Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next 12-14 days +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this Ten Week cultivar! She's beginning to really get frosty now and I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 65 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder and will probably go a bit longer, closer to 70 +/- days, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the updates. ** THIS TEXT SERVES FOR WEEKS 14-18** I had ALOT of problems with this lady these past 4 weeks. Really bad weather, rain, wind, blazing heat, cloudy, temps going from 17-35C every other day for 2 WEEKS straight.. very sketchy! World's going to shit y'all! Also had a Spider mites battle for 3 weeks and finally got rid of them. And on top of that, all of the pictures I had weekly were deleted off my pc.. Only have a few for each week, luckly found those on my phone. I've been watering 2L every other day for the past 4 weeks. Some days less.. about 1.6L beacuase there just wasn't enough sun for her to drink up. On week 16 there were some crazy-ass MFing winds. I'm talking gone with the wind style. As I had the spider mite problem, I didn't want to bring her in the house and risk those little fuckers finding their way to my grow room. (As I have that section perfectly isolated and pest free, wanted to keep it that way.) The result of not bringing her inside? The bottom branches that weren't tied down properly because I didn't think they would be damaged as the balcony has a little wind breaker on the bottom half. But to my surpise.. all three branches snapped and broke, So i decided to go ahead and take them off. I know it isn't much info for the past weeks, but It's what I've been battling with. The buds are airy as a result of all the stress, don't look to appleaing to be honest. My other two GSC came out GREAT, awesome lovely dense buds but those were different conditions. I'm just finishing her to harvest because she made it through a big battle and deserves to be harvested as a champion she is. Keeping in mind this was just a balcony experiment to see what I can and can't do with this balcony.. I'm not too worried about the final outcome. Luckily she pulled through so i'll make some hash with what I harvest. Umstellung auf 12/12 erfolgte diese Woche. Die Pflanzen haben sich gut vom CalMag-Mangel erholt und zeigen bereits Vorblüte. Wachstum ist kräftig, Blattfarbe gesund. Das SCROG-Netz wurde abgesenkt, die Triebe werden weiterhin sanft unter das Netz geführt, um eine gleichmäßige Canopy zu erreichen. Zwei Pflanzen sind etwas höher. Aktuell wird mit je 1ml/L BioGrow BioBloom und Calmag gedüngt (PH 6.2). Tag 21 Blüte gibt es dann ein ordentliches lollipopping und eine moderate Entlaubung. Soweit bin ich sehr zufrieden. Bin gespannt auf den Stretch, letzten Grow haben die Frosted Guavas sich nicht stark gestreckt. Allerdings sind die Bedingungen aktuell besser. Keine Trauermücken, effizientere Lampe und stabileres Klima.

Things are pretty easy breezy, since we are keeping it simple! The odd-looking leaf growth is evening out with new growth. The conditions of the environment are pretty ideal, with lots of nutrients in the soil and a little Root Juice to kick off the early vegetative phase. VPD is at 0.57 kPa across the board, and the lamp is hitting with 500 PPFD, while the temperature is at 27 degrees Celsius when the lamp is on and 20 degrees when the lights are off. I do run the lamp at nighttime to avoid high temperature peaks during the daytime in the simplest of ways.

I think the plants finished their stretch this week. The buds are now getting bigger and some trichomes have appeared on the leaves next to the buds 😎 The smell is also stronger than last week. I have some small issues with the plants. Yellow/brown tips for the Blackberry Cake and the Cashew Kush and yellowing leaves for the Jack Herer. The BioBloom seems to slow down the issues so I hope it will be alright. The previously broken branch of the Cashew Kush was not flowering so I removed it. I knew she wasn’t going to get very tall as they are height limited plants so I vegged her until she was as tall as she would get. I lollipped her to an 18” canopy depth in the third week of flower. She reacted very well and even broke my previous single plant harvest record of 434g set by one of my S1 Acid Dough plants!

Trying flawless finish for the first time, hoping it will help with this rushed flowering stage. Really unfortunate to have to cut this one short, but some things in life are out of our control... Day 58, 7th of November 2020: The 6th day since the lamp switched to be 12/12... I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plant remains in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... Amazing....strech is on the way..... 😅 Love this plant looking really nice keeps growing :) Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;) ;)

The Jack47XL Auto was germinated in a Peat Pellet which took seven days for her to break ground. Within two days there were roots popping out of the bottom of the Peat Pellet. After she sprouted it was ON! By week two she had three set of leaves and she went into a 5g fabric pot to live out the remainder of her life. She started out short with tight node spacing and I was thinking she would be a fairly squat plant. But once she started to flower at around Day 30 +/- she absolutely took off on the stretch from hell! As she stretched her node spacing widened allowing plenty of light penetration through her canopy and her foliage never got super bushy requiring removing leaves. All in all she was a growers dream! I let her run for 10 full weeks and after her last Top Dressing at Week Seven she received only straight water that was ph'd to 6.7-6.8. After checking her trichomes daily during Week Ten and determining that she was where I wanted her, I placed her in the dark for 60 hours @ 64℉ and a RH of 45%. When I removed her from the dark I cur her off at her base and hung her whole in my Drying Room where she spent nine days drying @ 64-66℉ with the RH running at 50% for the first 24 hours, then raised to 60% for the remainder of the drying time. Being predominately sativa in her lineage, she grew fairly tall and maxed at 32". In addition to her height her really wide node spacing, which made defoliation or leaf tucking completely unnecessary, was so nice to deal with (or actually to NOT have to deal with!) and because of her structure and the way she grew, I decided not to do any LST other than gently bending a couple of her branches during Week Four when she was still short and bushy. After she was dried I trimmed her up and placed the flowers in two large Mason jars to cure. The flower is currently at 68% RH and I'm 'burping' the jars three times a day until it drops to around 62%. I did do a 'Test Press' with 7g of the flower and saw almost a 28% return of super light colored, almost clear, rosin that is some of the best I've pressed lately! 🔥 When you crack the jars your hit in the face with the sweetest aroma you've ever had the pleasure to smell...smell nothing like cannabis, more like a jar full of sugary sweet candy! 😍 Needless to say, I'm hooked on Sweet Seeds and head over heels for their Jack47XL autoflower and can't wait to run her again soon! 13/11 - Watered with 2ml/L Soil A & B each, 0.5 grams of Kraken Roots 16/11 - Watered with 2ml/L Soil A & B each, 1.0 gram of Kraken Roots 18/11 - Watered with plain water - PH 6.2 - started LST 20/11 - Watered with 2ml/L Soil A & B each, 1.0 gram of Kraken Roots 13/11 - So far this week the plants are taking off - loads of growth under 20/4 lighting. Plant 3 in particular is growing super strong! 18/11 - Applied LST, wasnt sure if maybe it was too early? Seems to have quite a few nodes but my plants seem pretty short/compact. 20/11 - Plants went a little down hill since LST - removed the LST and watered them - found lights were ~50cm from the plants so moved to 61cm - reduced hours from 20/4 to 18/6.

After 10 days of flushing, time to harvest. End of week 8 of flower. Smells amazing. Im drying in tent, cant get the temp under 23 celsius. Thats why Im drying plants without a lot of trim. Buds are full of trichomes, 30h of darkness before harvest. Almost all buds are pretty big, so far sooo good 😅.
