Pretty happy with the final results from this grow, both times I have done this strain though I have had different results, the plant structure is great to be fair so I don't actually think a lot of training is required with this one but its exciting to see how big they can go! I will defo go for a 3rd time on this strain in the future so will look forward to that but in the mean time I shall have some of fastbuds gelato potted up in the next week or 2 to start a new diary :)

Steady as she goes..... 🎶🎶 I put the ladies on the flip a Week earlier than I anticipated on the schedule matrix . I thought to myself best just get them done. 10 weeks from seed Vegging is enough. 3 weeks of that I count as seedling so 7 weeks Vegging. Started the flip the night before rather than on the day. With my micro I inspected the lady Phenom C on the right and 3 days at 12. Shows a tiny flower forming. I haven't fed them this week so far that's why it's not been logged. But after some experiments. with the TDS metre. I come up with a solution of 2ml grow and 5ml bloom for weeks 1 and 2. I have to say that the grow stuff is far more potent TDS wise than the bloom The bloom is far weaker the TDS value is 900ppm with that 2 week solution. My 3-7 week solution is 2ml grow 5ml bloom and 2ml plant magic ok booster lands at 1300 I could maybe knock back the bloom slight by a ML but let's see.

1/25 - Day 70 / Day 43 Flower - Feeding day I prepared a feeding solution that consisted of the following: - 1 gallon spring water - 5ml of FF Tiger Bloom (1/2 dose) - 10ml of FF Big Bloom (2/3 dose) Adjusted the solution to the following conditions before feeding: - pH: 6.5 - TDS: 328ppm - EC: .7 I gave each of the 5 gallon pots about a half gallon each of the solution, followed by enough non-fertigated spring water to induce runoff (approximately another half gallon). I tested the runoff for both of my 5 gallons and returned the following readings; Z51: - pH: 6.5 - TDS: 799ppm - EC: 1.6 Z52: - pH: 6.5 - TDS: 683ppm - EC: 1.4 Even though I've had my soil conditions dialed in over the last week, I'm still plucking off 5-10 leaves per day that have succumbed to chlorosis.

As you can see i had alot of growth over the week. i put my net up to see how it looked.

