August 31 - Day 35 Getting there. Everything is basically the same besides the topping I did on August 29th (Day 33). The girls were on their 7th node going on 8 and I topped 3 down to 5 nodes and 1 to 6. Lost at least 5 days to a week in growth on that. But I didn't feel like they were growing enough daily to top them sooner Temp - 78 Humidity - 63 Wattage - 110 EC - 600

Without a doubt the best bud I‘ve ever grown! I have nothing but positive things to say about the genetics of this plant. This was my first mephisto grow so very impressed. Buds are sticky and dense after weeks of 90-100 degree weather. No signs of stress or slowing. The plants tackled every hint of def or toxicity with ease. Got a little less yield than I expected, but not complaining as quality is incredible!! Buds dryed for 6 days and cured for 7 as of review. Very dense and sticky. Yielded 5oz dry A-bud, 2oz dry fluff, and 15oz of wet trim. Pressed the fluff with a 11% yield. Rosin is budder-like and smooth. EDIT: Later edited on aug 17 to provide cure update. —-smoke report—- The finished cured bud reeks intensely of diesel, raspberry, and hash! The smoke itself is light on the lungs and heavy in texture. Smoke hints at flavors of raspberry and caramel with sweet notes. High produces strong headband and couchlock effect. Potency is high without a doubt. Smoking a few under 30 day cured bowls produces a high for a solid 3-6 hours even at a high tolerance level. As of mid-august, the cure is complete and stone has intensified. Feels waaay more indica this time. Fully cured bud can knock a seasoned stoner the fuck out. Blew my expectations out of the water This was my first mephisto grow and it made me a diehard fan. Can‘t wait to grow more later in the year!

This week I decided to recruit my husband to get a proper look at this girl's roots. She's gotten so damn big that it's impossible for me to get a shot otherwise. Her root ball is massive. She's large and in charge. I went through and gave her another thorough round of defoliation. What I removed was any droopy leaves in the underbrush, as well as any fan leaves that were casting shadows and blocking light from my bud sites. When I was finished, I was able to stand over my plant, look down, and visibly see through to the base of my plant and grow media. Being able to do this suggests to me that my light source is also able to penetrate down throughout the plant as well. The removal of these leaves also contributed to improved air circulation and decreased humidity - both which are important as we progress through the flowering stage. This week I also caught my first whiff of this plant's sweet aroma. I'm excited to see how her terps develop over the upcoming weeks! 😋😋😋 I cloned another branch off this plant. I got the 3 starting seeds from an exchange with a redditor who accidentally pollinated his batch with a male, meaning I didn't start with the best genetic which in the end, probably induced the hermie. It turned out good overall but it did fuck up a lot of things. I never thought 4 weeks of veg would be too much. They got tall in no time and almost tripled in height during the flowering stretch. Light burn had a significant impact on the trichome production of certain buds. The mold is on me. I should have controlled the conditions better. I had to throw away 10-15g because of it. And really nothing guarantees I removed it all. Plant B produced, in the books, a lot less than her sisters and that can be explained by 3 factors: -Mold attacked it more than the others; -I probably switched 1 or maybe 5 (who knows...) whole branches when they fell from the rope during the drying; -I left a lot of tiny popcorn buds that got separated in the ''to be extracted'' jar. The 3 plants were pretty similar in looks but gave rather different seeds. A, the hermie, gave a lot of seeds in general but almost half of them were immature or wonky and got discarded; B, a female, gave a lot of good ones but also quite a few bad ones. The have nice stripes giving them a tiger look; C, another female, still hasn't been plucked of all it's seeds but the ones I already collected are really big, round and mat. Plant A pollinated itself. Plant B got helped by me but C didn't received help from me nor the wind and still got hit, a lot less, but still. I'll never underestimate the propagation power of pollen again. FINAL HARVEST: PLANT A: - 91g - 281 viable seeds PLANT B: - 28g - 297 viable seeds PLANT C: - 89g - 149 viable seeds 167 mixed seeds from ABC EXTRACT MATERIAL: - 9g TOTAL: 217g / 894 seeds Height by weeks: 1 - 7 cm 2 - 20 cm 3 - 32 cm 4 - 49 cm Switch 5 - 81 cm 6 - 107 cm 7 - 120 cm 8 - 124 cm 9 - 125 cm 10 - 126 cm 11 - 126 cm 12 - 128 cm 13 - 128 cm Nice experience overall. A lot of thing could have gone better but the fact is I got a bunch of seeds for future pheno hunting and God knows I'll need to do some to straighten the genetic. See you all then!

Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. A little late on the update I was out of town for the weekend and couldn't get to it before I left. They're Growing amazing and wow did i come back ti a jungle. They'll definitely be getting a defoliation and lollipop this week as it's needed. All in all Happy Growing

Day 28 Veg Day 1 Flowering: Hi growmies. Here we are at the start of flowering for these happy healthy little ladies from Zamnesia seeds. Girl scout cookies #1 has now had to have pegs to hold her limbs in place as she keeps heading for the light but I want a more squat plant so will keep her lower this way until stretch has about ended. This should keep the main canopy uniform and lower than they want to grow naturally. It is a manageable size so far but is filling the pot out more each day. #2 is a little smaller in general and is also dealing with a repair from a major split on the 5th node bend. She has made sure it survived but I still need to watch her for any pathogens creeping in. Amnesia haze #1 has gone crazy in the last week and her f.i.m has really brushed her out to fill her pot with so many potential mains. She will need a little defol along the way now flowering has begun but inam hoping to keep as many of those fat workhorse fan leaves in the game. #2 has now lost the rectangular look and has also been held down with tent pegs in various locations to promote many mains. She is a nice growing lady with no signs of any issues. #3 was left a more natural pattern but will definitely have to have some stripping out done as she is so full of growth tips, hidden by so many big fan leaves another potential monster in the making in think. Now we are going into the stretch periods , I need to keep on top of the training to best exploit the space I have to use as I am now fitting another Mars light into the fun zone. (Diary will begin soon !!). A lot of activity this week with harvests on other strains and new seeds going in too. I also have 2 100L living organic soil beds cooking for the next run . Data.... So there we have it. Another harvest in the bag and some very nice nugs of Zamnesia Biscotti to wait to dry and cure to perfection. The strain has been great to grow with no issues with anything I threw at it. I didn't see the need to use anything to minimise the iverall size of my plants but went with the nutes to see what the results would be. We will get a better idea once dried and cured with a yield per plant to go with too. I am not expecting g a huge yield based on their overall medium size bit rhe buds look so sweet amd smell amazing of a pineapple type sweet and a fuel type undertone. Day 40 ( 3 in flower) : I think it is safe to say that the flowering has kicked into full gear now and her stretch is on. Been a few issues sorting the dosage of the Mega crop with the Los soul in particular. Balancing the NPK with additional silica and calmag had me worries I had been hitting them too strong but in fact the power of the 900w Led lights being too close and intense had been clawing the bigger plants at the edges and not the mc. # 1 is going for gold and looking very healthy and happy. she is spreading g out nicely and will be a nice yield I think. #2 looks like she's hating something in her soil/coco and has some obvious damage from it. she is still growing skyward but is a lot smaller than the rest in the room. #3 Growing nicely and getting ready for a good defol this week. They are good to train and now big enough to be held to the pot edges with wire. This next week will see an increase in their Mc dosage by .5g. Her flowers are coming along nicely too all over the stems, roll on bud building. Green days all
