Hello again and welcome to week 5, the beginning of true flower! Ahsoka (her star wars name) is doing awesome with LST. Last week we tied down her main cola but this week her branches were long enough to Tie most of them down to. I will leaf tuck everyday to keep light on the budsites. Ashoka has finally hardened off properly and I moved her to the big tent since she is also in flower. She is under The Optic 8+ we still haven't had to feed any nutrients yet 🤞 but are giving real growers recharge as a microbial. As you can see her roots have just exploded with growth. Solo cup challenge continues to press along. Not much change, plants are in veg, growing and healthy. Still a few weeks before the flowers start so I hope to get a bit of size going before it does. Growing rapidly from day 36 to 43. BB1 is very bushy and compact. GG2 has the most stretch in the last 2 weeks. Defol 9 leaves twice in a week for BB1. All others just once. Saw some deficiencies on two plants day 38. Guessing too much Cal Mag caused Potassium lock out. Flushed all 4 with 1.5 gallons of PH 6.5 water. Half gallon Nute water to each, minus Cal Mag on day 42.

This week, the Critical hasn't received a single drop of fertilizer; we have switched to exclusive water irrigation to flush the substrate and guarantee maximum purity in flavor and aroma. 📏 Measurements & Training -Height: Stable at 40 cm. The plant is no longer spending energy on growth, only on maturing resin. -Canopy Management: Previous defoliation and LST have allowed us to get here with an impeccable structure. The buds are heavy, dense, and fully exposed to the light. -Visual Check: The color change in the leaves is radical. This yellowing is exactly what we look for during the flush: a plant clean of salts. Trichomes are at their peak of milky opacity. 🌡️ Environment & Climate Challenges -Temperature: Maintaining 16°C at night and 27°C during the day. The cold is helping the plant finish its cycle naturally. -The Strategy: I’m still watering with lukewarm water. Since there are no nutrients, the warm water helps to dissolve the salt buildup in the roots more efficiently. -Humidity (RH): Strict control at 40%. In this "cleaning" phase, low humidity is non-negotiable to protect the harvest. 💧 Watering & Flushing Strategy -Water Only: We have completely removed the Biobizz schedule. Watering after watering, the plant gets lighter in color, which will translate into white ash and smooth smoke. -Substrate: Thanks to the cinnamon, the substrate has reached the end free of any pests. A total success in organic control. 🌿 Flower & Resin Evolution -She’s armored in crystals! ❄️ The calyxes are swollen and the pistils are almost completely withered. End of week 4 and things are still moving along despite a few hiccups. Ended up over feeding them at the end of last week and this week we have dropped there ppm down to the 450 ppm mark untill they come around. Didn’t really do to much damage except burn my leaves a bit and maybe slowed there growth a bit this week. Got a laser temperature gun for another project and I’m now able to check my canopy temperature too and it’s great. Canopy sits around 24-25 in the center of the screen and between 21-23 on the rest. Got around 65 D.L.I on the canopy's tallest area in the Center of the screen directly under the light when it passes over. The 1000w HPS is on the rail mover so it’s keeping things from burning and getting too intense. I recently added 2 x 1000x(180w actual) LED “Blurple” lights I had kicking around not been used so I through them in the tent to add some different light spectrums that the HPS doesn’t have. Just a little added extra kick for them, why not rite?...lol been struggling to keep humidity up across all my tents really, got the bare minimum everywhere and only one 1gal humidifier to run in the big room. Temperatures were cold the last week outside in the -20c range so my basement was a bit cold despite the one baseboard heater, which makes things even drier! Lol There has been no need to use either of my air conditioners in my tents for a month or so now even with the 2 x 1000w HPS lights in tents running side x side in the same room. Which is good cause they also drastically drop my humidity, the lights and the air conditioners...ugh. Lol well that’s if so far for now, Cheers 💨
