Week 3. Botanicare is working wonders. I went ahead and topped at the third node. And started giving plants full grow nutes. The Banana Biscotti looks so good I might clone it. The Ice Dream Cake hasn’t bounced all the way back yet.

Plant two is doing a little better color wise. Something is going on with the leaves of plant one mostly. Maybe it is because i was using overflow water straight from the air conditioning unit instead of the tap? I'm having to pull a lot of dead leaves off

Week 9: Transitioning and Training The Durban Poison photoperiods are officially settling into their long-term homes and showing some impressive vigor. After the successful transplant into the 25-gallon fabric pots, the root systems are clearly enjoying the extra breathing room. This week is all about managing that explosive growth and setting a solid foundation for the structure of the plants. #Environmental Conditions Location: Outdoor Deck Climate: High plains (Variable temperatures and shifting winds) Sunlight: Full sun (approx. 14+ hours of daylight) Garden Updates & Maintenance The focus this week has shifted from recovery to Low Stress Training (LST). Given how tall this Sativa-dominant landrace can get, keeping the canopy managed is a priority.Train: Implementing a DIY bamboo trellis system. I’m gently pulling the main branches outward to encourage lateral growth and ensure better airflow through the center of the plant. Irrigation: The dual-timer manifold is up and running. The custom-drilled hoses are delivering a consistent soak, which is crucial as the Colorado sun starts to intensify. Nutrients:Sticking with the **FOOP Organic** regimen. The leaves are a deep, healthy green with no signs of transplant shock or nutrient burn. Pest Management: The **African Marigolds** are positioned as sentinels around the fabric bags. So far, the companion planting is doing its job—no signs of mites or aphids. Observations The nodal spacing is starting to stretch slightly, which is expected for Durban Poison. The stalks are thickening up nicely, becoming sturdy enough to handle the afternoon gusts. Plans for Week 10 * Continue adjusting the ties on the LST setup. * Monitor for any early signs of "the stretch."

This plant definitely could have used a little longer in veg but the bigger plants were ready to flip it will still be a great plant it just needs a long veg to reach full potential. The plant is nice it has a skunk smell and the leaves are growing well and good color. The plant is starting to get some strech going on. Not sure if it’s the cold weather but they don’t seem to be flipping to flower as fast as my last grow. The leaves are starting to be perked up all the time and it looks really healthy

The pound cake auto so far is an amazing plant. It has grown great and is super strong. Honestly it might be the strongest growing plant I have ever grown The weather is starting to warm up a bit it has been below freezing for over 30 days and now the snow is starting to melt finally it’s a lot easier to keep the humidity on point when it’s like 32 outside compared to 10

Finally back to the garden after 4 weeks away. They were really in need of love by the time I got back to take care of the garden. BIG NEWS! Now running a California Lightworks Solarxtreme 500 as my main light. Will add a second SX500 light into the room once I start flower. April 16th - Day 66 : All good after that little issue the other day. The babies are doing good. Decided to cut the lower branches as they weren't getting any light. April 21st - Day 71 : The babies are doing great as you can see on the video and close ups! So exciting what do you think growmies??

They are really starting to show off there growth the runt has flew past what I thought she would be by this post. The one I topped is the one that’s the furthest in she’s stretching already and the others are still in veg . They are coming out beautifully though. The grow ace system is doing what it’s suppose to with no problems. Can’t wait to see what these ladies produce for me.

🇺🇸Week 3🇺🇸 – Growth Explosion & First Training Back again for this week’s update! The Mother Gorilla is going crazy—she’s growing at an insane pace, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. The plant is super strong, and the leaves are just massive. Some are reaching up to 21 cm long, which is wild. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. And honestly, I have to say—I’m seriously impressed by Formulex from Growth Technology. I’ve been using the same nutrient solution since the start, and the results are just insane. It’s such a simple product, but what it’s delivering so far is absolutely incredible. I’ll be switching to growth fertilizers soon (they’re on the way), but for now, I’m sticking with Formulex, and it’s honestly blowing my mind. Environmental Conditions Not much has changed on that front. The environment is still dialed in: • Temperature: ~22-23°C during the day, 18°C at night. • Nutrient solution temp: Holding steady at 17-18°C. • pH levels: Hovering around 5.8-6.0—had to adjust it slightly during the week, but nothing major. It’s stable overall. • VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit): Still around 0.6, which seems to be working well. As long as it stays below 0.8, I think we’re in the sweet spot. • Humidity: Holding at 70%. Everything’s been pretty stable, and it looks like the plant is loving it. Major Work This Week – Defoliation & Topping This week was huge in terms of plant training. The foliage was getting super dense, so I went in for a heavy defoliation, removing all the big fan leaves. On top of that, I topped the plant—cut the main shoot to redirect energy towards the secondary branches. The goal is to push those side branches so they can take full advantage of the SCROG I just set up! Now, it’s all about recovery. Hopefully, she bounces back strong, and we can really start working that SCROG. Alright, that’s it for this week! Let’s keep an eye on things and see how she responds. La Mother Gorilla part en vrille, elle pousse à une vitesse folle et franchement, je suis super content. La plante est ultra vigoureuse, et les feuilles sont juste énormes. Certaines atteignent 21 cm de longueur, c’est complètement dingue. Je crois que je n’ai jamais vu ça avant. Et franchement, je dois le dire—je suis vraiment impressionné par le Formulex de chez Growth Technology. J’utilise exactement la même solution nutritive depuis le début, et les résultats sont juste dingues. C’est un produit hyper simple, mais ce que ça donne pour l’instant, c’est vraiment incroyable. Je vais bientôt passer sur les engrais de croissance (ils sont en commande), mais en attendant, je continue avec Formulex, et ça me bluffe complètement. L’idée, c’est de booster les secondaires pour qu’elles profitent à fond du SCROG que je viens d’installer ! Maintenant, elle doit récupérer. J’espère qu’elle va repartir de plus belle et qu’on va vraiment pouvoir bosser ce SCROG. Voilà pour cette semaine ! On garde un œil sur tout ça et on voit comment elle évolue. Whats up everybody! Since last week the ladies have been switched to a flowering light cycle. I eased them into the schedule over like three days just to give them a more natural transition. They all got most of their mature fan leaves removed from the bottom sections to open yo the bud sites to a little more light and airflow. After about the first day you could already see the new growth coming in and more bud sites starting to form. I also bent the dominant colas on all three plants to give them all more of an even canopy. Cant wait to see these babies start budding! I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄
