Was a tough last few weeks lots of work to be done big problem with humidity finally sourced a good enough dehumidifier and added another 1200 light. Lemon skunks were suppose to be autos but no signs of flowering yet so I'm forcing them with 12/12. No room left in the tent now because photos are going into flower too

I finally found the time to transplant the Bubblegum ladies to the flowering tent. The seeds were planted on the 13th of Januari, all the seedlings have been topped on february 2nd and transplanted today. They will remain under the 18-6 schedule for the oncoming days.

This video was taken just before the chop. It took me forever to cut the first branch __she seemed too pretty to touch with scissors. Feelings aside now. Time slipped again and it turned out to be her 9th week. Trichome checks were tricky because of the side lighting, often too close to the plant, so they were not consistently filling up__mea culpa. If I only had more space… & had not damaged the main stem… As for patching up the broken stem, I am not sure it was a great idea. She grew OK, but the stem at the patch spot looked like it had maybe 40% living tissue left. BAK__ more in a jiff.👽

More heavy defoliation more pony railing tops as they grow out . Before there were 11 tops tied now there were 18 tops tied . Overall she probably looks the exact same as 4 weeks ago but she has been doing a lot of leg work for the the grow to come . I’m still waiting to see these top dressed nutes start becoming available to her . I’m also curious to see what response , if any, she gives to the worm castings I topped dressed her with . She’ll be going to a 6 gal pot in about 3-3&1/2 once it’s time to feed her again . At the exact End of this week I’ve just untied all her tops . Give us a like .

well got her all cleaned up and spread out, going to try a hybrid scrog, but with some lower buds too as this new light of mine is great at canopy penetration. I want to see if its better to keep lower bud sites or remove them

week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

📆 Semana 9 La Mentha de Croco entra ya en cierre real: los cogollos dejan de crecer pero se endurecen y cargan más resina. Los pistilos empiezan a oscurecer y los tricomas se ponen mayormente lechosos con algún ámbar. El aroma mentolado sube un punto más y los riegos ya son muy suaves, solo para mantenerla estable antes del remate. Afinando resina, terpenos y densidad para la semana 11. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Week 1 of the latest cycle and starting out with some new hardware and an expanded grow print👍. We’re running 4 autos via a recirculating Dutch bucket system. First time on a dutchy so it’s gonna be interesting to see how it stacks up against DWC. I’ll give a full rundown on the system I’ve cobbled together on the next update. So far - all seedlings have germ’d without issue using the standard p-towel method. Why more people don’t use this method on GD is beyond me. It’s so reliable that some breeders even warranty your seeds if you use this method and more than 1 seed fails to crack. We’ve got little sprouts coming up now and it’s all just waiting for those first couple fan leaves to come out and those roots to run to the bottom of each bucket. They’ve been placed in root riot cubes (essentially a version of rapid rooters) like most of our runs and I’d recommend their use with all autos. Time and stress on young autos is key so they need the absolute best start you can give them👌. End of week update - looks like we got 4 quality little seedlings here👍. Alls good other than battling a ph issue for most of the week. Keeps spiking overnight for no real reason - hopefully it’ll even out and isn’t the early sign of a major problem🤞. Background The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Vamos familia que se viene la cosecha de estas Papayton de Fastbuds, que ganas que tenia ya de darles machetazo. Que locura de variedad, me encantó cultivarla , pero e de comentar que para mí es una variedad bastante complicada y hacía años que no me encontraba un reto así, al final salieron y bastante top. Las flores aparte de piedras, se ven resinosas. a sido una genética, dificil de cultivar y no es muy resistente pero si tienes paciencia fliparas con la calidad, 8/9 semanas de floración, los aromas son bastante intensos y hay que tener cuidado con los plátanos , si sale alguno a final de flora quitarlos y si sale antes desechar mejor la planta. Por esos problemas que comenté por muy buena variedad que sea no puedo darle muchas estrellas. Here comes the first Preflower Update

Que pasa familia, andamos por aquí, puesto que está farm cheese a cogido muy buen ritmo, esta será la última semana que la daremos de crecimiento, y en nada pasamos a 12/12.(floración). El ph está controlado en 6.5 , la humedad está por debajo de 55% y la temperatura no sube los 26 grados. Vemos un ejemplar que está ramificando bien, el led me está gustando mucho la flor crece más compacta.

We did a 9 week veg on this Raspberry Boogie. Came in week 2 and did major defoliation and lollipop. Just beginning to stretch internally space is decent im expecting UFO bud structure. Instagram @mackeys_grove
