The feed shown here is the already the strong feeding suggestion, but I first saw a few leaves with a nitrogen deficiency, when I decided to up the veg nutes to pre flower levels, I now started to see signs of magnesium deficiency. I decided to add 10 ml more if calmag to the mix and will see if that’ll fix the issue. Other than that, she has started to develop a massive rootball and almost stretched by 12 cm. Will probably veg her for another 2 weeks by the looks of it and then flip her once she has filled the scrog. She is already starting to smell quite strong for her not even being in pre flower. I also want to point people in the direction of the photone app, a very helpful little helper that’ll help you getting a good guess of the ppms at your canopy. Day 22 - december 26 The hydro goes really fast now we can see the difference in growth vs the soil ppm 500 Ph 6.1 day 23 water change - 730ppm day 25 i cut off the 2 top fanleaves of the hydro and soil plant wich are blocking light on the stems underneath, now both plants have 6 main stems so both plants will have the same structure. nothing needs to be cut from here its just veg a bit longer and wait for flowers. also did LST on all 6 branches each has a string on them with a pencil attached to them to bend the young stems gently as you can see in the final video of this week. day 28: the hydro plant recovered from the too light nute mix new growth is healthy again theres just brown spots on the oldest water leaves. temps are also a bit low when lights turn of (15ceclius) in the res. i put the timer of the light now at 20/24 to keep it 2h warmer.

I’m excited to see what RQS have to offer with this little Gem! I’ve been waiting to try another of Royals Automatics, Fat Banana is a strain Im growing along side Gelato and Gorilla 😁 It’s been an eventful first few days.. (arnt they always!) she also poked her head up yesterday so Day 1 is 30/03/20. So much to say... I'll come back later and give more details. I'm so happy, I know it's not perfect but it's my first grow where I'm satisfied and proud! I correct things from the first 2 tents... I had other issues and I did new mistakes, I learned new things....

Week 6 of flower, the buds are fattening up and triching out. The terps are super sweet and very potent smelling. I haven't seen very many nanners or balls lately, but I have seen them popping through the buds occasionally. I still inspect daily, but some days I don't find any, so I hope it won't give me too many seeds. I did notice that the bud that gets the most intense light has started having tips pointed upwards and flipping its leaves. I attributed this to heat stress, so I moved that light over bit. Day 38 update: this last week I was only watering with distilled water and the yellowing has progressed, so I assume I was right about the nitrogen deficiency noted a couple weeks back. Today I top-fed with a homemade fast acting high nitrogen organic fertilizer, we will see if this helps. Also nothing in my current flowering feeding regime has a lot of nitrogen, so I think this will likely solve the problems. I have also decided to give them an extra 15 minutes darkness for a total of 13.25 hours darkness, 7.5 minutes extra on each end, tell them its almost time to finish with ~4 weeks left. Day 40 update: still been pulling herm balls and nanners off the big one, the others seem to have stopped, but i still check them daily. Gonna be slightly seeded for sure, but I hope not too much. Also, the yellowing seems to have been managed after that nitrogen feed.

The first week of flower

I flowered during a heatwave so lights were dimmed a half week.. other then that everything was good. Humidity was between 45-60% all way trough flower. I really love this pheno smells very blueberry

I used a bounty paper towel inside of a 6x4 glass storage container cut to match size. Sprayed distilled water generously over, then gently placed seeds evenly apart from each other. Placed a second paper towel and sprayed again with distilled water. Sprayed inside lid and closed for 48 hours prior to opening. Left raised above ground floor on cardboard box directly in front of heat intake duct. Temp and humidity were around 75-80F and 60-70%humidity. after a successful beginning, I then planted each seed using latex gloves into 4 different pots ; 1-5gallon happy frog only, 1- 5gallon pot happy frog with clay pebbles, 1-3 gallon pot happy frog only and 1-3gallon happy frog and clay pebbles. I covered each seed with a cut up 2litre clear soda bottle with small holes poked on the tops. I sprayed down the soil and the plastic containers. I left them covered until I noticed the cotyledon leaves then I removed the plastic covers, increased circulating fan speed and added a bag of exhale co2. Watered daily 2-3 times by misting with spray. (Distilled water in humidifier and used in feeding)
