Really happy about last week. They got very little first pre flowers, but I don't think they will be really flowering this fast. They gained a little height and the smell increased a little bit.

APRIL 18TH 2024 - The 3rd batch of clones was taken yesterday and mother plants stripped back aggressively now that focus will be going toward the beds and clones. The generation 2 mom's are going to be vegged up and ready to produce our second harvest's set of clones. We have taken 3 batches of clones kept them in half gallon bags in each of the beds so we can pick the absolute best of each to transplant into the beds & proceed into the grow with. Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! 💪 Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.

01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

The plants have been receiving around 1300 µmol of light for more than a week. The osmosis water is enriched with fertiliser up to 1.9 ms This value is not expected to rise any further as the plants have become very dark green. There may only be water for a few days. The development up to this point in the 4th week of flowering is very satisfactory. Both genetics have obviously been thoroughly selected.

Day 37 from seed. 2nd day into week 6. -My focus for this week is to keep room temperatures under 75 degrees since I notice that my roots don’t like high nutrients temp. And since I m in DWC single 5 gallons bucket I don’t have the possibility to chill the water. So I have to keep the room temp lower then I wish to. - Day 41- I have to add nutrients and PH down every 12 hours. My PPM’s goes from 450 to 390 and my PH drift from 5.7 to 6.2 in less then 12 hours. Also I notice some rust on older levels (probably Ca/Mg deficiency). After some research (I’m new to this) I decided to up the nutrients to 600 PPM’s. Hopefully is a good decision. I will really appreciate some feedback.

I don’t think I ever had white powdery mildew and I was just noid of every little dust particle that came around. All good. I’m now battling high temps as we don’t have central air and it’s mid 90s outside. Most likely about to buy an ac unit. LST seemed to go ok but we shall see. Overall very pleased w my results so far. 9/15 - I missed my 4 week feeding of my Purple Microdots 😑 Didn't catch that mistake until I noticed some yellowing. Ugggh. But, I gave them each another feeding of Bad Bunny Nutrients, as well as some @rootsorganics Uprising Bloom & Foundation for that added boost now that they are well into flowering. I also watered them with my Roots Organics Terp Tea Bloom Compost tea that I brewed for the ladies in Flower in the 8x4 tent! So, now they are bouncing back and becoming green and lush again. 9/18 - All four are coming along nicely. They are very low maintenance and are well into flower now. These Purple Microdots continue beat all my other autos to the punch and she continues to hit EVERY milestone weeks before the others as well. She's quickly becoming my favorite auto to grow. I've decided to pop a few more seeds, identify the female, then plant one in a 3 gallon pot to see what she can really do! 9/19 - Did a lot in the garden yesterday. Since everyone is in flower, I top fed the ladies with @rootsorganics Elemental for calcium and Seabird Guano for phosphate. Followed this with some RO water and molasses.

D73 - 31/03 We’re almost at the finish line with these girls! Haven’t done anything lately, just watching them grow and making sure everything is dialled for them. This week I’ll be mostly away, so I’ll set up my reservoir with only plain water. Hopefully everything goes smoothly. I’m very very happy with this grow so far, looking forward to the harvest and curing!

We're starting off this week with more thunderstorms. They will only be for the first two days of the week. This week is much cooler. The rain kept me from feeding my generative one formula nutrients with their water. On day 2 these are still feeding on the 800ml of coop poop 2-4-3 I top dressed with. They are nice and green and the centers are showing it was a little hot but it should grow out of that in a day or two. Day 5 of this week. Everything grew into the fertilizer. Buds are stacking and trichromes are beginning to show on the leaves. The smell is very noticeable now. The #1 plant has a smokey cheese smell. The #2 plant is skunky and sweet but more skunky. The #3 plant is a little behind the other two and isn't really putting off any distinct smell yet. Day 7 I'm starting to see trichromes

I'll most likely stop feeding nutes this week and just go with ph'd water after that till harvest. March 13: Now that there is more space in my SOG the two Cheese in advanced bloom will enjoy more direct light. Both plants have developed a long main cola and branches with large buds. The plant placed at the edge of the sog is over 140 cm high and has just begun to show the pistils. The Cheese that I'm growing under the LED lamp is a nice thriving bush and although I wanted it to finish its full cycle under the LED it is overhanging the other plants in the grow room and so once the last three are harvested I will move it under the HPS .

The plants have limited space and are in 4 litre pots too keep them controlled. This week I defoliated again and started adding sugar royal.
