Girls had a good week of mostly sun and rain for the end of the week. Upped the girls feed yesterday to 1400 ppm 2.8 ec, Almost to the max for outdoors, in the ground, grows. Girls are a nice green with big beautiful leaves. No clawing or burnt tips and the stems of the leaves are all green like they should be.the Breakup Cake and the Silver Widow in this garden are a lot smaller than the gelato, but that is fine. I will have a week of steady trimming as it is now. Thanks for your interest and thanks to Kannabia for supplying some awesome genetics

Hallo Growfreunde, da bin ich wieder mit einem kleinen Update 🤗😁. Heute ist Tag 5 nach der Umstellung auf 12/12. Der stretch sollte sich bald bemerkbar machen, aber sollte keine Probleme geben, Platz ist da😎💪. Ich habe diese Woche den Tank das erste Mal nachgefüllt, allerdings diesmal mit nur 20L, damit das Wasser nicht so lange steht. Es hatte sich ein kleines CalMag problem angedeutet, was sich aber schonwieder eingependelt hat. Entlaubt habe ich auch. Große Fächerblätter wurden entfernt, aber sehen tut man dass nach 2 Tagen schon nicht mehr😅😅. Ende Woche 2 werde ich nochmal lollipoppen und entlauben, danach wird nix mehr gemacht. Mal sehen ob der Dünger bis zum Ende reicht😅. Hab heute, 13.10 nochmal die Positionen der Töpfe verändert und die Pflanzen auch anders angeordnet. Nutze jetzt fast die vollen 2m breite😁😁 mal sehen ob ich das ganze Zelt voll kriege🤣🤣😂😂. Was schätzt ihr so was an ertrag raus kommt?! Bin echt gespannt🤗🤗🤗🤗🤪. In 2-3 Tagen mach ich nochmal ein Update, bis dahin liebe Growfreunde 💞💞💞

This week the focus was mainly on LST. I continued guiding and adjusting the branches to keep everything level and well structured, helping the plant maintain a clean and symmetrical shape. Apart from that, everything remains the same with no major changes. The plant is slowly recovering from the calcium deficiency, and the new growth is already looking healthier, so I’m just letting her grow and settle in 🌿💪

Well I had a bit of a setback the past week. The leaves started showing some black sort of toxicity (couple leaves have a spot or two in this weeks pics) and I noticed my leaves were somewhat darker to other plants at a similar age. I decided to flush it yesterday before lights on with PH'd water and fed it a lighter dose of nutes and also raised the lights 2". She immediately perked back up and a day later she seems to be doing a lot better. Leaves looking better and she's still growing! I _lightly_ defoliated (4-5 leaves) to get more airflow.

This week flushing the wedding cake i thought that was the problem was an excess of nutrients, but instead the water was quite clean, around 1100ppm at the first drain, after several flushes water is now on 600ppm.. It seems that the others are starting to have the same deficiency that hit wedding # 2 .. now I'm treating them with 0.5ml of cal-mag adding it to the other nutrients for once a week (except wedding # 2) I will wait for the soil to dry out, to give her only clean water since the final harvest is not long. ⚠️ UPDATE DAY 45 ⚠️ Yesterday flush for dos si dos and today flush for (wedding cake 1) they are having a nutrient lockout too..😪 The (wedding cake 1) is clearly healthier than her sister (wedding cake 2) by looking at her color, but unfortunately she had excessive PPM / EC too.. So i did the same procedure by using only tap water, but this time added only 0,5ml of cal-mag. Water was at 6.5 ph until I got a better runoff, it went from 5.7 to 6.0 PH and from 1800 to 700-600ppm 😬 I have never thought of overdoing nutrients so much.. I will certainly learn a lot from these mistakes 🙌🏻

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. Muy satisfecho con la de ramas que esta dando, todas tienen cálizes y un olorsito que alimenta. Unas puntas amarillas en las hojas recién salidas, pero no suigio avanzando despues de echarle top blom, supongo que seria alguna carencia que justo el top blom me lo a dado. perfecto todo, cada 2 dias 200ml de agua con solución a cada planta. Todo en un armario de 60 x 60 x 140, espero no tener problemas de espacio.

