Day 15 - The start of week 3 and the girls are really taking off, from 1-2 Inches of vertical growth daily. Consuming a good amount of water, almost leaving the bucket empty. lol. Lightly defoliating to keep the bud sites exposed to light, as they get bushy very fast and recovery is only taking a day for them to bounce back. Pretty happy with how things are going right now. Slightly increased the EC by .2 but not enough to burn them.. which is the goal. Grateful for my trolmaster unit as it has made keeping tracking of my parameters much easier and effortless. Day 16- Topping up the res with RO water every two days. Otherwise I'm sure it would be empty! Pistils are showing and the bud sites are very visible. Seeing one pheno with slightly more sativa dominant traits. Luckily I took clones so I can run the best pheno next time around, although all these plants are special. Still going through the flower stretch. Excited for what is to come. Stay tuned for the results. Day 18 - As you can see, the difference is night and day over a period of 2 days they have had an explosion of growth. They were heavily defoliated on day 17 and bounced back within a day. F49: 49 days of flower. Probably 20 more? I know blue dream goes a little longer and the buds on two of the plants still look young. I'm gonna have to do a close up shot next weekend to figure out just how close I am. I harvested the terple day 50 and that caused a ruckus in the net. All the plants are a floppy mess but I'm not concerned. The net package I got actually came with a larger upper net but I never installed it like an idiot. Getting the Terple out of the gross space caused everything to fall over but it's all right because now all the side buds are exposed to light lol.

One of the shorties of the bunch, I have to say Northern Lights is my favorite smelling strain (or at least the flower I just finished). I'm hoping she'll smell the same.

We're beyond excited to try out this new MarsHydro LED for our latest grow, the SP-3000 is INCREDIBLY bright!! ..I have never seen a light more appropriate for a 4x2 tent in my life, we (happily) replaced 3 "600 watt" blurple LEDs with this single rig ( something we've wanted for a very long time). There should be no issue achieving perfect coverage, corner to corner with this light. Its been years since we've flowered under LED ( and never one of this quality), we're a little bias towards HID/CMH, especially my hubby but I think this might just be the LED that changes our mind! We'll be growing Gelat OG Auto by Seedsman (we've heard amazing things) for our first grow under the SP-3000, all plants in 5gl fabric pots, Promix-B (25% perlite) on a 20/4hr cycle. We're starting with 4 plants but if they become unmanageable, we'll move one or 2 of the plants to another tent. We use a glass of water and a paper towel as our germination method. We soak seeds roughly 24hrs and then in a wet paper towel for another 12-24hrs, we average roughly a 90% success rate doing it this way... In the third week of the cannabis plant growth cycle, significant developments occur that set the foundation for future growth and yield. This stage is crucial for implementing training techniques that ensure even canopy growth, promoting optimal light exposure for all parts of the plant. To ensure uniform growth and maximize light exposure, LST have been applied By the end of the third week, the cannabis plants have demonstrated excellent growth, supported by strategic training techniques and effective pest management practices. Despite the plant's healthy growth, the presence of fungus gnats posed a potential threat. To combat these pests, beneficial nematodes (Steinernema feltiae) were introduced into the soil. Continued monitoring and adjustments will be essential as the plants progress into the next growth stages to ensure a bountiful harvest.

Grow Diary – Abschluss (Lemon Haze Auto von Barney’s Farm) Das ist der letzte Eintrag zu diesem Grow der Lemon Haze. Ich habe die beiden Pflanzen an unterschiedlichen Tagen geerntet, weil eine sichtbar früher fertig war als die andere. Am Ende ist aber alles innerhalb einer Woche passiert, da ich für den nächsten Run wieder Platz im Zelt schaffen musste. Grundsätzlich bin ich mit dem Grow sehr zufrieden gewesen. Am Anfang gab es ja ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit Überwässerung – das ist mir tatsächlich zum ersten Mal passiert, haha. Daraus habe ich aber auf jeden Fall wieder etwas gelernt. Trotzdem haben sich die Pflanzen gut entwickelt und der Grow lief am Ende echt solide. Die Buds sind schön kompakt geworden und der Geruch ist typisch zitronig, wie man es von Lemon Haze kennt. Jetzt hängen die Pflanzen erstmal zum Trocknen, danach geht es ins Curing, damit sich Geschmack und Wirkung noch richtig entwickeln können. Für den nächsten Run stehen schon neue Seeds bereit: Mimosa x Orange Punch Auto ebenfalls von Barney’s Farm. Sobald im Zelt wieder Platz ist, geht es direkt weiter. didn't finish the whole week of veg, stopped at 53/44 before switching to 12/12 light cycle, gave RO only final day and have switched feed to bud a and B. all photos are from day 53 and earlier. since this post and switching to flower I have taken 4 clones, 2 using clonex 2 using aloe vera. i have done a ton of lollipopping and defoliation since flip and they are stretching away! stayed tuned for week 1 flower updates :)

Starting next Thursday there will be potential new owners touring the property. It's still a bit early but I'm going to flush now and harvest next week. I think we're close enough. The buds are sticky and smell great. These ones aren't really fattening up that much but they look delicious. It would definitely have been nice to have both plants the same size so they could both benefit from the optimal light distance.
