Week 7 of bloom, and I’m thrilled with how things are turning out!🌟 One of the plants has been fully flushed this week and is now ready to be harvested.🌱✂️ It’ll soon be hung up to dry, marking the end of its journey. This plant was incredibly quick, going from seed to harvest in record time—impressive!🍂😊 That leaves me with the other Banana Purple Punch, which has now started its flushing phase. In about 1 to 1.5 weeks, it’ll spend 48-72 hours in complete darkness before being harvested. This plant is looking fantastic, and I’m excited to see how it finishes up. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this grow. Each plant has shown its unique character and pace, making the process both rewarding and educational. Can’t wait to see the final results from the Banana Purple Punch!😊

week 3 flowering,kept the feeding the same.colas are definitely starting to bulk up nicely.The colors are amazing,the smell is exactly as described papaya mixed with nuts.tbh this plants smell reminds me of a desert like a cheesecake.

3rd week now about to setup filter and extractor fan also will be starting LST in a day or 2. Everything is going well so far for a first grow hope it stays that way. Also added the humidifier at the weekend which has upped the humidity 15-20%

Week 7 of flowering 4 Purple Push Pops PPP (grew 2023 outside). Clones from my clone guy 1000w LED, 4G Autopots,, coco/perlite 65/35, GH 3-part+ flourolicious, calimagic, SI, chelated iron, and humic acid , RO water, AC pro Controller and T8, 5x5 GG Tent with extension. Garage grow SoCal This week the girls had a hot week in the garage averaging 88°. We started filling out, got more mature, and started showing colors. We’re running just under 1000ppm with no issues. I’m having reservoir funk issues so I’m switching to jacks RO this week. .8g a day. This weeks accomplishments: Split electric load (safety) This week: Switch nutes upgrade reservoir and lines next week. Long term issues It’s hot. Straight 90s this week. So the same - Cooling and VPD targets during heat waves Preventing pest and mold issues during high humidity conditions. I hope you all are having as much fun as I am. Best of luck gromies. Week one completed so far so good...a lil 20/20 and kick start always gets the job done.....happy

Well it's safe to say the foop will work with legit strong good bacteria! But the focus has to be on the root health when it comes to how much food you can add and still maintain healthy roots. But the game changer for me has been switching to a air stone, 1st and for most. The recirculation pump suggested by foop when running foop in dwc ran the solution temps into the high 70's around 77°F and anything over 75°F has been where root rot sets in for me. Even switched to way smaller recirculation pump with same results. So switching to running a air stone was big! But also found that running one Vivosun 317GPH Air Pump 15W split to 4 plants was not enough air for the roots to be happy in the foop plants. So I moved to a 2nd air pump, same size per tent. So now it's only split to 2 plants on the foop plants. And that made a big difference! But found after a few weeks that I had to bleed a slight amount of air off because there soo much extra air the humidity was sky rocketing in the tent to high 80%. So there's a sweet spot where they get extra air but not soo much that the humidity is affected. But the 2nd most beneficial thing I've done is start running Orca. It has made such a huge difference. I think I need to go up with how much I'm using or find something that works even better if possible. But the sweet spot now is 8 to 9ml total of each foop veg/bloom 1,2 and sweener. When I go to 12ml with foop 1,2 the roots take a noticeable hit. So idk how I would go to the recommended 20 to 50ml per gallon as suggested on the foop grow chart. I tried going to 10ml foop 1,2 on this one but the roots didn't like it and it shows they have never turned back to a blonde or white color again Currently running around 6 to 10ml orca total per feeding. And adding 2 to 4ml when I add foop 1,2 mid week and got happy roots! Also the Seaweed extract has made a difference in the smell the plant puts off. Last few grows have been really muted with smells and this grow I actually get hit in the face when entering grow room. So has made a difference forsure!! I'm soo excited!! Currently has issues getting the humidity below 55% in the grow room. I was running 6 damprids 1 on intake(outside tent) to tent, one on inside of tent(at inlet) and 1 on exhaust(outside tent) for 2x4 tent and 2 hanging at 4x4 tent exhaust and one hanging by ac unit. That brought it down like 5% over all but now I'm running 12 damprids to try and get the room down humidity in the mid 40's. We will see. The house runs a swamp cooler and that basically makes the whole house pressurized. So even tho I sealed the grooe room door and the window with ac the best i can. it's a uphill battle! Once swamp cooler comes on the humidity in grow room climbs like 10%. Update July 30 102 °F Plants now need to be watered twice a day with 3/4 gallons. All my garden is burned except these incredibly girls, is a hard challenge. I can't understand not how much these plants survive but how they thrive instead Very hard to stay outside, very hard to take decent pics, very hard to sleep, to breath too. Closed at home I am building a dry trimming dock with a 120 microns sieve which I will then use to beat the dry trim in the Moroccan way. On Monday 27, the first day of the second heat wave, 90 ° F, the plant already begins to show signs of low heat stress and the forecasts are very bad, this could last for 2 weeks. This is a problem for me because I have planned to start stressing the plant with underwater, an impossible mission in this heat. For the same reason I'll stop to defoliate. I was forced to bend the tallest branches again for privacy reasons, this girl is fucking vigorous. From now on I will stop counting the height and the water, the first because the plant is completely folded 3/4 times and has exceeded 75 inches abundantly. The latter because I water them directly with the water hose. I will report only nutes when gived. Grasshoppers are starting their fucking job chewing leaves but I don't care, this resilient girl has tons of leaves so I'll let them to make defoliation in my place, checking only the new sprouts and for mites. Occasional mealybugs are prompted burned by my lighter, the best method!!! Still waiting for stigmas. RG is very leafy, she's still stretching but lots of pistils are appearing. Strong cheese/coffee scent. Unstoppable & resilient. She slips into any hole, through one of them one of her branches has finally reached the other two sisters, in a few square inches 3 buds of different strains are forming, embracing one another. What can i say about this amazing success story from Barneys Farm. They were a breeze to grow and took whatever i theew at them without a hitch. the bigger pheno girls were amazi g with growth spurts and went easily more than double in stretch. I ran out of silicon and calmag which did hold them back a little during flower. In true Gorilla strain style , they were floppy with their weights from about week 6 and i suggest staking early on for a better control of their bud position. Without my lazy growing practices ( being resolved for the fast bud run shortly !) , i feel this strain is a winner. rhe smaller phenos were unfortunate but still gave nice buds to smoke. I would recommend this stesin to growers at all levels. easy if you want it to be but would meet you every step of the way with more complex training methods too. Love Gorilla Skittelz.
