️ Climate & VPD Due to dry winter air and heating, VPD levels were temporarily very high (partly around 1.7–1.9), especially in the mornings – classic Sahara in the morning, greenhouse at noon. During that time, the humidifier was still running with another plant. It has since been moved back into the flower tent, which helped calm and stabilize the climate again. The current symptoms clearly show that nutrient and calcium transport was simply maxed out under those high VPD conditions – this wasn’t just isolated spots, but visible overall. Nutrients & Actions CalMag was increased properly to secure calcium availability. In addition, microbes were applied to help the system get back into balance. Bio-Bloom was topped up very lightly. Because of the unfavorable VPD, the plants were not drinking cleanly at times, which further limited nutrient transport. Since the defoliation at FD21, overall water uptake has been slightly lower and is being taken into account. For now it’s about waiting and letting things work, without further interventions. 🐛 Pest Situation Fungus gnats are slowly declining thanks to nematodes. Thrips are still present, so another round of predatory mites was added, along with lacewing larvae for additional control. ✅ Conclusion Overall I’m still confident. Stretch is under control and the direction is right, even though the climate was clearly too harsh for a short period. Now it’s about keeping everything stable and giving the plants time to settle back in. Winter outside, flowering inside. Wishing everyone a good week. 🌱 RockoCalenberg
