Happy with the second NLXL harvest. smells great after a week curing. NLXL#3 doing still doing pretty good, not too many new yellow leafs.

Tuesday 4th August (day 38) 2-4am Heavy flushing EC keeps rising PH hasn’t come down below 2 after heavy watering and light feeding. I’m resorting to a reset flush now put roughly 15L of 1.0EC nutrient mix just Calmag and A&B through each pot and finished off with a Balanced feed for day 38 0.5ml/L - Calmag 1ml/L - Canna A&B 1ml/L - Big Bud 2ml/L Clean fruits PH5.6 EC Have removed the plant stands so I can bottom feed them extra when the lights are off, or if I can’t be home in time for watering. I’ve reduced light intensity when it’s too hot, battling high humidity. As you can see they are surviving they are a dark green colour and bud development has been super slow due to all the issues when growing in summer. I shouldn’t have had dry backs early flower should have just soaked them and worked with the humidity. Lessons learned as always with growing it’s never just plain sailing. I might knock the pure coco on the head and start adding perlite again in the winter. May get the autopots out haven’t decided yet.

Day 71👋🌱 I started flushing some days befor. I think I’ve got 20 days left but this lady eat a lot of feeding this last weeks so I give some more flushing. Buds looks full of all What they needs also if now they need to get fat and fat. :) let’s see what’s happen. Giving ph controlled water at 6.2/6.5, I check TDS to water owerflowing from pot, bringing it to 50ppm from 400. Now I’ll start checking trichomes every three days, I’d like a 60% white and 40% amber Day 72👋🌱🌱 Hi all growers, how is going? 😊 I'm at my first real flush for this Orange, i gave 10 lt of ph controled water and was checking ppm from water coming out. i gave water unitl it reach 400 ppm, my water is 200 ppm, i hope i'll bring it to 50 ppm for next flush in 3 days. i think bud are going to bloom nice this last days befgore harvest, i can feel it :D Day 74👋🌱🌱🌱🌱 Soil is already quiet dry, smell is increasing rapidly. Today I’ll give another e 1 lt of water and Sunday I’ll do another flush. I think will go up to 90 days. Bud will get fatter and fatter🏆. Maybe I could have fertilise two times more, but anyway I’d not a big problem, I’ve been feeding them a lot since the beginning so a more long flush won’t be a problem at all. Keep washing it with ph controleed water that looks always cleaner, i think i'll be cutting the most high bud some days before the rest of the plant. Day 61 for The Tropical Ice Cream One 🍦 She stretched quite a bit and is now officially in week 1 of flowering. The canopy is already nice and flat so I've kept training to a minimum. She seems to be enjoying herself: VPD is around 1.3 and PPFD between 700-800. Bud sites are developing nicely and I'm excited to see how she performs over the next couple of weeks. Feeding max recomended strength H&G soil A&B and they are loving it. Buds are swelling now and trichomes are more visable . This plant is growing fast .

Been a rough week and you can see she’s struggling with the heat! It’s been over 95 degrees for a few days now and I’ve been watering the daylights out of her. Kinda stunted from the heat.

It's been a really nice week for weather, but also very dry. When did pick up a few times and I had to readjust my canopy again to get a tighter so I didn't hit the top of my plants. It's doing a really good job keeping the crud off but it does have a few spots where it's leaking so I might tape those up just to keep my plants dry. We just hit 13 hours of light in my area, and buds slowly transitioning into more rapid growth they are smelling pretty stinky from far away already. Water twice this week About 6 gallons each time and one with compost tea.

Day 25 of flowering looking nice no problems as of yet knock on wood plant on the right I think looks better it has gotten more defoliating and training they are about 2in shorter than I expected but my light is only 200 watts so it doesn't get down through the canopy very well and I don't want to grow a bunch of trim bud

This was a huge plant for most of its life I struggled to get the nutrients on point. It always seemed to want something more than what it was getting. It turned out to have some great final buds with dense tricombs all over with a super dank smell with a cream and butter smell

So that's a week n a few days of flushing done and she's looking ready for the chop! Beautiful colours in and around buds now and absolutely covered in trichomes. I can't post close up pics of trichomes unfortunately cos I don't have a camera with the magnification it needs. Just gonna wait another few days and harvest then. Happy days 😁

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. June 28: rainiest June on record but average temperatures. Godfather OG is behind schedule because of the weather but is doing fine.

Graft is finally flowering :) The plant is flowering different parts at different rates As you can see there is less nitrogen for the plant to use. Nevertheless it is still growing leaves everywhere! Main cola is stacking nicely 👍🏽 I canny wai laddy I jus canny doooo it :)

So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

Week 14 from Seed – Week 3 of Flower – Full Bloom Ahead The garden is shifting, and so are the vibes — we’re now stepping into the serious stages of the Eternity Grow Cup. Week 3 of flower, and what a beautiful time it is. The girls are officially locked into bloom mode and starting to show their power, stretching with grace and stacking flowers that promise magic. They’ve filled up the SCROG like it was meant for them — one look, and you can feel the energy radiating off the canopy. We started this week a little on the chilly side, with temps dropping down to 16°C, but we found the rhythm. By the end of the week, we had it all dialed in: 24°C with 60% humidity, giving us a clean and steady VPD of 1.22 kPa. CO₂ is rolling at 1107 ppm, and let me tell you, the girls are loving every part of it. They’re responding like pros — strong, healthy, compact, with early signs of dense flower sites setting in all over the canopy. The ICL 300s are fully in play now, and they’re doing a spectacular job. Light penetration is even, and the plants are soaking it up. We’re still holding off on UV, just letting the full spectrum and reds do their thing for now. We’ve updated our feeding too — we’re now into Week 4 of the Aptus Holland Clean Program, and we are about to introduce Plagron Green Sensation into the mix. A little booster to spice up the bloom and get those flower stacks rising to the challenge. The water temps were a struggle — stuck at 14°C — so we dropped in a classic aquarium water heater, and now we’re sitting at a comfy 20°C. Small changes, big impacts. You can see it in the leaves, in the way they pray up toward the light. This week’s visuals?