Week 8 / Flower Week 2 The middle plant is clearly shorter than the other two, but after measuring PPFD this turned out to be no issue. Plant heights were left 59 / middle 40 / right 55 cm with lamp distances of 32 / 55 / 34 cm. The strongest light is in the center, and despite the height differences the average light distribution is very even. PPFD averages were around left ~400 / middle ~415 / right ~380, and after I raised 2 levels up to ~500 / ~525 / ~545 µmol/m²/s Stretch is slowing down and the plants are clearly moving into early flower. During the week I removed yellow and dead leaves and started lollipopping. The lower third was cleaned up and the left plant was lollipopped a bit more. The other plants will be cleaned up further over the next days I think, step by step. I also raised the middle plant slightly at one point to get it closer to the light and improve airflow, which helped after cleaning up the lower part. Watering and feeding followed the HESI schedule. The plants were watered three times this week: At the start of the week, about 10 L with nutrients. Mid-week, roughly 7 L of pH-adjusted water only. On the day of writing this report, end of the week, they were watered again with nutrients at half strength .pH around 6.0-6.5. Yellow sticky traps were added as a preventive measure. Overall I’m happy with how this week went. Everything feels well set up and I’m curious to see how the left plant responds to the more intense lollipopping, since this is the first time I’ve gone this far. Grow Diary Entry: Day 21 of Flowering Hello everyone! The two Gorilla Glue x White Widow plants are thriving at the start of week three of flowering. I performed a thorough defoliation and trimming session across both plants, focusing on removing excess fan leaves, shaded nodes, and some lower branches to maximize airflow and light penetration to the main colas. One plant is exhibiting an impressive stretch, prompting another slight adjustment to the Spider Farmer G4500 grow light height to maintain optimal distance. For the nutrient regimen, I introduced 4 milliliters of PK 13/14 into the 10-liter reservoir mix. Environmental conditions remain well-managed: * Temperature (Lights Off): 17-19°C * Temperature (Lights On): 26-29°C (Note: sensor proximity to the light bar slightly skews this reading). * Relative Humidity: 45% (Maintained consistently by the dehumidifier). Their structures remain remarkably similar, tall, strong, and full of energy, while each holds onto her own personality, expressed in leaf form and flower shape. This week we noticed a few small spots on the leaves. Nothing dramatic, nothing to sound alarms about, but enough to remind us that plants, like people, sometimes whisper when they need something. It could be calcium, it could be another minor imbalance, but the key is observation. We’ll keep a close eye, watching for patterns, listening to what the girls want to tell us, and adjusting gently if needed. 🌱 Quick Recap (For Those Just Joining) From the start, this run has been about detail and care. • Germination was clean and quick, the girls leaping from seed into life. • Veg was marked by strong branching, healthy leaves, and the unforgettable funky unicorn foliage of Pheno #2. • Transplanting into super soil and fabric pots gave them the room to spread their roots and breathe. • The shift into flower was smooth, guided by careful lighting, steady feeding, and a balance of Aptus and Plagron nutrients. • Weeks 4 and 5 saw sativa-like stretch, white hairs bursting across every cola, and canopy lights filling every corner with photons. Flowers are swelling, resin begins to sparkle in early traces, and aromas start to hint at what’s to come. What to expect: denser buds, richer pistil coloration, and a canopy that will soon demand defoliation for airflow. What not to expect: miracles overnight. This is the stage of patience, where the magic brews quietly within each calyx. 💚 Closing Thought The Gelonades remind us that growth is rarely flawless. PS: Understanding Foxtailing One of the girls, our Pheno #2, is starting to show signs of foxtailing. For those new to the term, foxtailing refers to when buds grow in elongated, irregular patterns instead of stacking neatly into the dense, conical shape we often expect. The result is a flower that looks “spiky” or “funky,” almost as though the plant is growing multiple little towers from a single cola. Why does this happen? There are two main sides to the story: • Genetic Foxtailing: Some strains naturally express this trait, especially sativa-leaning hybrids. In this case, foxtailing is simply part of the plant’s personality, often leading to extra surface area for resin glands, which can even mean more trichomes and aromas. • Environmental Foxtailing: Stress factors can also trigger it — high heat, intense light (too much PPFD), or shifts in feeding can encourage buds to keep stacking in odd ways rather than finishing their round formation. In our case, the temperatures have sometimes pushed higher than ideal, and the lights are running strong, so those factors might play a role. But genetics also carry a heavy influence, and Gelonade — being sativa-leaning, can naturally lean toward these elongated flower expressions. Is foxtailing a problem? Not at all. While it can look unusual compared to the “textbook” cola shape, it doesn’t reduce quality. In fact, it can increase flower mass and surface resin coverage, giving us more material and potentially more complex aesthetics. Some growers even treasure it as a unique expression of their plant’s individuality. So while Pheno #2 may look a little funky, we see it as a gift, more fruit, more character, more story to tell. Die Pink Rozay bestätigt diese Woche endgültig, dass sie ein echtes Sommerkind ist. Kaum kratzen die Temperaturen an der 30 Grad Marke, drückt sie aufs Gas und wächst gefühlt direkt Richtung Mond. Das Höhenwachstum ist beeindruckend, aber mindestens genauso schön sind ihre riesigen Sonnensegel. Die Blätter wirken gesund, kräftig und sehen fast so aus, als wollten sie möglichst viel Sommer auf einmal einsammeln. Die Vorblüte zeigt sich mittlerweile sehr deutlich und damit war es Zeit für den Wechsel auf Green House BioBloom nach Düngeplan. Jetzt hoffen wir, dass die Dame ihre Energie langsam etwas weniger in die Höhe und dafür mehr in die kommende Blütenproduktion investiert. Wobei wir sie mittlerweile gut genug kennen, um zu wissen: Das es auf jeden Fall gut wird. . Das warme Wetter sorgt außerdem für ordentlich Durst. Aktuell verschwinden rund 2,5 Liter Wasser pro Tag, was zeigt, wie aktiv sie gerade arbeitet. Insgesamt präsentiert sich die Rozay wieder einmal als robuste, vitale Pflanze mit starker Genetik. Sie sieht hervorragend aus und macht genau das, was man sich von einer Outdoor-Dame im Hochsommer wünscht. 😘

