With spectacular colors and aromas that ... mmmmmm already make you dizzy I'm sure we'll re-propose this delicious plant on a large scale!

Week 5 Veg Report: Croco Mutants A Quick Recap: The journey with my Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco girls has been a ride full of unique beauty and challenges. Here’s a quick look back at our progress: Week 1 (Germination): Using TheCannaKan, the seeds sprouted quickly in a controlled environment. They were then moved to Root Riots with nutrients from Aptus Holland, setting the stage for healthy development. Week 2: The first set of funky leaves began to emerge, showcasing the distinct and peculiar traits that make these mutants so special. Feeding started with Aptus Regulator, Startbooster, CalMag Boost, and All-in-One Liquid—a well-rounded blend to support their growth. Week 3: These funky beauties continued to amaze, displaying different leaf structures and growth patterns. The environment remained stable, and photos with my Nikon and Sony cameras captured their vibrant essence. Week 4: A dip in temperatures brought on slower growth, but the girls adapted well. Organic Aptus All-in-One Pellets were introduced into the soil mix for consistent nutrition, while bottom watering started to combat gnats. Week 5: Slow Growth, Unique Beauty This week has been all about patience, observation, and admiration. The mutants are growing at their own pace, but each plant’s unique beauty and dark green vibrance make it worth the wait. Environmental Update: Temperature: The cold has settled in further, with daytime temps at 18°C and nighttime dropping to 14°C. While slower growth is expected in these conditions, the plants are adapting and maintaining their health. Humidity: RH remains stable at 65%, providing just enough moisture to support their development without creating excess stress. Feeding & Watering: The same Aptus Holland nutrient solution is being used this week: Regulator (0.15 ml/L): Strengthens cell walls, helping the plants adapt to colder conditions and maintain their vigor. CalMag Boost (0.25 ml/L): Supplies essential calcium and magnesium for strong, healthy foliage. Startbooster (0.25 ml/L): Encourages root development and early-stage robustness. All-in-One Pellets : A complete nutrient solution providing the base nutrition these girls need already in the soil. Additionally, I’m continuing with bottom watering, where the trays are filled to let the soil absorb water passively. This has been effective in keeping gnats at bay, especially when combined with yellow sticky traps. Bottom watering also encourages the roots to grow downward, seeking moisture and building a stronger foundation. Growth Observations: Each plant remains a unique masterpiece: Leaves: The diversity of shapes, sizes, and structures is remarkable. From jagged edges to rounded tips, every plant tells its own story. Color: The deep, dark green is a testament to their health and the effectiveness of the Aptus feeding regimen. Despite slower growth, they’re thriving in their own way. Cloning or Flipping to 12/12: I’ve been debating whether to: Flip to 12/12 for a week to induce pre-flowering and identify males and females, or Take clones when they’re large enough and flip the clones instead. Each approach has its benefits: Flipping the plants: Speeds up the process of sex identification but temporarily halts vegetative growth. Cloning and flipping the clones: Preserves the original plants in veg while testing the clones for sex. This method is more time-consuming but allows the mother plants to continue growing. I’m leaning toward cloning when the plants reach the right size, as it seems the most practical for maintaining momentum with these unique mutants. Photography Update: This week, I brought out my Nikon and Sony cameras again, using different lenses to capture the intricate details of the plants. From close-ups of water droplets creating reflections to stunning macros of leaf textures, the results truly showcase their beauty. Why Use a Camera Over a Phone? Lens Flexibility: With interchangeable lenses, I can adjust for macro shots, wide angles, or depth of field, something even the best phone cameras can’t fully replicate. Detail and Clarity: DSLR and mirrorless cameras capture a higher dynamic range and more intricate details, elevating the visual storytelling. 14. Woche, P1 fällt morgen, die ist soweit gut denke ich (ca. 20% aufwärts Bernstein Trichome). P2 braucht leider noch ca. 1 woche länger. 93. Tag ist für P1 das Ende, sie wurde heute vorgetrimmt und zum trocknen aufgehängt. Ergebnisse gibt es wenn die P2 auch geerntet wird, denke nächste Woche um die Zeit. Aber eins kann ich euch versichern, is mit Abstand die schwerste die ich ist jetzt hatte😊🍀🍀. Gebt euch auch mal wie viele Trichome die gute produziert hat, Duft is noch sehr pflanzlich, Blüten sind ziemlich fest gewesen hoffe das es nach dem trocknen noch so ist. Alles in allem super Run. Hoffentlich is die gute bei den Top 10 das wäre ein träumchen, wobei ich es wirklich jedem gönne zu gewinnen und bei soviel starker Konkurrenz geht ich wahrscheinlich unter. ABER was ein geiler Contest trotzdem, hier ein dickes fettes Dankeschön an Zamnesia und Plagron für die Möglichkeit hier überhaupt mitmachen zu dürfen 🙏💙💜 98. Tag , werd die gute am Samstag/Sonntag je nachdem wie ich Zeit finde, umlegen und zum trocknen aufhängen.

