Part 1 of a video project I give myself for this run. And wow ,I'm absolutely loving this grow. The girls are preforming brilliantly with the training, although the Forbidden Runtz excelled with LST more so then the StrawNana, she is more bushy and compact, which made it quite tight in the 2x2 grow tent, but not overcrowded. I'm just a grower, who just loves growing. My passion was vegetable gardening, but living arrangements are different now and can no longer have a garden..... but it has opened up the possibility of indoor cannabis growing which wasn't a option for me before. My medium is a make up of reamended soil from my last run, to make my 25% supersoil base, 65% complete organic compost and topped off with 10% light seedling soil. I also fed a compost extraction once a week from WEEK 5 and they always responded brilliantly. I used the chop and drop technique when I defoliated which my worms seem to love and also used the compost feed for my compost extraction as a mulch layer every week after the feed, which covered the defoliated leaves. Jamie Foxx ------ Day 8 - It's a new week and I'm so happy to deal with a recent slight over watering 😒 , I could not expect a better surprise as all of us growers likes to give extra care in attempts to save a grow 😤. Anyway , the ladies are thriving and It's the only things that matter ✌️😛 ------- Day 11 - They looks better today so I decided to transplant them in 3L pots. I did not water a lot to let the soil dry after the over watering 👍✌️. As I am a Lucky man , after the nice over watering here comes the white flies , this tiny little bugs that only want to suck the plants , bring fungus and put plenty of eggs under my leaves , you can't imagine how happy I am to already deal with 2 issues 😒, it will bring a lot of fun to try to get rid of them 😖😩😧

The jumping spiders name is Brando...he's a male Bold, and the bug bouncer in that cabinet. ZERO intruders. Good job Brando. This week was quite epic for the ladies. They got a nice new cabinet with lights and environment dialed just for veg. -Built a nice Veg/Dry cabinet from scrap. Pretty damn happy with myself...not gonna lie. 😅 I decided to just dive right in with some solid plant shaping. Still pushing slower than my previous run...but these 2 can take some serious LST with a good nutrient load. Impressive how fast they look back to that light. So far the organic run is performing better; how ever I didn't scorch the tits off these girls with a massive LED hammer when they were 14 minutes old either, so there's that. 😂😶 I'll have a true comparison of Organic Home Brew Ferts v Store Bought Ferts with the same strain here this winter...get actual data. Also: CannaBudget Studios was built with an old broken tri-pod / usb strip lights / old black sheet...and electrical tape. Yeeee. Time to go work on the farm. Hello all! I am finally back online and so here is a proper update for the Queen! Citronella has suffered terribly during the house move and following weeks, a few days ago I took her lower third off and defoliated and removed underdeveloped nodes. I dried the popcorn I took off during this process and got 12g (dry). The rest I am leaving on her and hoping and praying those buds swell. The smell is absolutely the greatest thing ever, she is stunningly pungent - even the quick dried popcorn is really beautiful to smoke - so whatever I get from her, whatever little it will be, I will certainly enjoy. Anyway she is now being taken care of a bit more regularly and properly and moving forward until harvest I expect this to continue. Day 109: Fertigated 10l Day 111: The queen is maturing, but I am not sure her buds are going to get much fatter at this point. She is already struggling to hold them up, they must be really dense if they are so heavy this small. I am really at a disappointed stage with this grow, and I must do better next time I grow this strain. I am not impressed with this LED light, I think I need to grow a full tent under my better light and see how they do. Anyway she is trundling along and I don't think too far from the inevitably disappointing harvest.

📆 Week 17, 14-20 May 2024 14 May - Defoliated yellowing and older leaves. 15-16 May - Observed and let the plant mature. 17 May - Decreased DLI to help mature buds. 📑 Another decision was made to defoliate more yellowing and older leaves. There are plenty of green leaves left and the light now penetrates to the bottom buds. With about 2 weeks left in flower, this gives her ample time to get as close to matureing as a whole plant as possible. It was also time to start lowering the DLI slightly. 🍶 14 May changed nutrient solution 🍽️ 14 May updated feeding schedule 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient Solution EC 1.7 at 70 degree F 🔆 Light power: one at 75%, and one at 50%, DLI 35-40 canopy coverage at 12hrs 😤 Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. The girls are fully in flower this week which of course is a GREAT sight to see when opening the tent. The smell in the tent is so sweet and fruity it's already making your mouth water!! So this week I feed the girls with a little of the living soil veg so they are still getting a helping hand. They were also given the living soil bloom and some barley which I will admit is the first time using it but so far me plus the girls are very much enjoying!! I have done the necessary light de-foliating on all 4 girls over the past 2 weeks and more LST. Happy toking guys and girls!! Looking better and better each day Hopefully starting 12/12 before the plants fully revegged isnt super detrimental to the whole process.

Day 39 since Seed pop. The topping worked, gonna be challenge to have a balanced yield. Might have more blueberry cherry than black patronus as it's growing at a faster rate!
