Blackberry moonrocks both plants are still some of the best seedling in the tent so far. The better if the 2 is for sure the #1 plant in the tent. It has had the best start of a seedling i have seen in a wile. The leaves are angled like an airplane and they just seem thicker than the average leaf. They both seem like there going to have middium to longer indernode spacing. It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

Things are going great in this tent, a couple brown calcium def spots forming in a few areas and as it goes we're currently out of cal-mag lol, we should have more delivered in about 2 days...I really like the structure of these plants, a few long (fat) colas always make for easy cleaning/drying and the SP-3000 gets in there deep..we could never run this close together under our old LEDs or without bending them sideways but we've had no issues yet keeping everything vertical under the MarsHydro...The temps are a little high and we're still watering this tent more than the others but airflow is really good and the plants seem happy for now....we removed a bunch of lower growth from most of them this week so they'll put that energy towards the stuff on top and minimize "popcorn"..the smell is just amazing, this is a very hearty and beautiful strain..I'm happy we were able to grab a half dozen clones..all the Widow clones we took are well into veg at this point ...💪🐱🌱....we live in zone 5 (US) and are limited on what we can grow outdoors but I think with these being a "fast" strain we could flower them all outside..we'll play it by ear lol..well thanks for taking the time to read my ramblings, we'll update if anything exciting happens midweek...have a safe and happy Memorial Day (US) Growmies!! ❤️💡🌱😽💨 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_

Update: 5 weeks of flowering complete. Gorilla widow started to hermie a bit on the bottom. I made the mistake of not removing enough popcorn buds and they didn’t get any light. I cut them all off the plant and now hoping it doesn’t hermie the rest of plant due to shock. We shall see, no big deal tho. The bigger deal... stayed at my Gf place from Friday- Sunday came back Sunday to find out the ballast for 1000watt had died!!! Ordered a new ballast and it will be here by Wednesday. For now I’m using an old 600 watt cool tube.

Week 4 Flowering D1-3 Not so many happened except that plant getting bushier and bushier 😂 She's flowering still slow and seems like she lost a week compared to my other plant but if that's just genetics , no problem. I m a bit worried if there's light leaking or something and shes stressed ...who knows, ill wait and see what will happen skipped defoliation at d21 of flowering with her and will do it as long as she finish stretching ! Same nutrients as she looks really healthy! till next update 💪🙏

Start of week 2, day 8 of flowering. The plants are sagging a bit in these photos, as I took them just before feeding, except for the pics in the grow room, they are just after feeding. So far, they all look good and healthy, a few leaves are showing some small deficiency signs, hopefully that will go away as additional nutrients are added over the grow cycle.

Harvested on week 12 exactly. Was a little worried about bud rot during the early drying phase but it seems it just came out a little less bright green than I am accustomed to as there is no sign of rot after drying has completed and curing started. Don’t have a working scale anymore but my eye scale is legendary and I’d say probably got between a half oz and 3/4 of an oz, but would be shocked if it were over 1 oz. My best guess would be around 18g. Tried a small bit tonight right after I transferred to a jar for curing, nice hashy flavor with some pepper undertones. Smells very fruity in the jar, but definitely can smell the flavor without consuming too. The buzz is pretty nice. Balanced and relaxing but not too sleepy, definitely still functional. Seems it’d be best for lazy afternoons, winding down after a long day, or even laid back social events. Overall very happy with my first grow experience and excited to use what I learned next season. This one has the frost, makes me want to bust out the bubble bags and hash her out! Another that's been very simple to grow, easy feeder and not to picky on anything else. Super dense nuggies with that lovely purple hint to them, an ode to her Purple Haze lineage, with a very earthy, almost nutty aroma. Another day or so then I'll swap out the nutes for some flawless finish (10/14) and properly flush her out. I have to bet this one's gonna be an evening indulgence. Please do yourself a favor and visit the HBS site and give Geoff's work a run in your tent, I promise you'll be in awe of his selected crosses from some of the most prestigious breeders out there.

Gelato what a fucking beautiful plant she is becoming :)! Shit literally looks like some mephisto genetics frosty as fuck. Shit wish I had another tent I'll run the rest of my gelato seeds this shit is prob going be my fan favorite :) but fast buds still has plenty more for me to grow. Tbh every fast buds I grown I haven't been disappointed:). Looking to harvest this one in next 4 weeks or so so excited:)! Easily 4 zips calling it now ! :)

Overall very impressed with Ethos line of plants, the Gorilla Glue from Barney's Farm i am not super impressed with, they said on website 63-70 days.