Day 39 Plants are still looking hungry with the exception of the Moonwalker Kush , I fed them mid week with canna Flores Organic which didn't seem to improve anything, so today I gave them some Iguana Juice (OIM) and Bac OrganicPK booster , so I hope they look a bit brighter this week and get enought for the bud swell in the next week or so. Strange Fruit She stinks of 90's bubblegum after the leaf rub smelling more kushy, also the best resin producer Northern lights Smells amazing super sweet with some floral aroma, the buds are swelling nice and should be an acceptable yield. Powerlights Smell is a bit meeeah on this one has a slight with of rotten exotic fruit and rubber. Strange terp I have not experienced before , has some nice big crystals. Moonwalker Kush This is the one plant that has a nice green glow since, this plant was hand feed as I only have four autopots. Smells nice mad kushy as you would expect from a Skywalker cross, with some berry fruit in the background. I may or may not give them one more feed in five days , will see how things are progressing. Jack's Toe Jam I harvested it this week and the smell is amazing , smells like an Amsterdam coffeeshop from 1998. Strange blend of citrus from JH and sweetness of cheese.

she is doing really well. we are at the beginning of week 5. she is currently getting a lot of rain. but also enough sun and daylight. you can clearly see that she is preparing for the flowering phase. i have not used any growing techniques on her. just sunlight and fertiliser.

Flushing using 10L of water with Flawless finish- I'll be using this every other flush. , getting 50% run off, I can't measure ppm, I have ordered the tool to start learning this way also. I haven't measured run off ppms before so will be interesting to see. Smelling pungent, deep greens of colour coming through, hoping over the next 2 weeks she swells as she is not as dense as I was hoping 😅 Day 10day 58 Flower 07/07/24 Sunday No feed /water today letting her dry off a little more. Updated with a short 🤩💚 Day 102 Day 59 Flower 08/07/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap Water 5L pH 6.0 + 3L Water +calmag 5ml to keep her from deficiency during 1st week of flush. Updated a short video 😁 She's getting there. Day 103 Day 60 Flower 09/07/24 Tuesday No water, letting her dry off again ABIT, noticing a huge amount of trichome production, updated a short to see 😍. Day 104 Day 61 Flower 10/07/24 Wednesday Another 10L flush today , de-chlorinated tap water pH 6.0 with flawless finish. 10ml flawless finish to 10L water. Updated pictures and video. Day 105 Day 62 Flower 11/07/24 Thursday Last day of the week, another big flush today! 10L de-chlorinated tap water pH 6.0 with 10ml Flawless finish 👌 Trichomes...😍 She maybe a 21 day flush we'll see how she goes next week with ripening. The main plants are very close to harvest =] I will begin flushing I think after 1 bout of Cannazym, with aim to harvest ~10 days after. They can take more than 12 hours of light. You got multiple strains going or what? I do have multiple strains, but they're all auto. Thank you for the point added to the list of things learned. I knew they could take more than 12h, but I was managing remotely, and I thought anything but 12-12 would require , say, 18h for 6 weeks, 16 for 2, 12hr for flush period (I'm aware had I given them more light it wouldnt have taken 12-13 weeks.) On the positive side, I saved a picture of a "best case" Creme Mandarine bud, and reasoned my way to "Yeah mine will probably be 35% as nice, in quality, yield etc." - Sure, these arent Cup winners, but FUCK ME, did they turn out so much better than i expected. Now why's that?; I humbled myself and lurked Creme Mandarine grows and learned and learned and learned. So thank you 'Ezzjaygrows', and thank you Growdiaries =] Don't worry. My 2nd will be diarie'd too, and this time, I wont be remote managing with literal remote CCTV and PH meters/Moisture meters in the CCTV shot.