La planta ya tiene al rededor de 76 días mientras el banco sugiere cosechar de 70-74 días, estamos atentos a que los tricomas comiencen a tornearse cafés, el 10% para cosechar, al parecer está a menos de una semana.

Estuvimos un poco desaparecido por andar un poco desmotivado pero aquí vamos nuevamente, las nenas van bastante bien en la semana 8 la cambiamos a maceta de 3.5L y aprovechamos de darle GREAT WHITE SHARK, la técnica que usamos es de amarrar el central ya que le hicimos supper cropping y apical a nuestro central, amarramos el apical que le hicimos super cropping y le dimos fuerza a varios brazos. Para ir controlando la altura de los brazos le hicimos poda a pical a los que estaban tomando más altura y así poder ir equiparando los brazos. La verdad que no se cuantos brazos tengo que sacar y aun me quedan unas 4 semanas para poder desocupar mi armario de floración y poder pasarlas a flora, así que intentaremos hacer una muy buena estructura antes de pasarlas a floración. La defoliación la aplico cada vez que saco foto ósea semanal y trato de ir manteniendo de a 4 nudos o 6 nudos La alimentación se mantiene igual lo que si no se si lo dije pero: Rhizotonic: Lo estoy usando solo en trasplantes y cuando hago alguna poda. Cannazym: Lo estoy usando 1 vez por semana. Orca y Myco Chum: Lo estoy usando 1 vez cada 1-2 semanas Alimentación diaria: Calmag, silicia, supervit y canna coco a+b Alimento a cada una con 250-350 cc de solución, 2 horas que encienden las luces y 2 horas antes de que se apaguen. Gracias a esta receta no eh tenido tanta variedad en mi runoff y las nenas se mantienen muy sanas. Saludos

I believe this will be the last week this girl will stretch. Shes got arm buds at the ready and will be full on flower from here on out. In going to keep her nitrogen at a high for these next two weeks and dip out after mid week 6 and keep it just bloom shiz. She is gorgeous with 7 main colas. Would be easily 12 but one main got snapped due to her topping her own self(stakes). Yes these girls can do that. They will drive thsy stake out the ground and the California gold in my other diary did the same as well. The effort/force topped them so I lost some branches and instead took a loss. I love her and it's so crazy how she started out small. 1 gallon is blooming out. Stripped all lower sites to a degrees none of that garbage yah here. 3 gallon just got some orange hairs. We are now beginning to fall out of the stretch.

Week 5 already, thats why they call it fastbuds... In no time its harvest time! We had some bugs (trips) running around, i think i took them from outside as i was working on my garden, my outdoor plant is also affected, that happens for being a dirty old man 🤦🤷 but not much we can do now, i tried to clean the leaves a bit and remove some, but i think its better to harvest and clean the room as i dont eant any pesticides on the buds, but for the rest quite ok, we gave aome extra pk and bloom this week so lets see how the plants do next weeks 😁

Brand new amnesia punch Zamnesia and ripper seeds collaboration have made a never to forget strain! There was only 500 so I got me one and germinated a seed to add to my photo tent so I could be one of the first to test and try it! Started in a glass of water for 48hrs then onto paper towel for 24hrs then potted! I am running them in 12L of soil, I have also put Co2 bags into the tent too

So wee update at the end of week 9 Haven't had any more issues since upping the nuts a bit on cal mag Have found a few bugs in the soil hopefully the sign of a good soil system :) the plants seem to be swelling fine in the last few weeks here think I may try to push them till about 75 days or so. It I guess the plants will let me know Tested 1 run of and coming out at 7.3 so bit high but everything on new/old leaves seem have ( apart from the issue I had before ) I've added a video of the bugs if people want to try to identify them for me? Just for fun or incase they can cause any issues lol

This week was ok. For the most part, the plants seem to be more healthier this week than the last 2. I decided to do a light flush yesterday on all plants. I ran 5 gallons of light strength nutrients through each plant. I can say that it did benefit the plants judging by the run off..i was able to get my runoff ph up to 5.7. At 1st I was getting 5.3. All of this happened because I didn't calibrate my ph pen from the last grow. Lesson learned. My initial goal was to flip into flowering next week which would complete an 8 week veg, but now i won't flip until I know the ladies are fully healthy. We shall see how they respond this next week..ill keep yall updated in my next upload