Topdressing with biofish and fishbone meal water in with em1 mix the two meals 50/50 1 cup per plant. Really not much I do other than observe now. Blumats set up all I can do is make occasionally a compost tea with alfalfa meal and ewc lobster compost blend splash of molasses. Em1 2x a month.

11 weeks completed! The plants seem healthy and doing their thing. I will be harvesting this week. There is definitely some amber in the trichomes. I gave them a tiny feed mid week since they had seemed to be a little stalled out (first feed in 1.5 weeks). I watered them last night. I'll check the trichomes when I but them to bed in 2 days and see if that is when I'll leave them in the dark for 48 hours and then harvest. If they are still not ready then... I'll water again when I wake them up and then I'll check them 2-3 days after that! Either way, I cannot see this not happening in the next 4-5 days!! Looking forward to harvest!! Plans are already underway for my next grow. Probably going with Seedsman's Strawberry Auto Cheesecake.

next time i have to veg more then 4 weeks to increase yield. it finishes quickly and big yield for the short veg time. im also very happy with the optic 4 wich made the buds dense from top to bottom. i might upgrade to cocos or hydro next grow, or maybe both ;)

Here’s the breakdown for our Epic Buzz phenotypes: Pheno #1 is thriving with its buds thickening up nicely, showcasing a frosty appearance that promises high-quality resin production. Pheno #2 remains a bit smaller in comparison, yet it's catching up with an increase in bud density and trichome development. Pheno #3 stands out with its robust growth and resin-packed buds that are slightly ahead in terms of maturity compared to its siblings. As we approach the harvest, maintaining optimal environmental conditions—consistent humidity and temperature—is more crucial than ever to maximize their potential. Welcome growers We are at the end of week n°3 in flowering for these two BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE 🍰 The flowers are developing quite well on both and I can already perceive the classic blueberry notes of these varieties.. Even the trichomes are already quite evident 💯 The color of the leaves (the remaining ones) tends to be classic green, without blue-violet hues I still giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. And yes... As seen in the video, the most evident thing these days was a massive defoliation ✂️✂️🍃🍃🍃🍃 Honestly, I never use such an aggressive technique.. This time I decided to practice it on all the plants I have in the garden (10 visible in the diaries + 8 regular all female) out of pure curiosity to see how each of them will react It's a bit of a controversial method, but it's trying and seeing what happens Let's hope so 🍀 I immediately start a more massive fertilization.. Next week we will see how they will be 😉 About nutrients 👇 I still giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. Die Woche über hat sich die Pflanze gut entwickelt. Ein paar Triebe und Fächerblätter habe ich herausgeschnitten. Zum Ende der Woche habe ich das Cover Crop abgeschnitten; Kickflip, gemalzte Gerste, das CalMagic Kit und IMO4 eingearbeitet und anschließend wieder das Cover Crop als Mulchschicht aufgelegt. Wenn Ich das Bittersalz eingegossen habe werde ich hier noch Hanfmulch aufbringen.
