Week 10 - Here we go … we’re at Day 64 or the very first day of week 10 from seed. It’s been a nice journey so far with no big issues except for a slight deficiency in the first week of flowering, which I duly adjusted by starting off Plagron’s green sensation or HULK juice as I like to call it. Now we’re heading onto the finishing line with dense buds boasting an array of colours and covered in trichomes. I’m keeping the trichomes under check and currently they are 90% cloudy and 10% clear. Day 68 - woooooooh …. Nearly there Day 70 - Winter is coming Girls are ready for harvest and this time round I want to experiment a little. Starting today I increased the dark period to 10 hours and intend to give them 48 hours complete darkness before harvest somewhere around Day 77. The aim ? I read that simulating winter helps the plants increase their trichomes production for the last push before they die. I also decreased the temperatures and humidity levels. January 24, 2019 The girls are doing WELL. My autos (Blackberry and NYC Diesel) are mid-flush now and will be chopped down this weekend. The Blackberry is a beautiful purple and smells lovely. This week she's been getting water only as a flush. I'm going to flush her one more time tomorrow, then chop her down over the weekend. 👍 ***January 26, 2019 update*** Cut down the FastBuds Blackberry and Barneys Farm NYC Diesel today and added a pic of the hanging branches. The NYC Diesel buds are much more dense than the Blackberry. The Blackberry buds are pretty loose and airy. I'm curious to see what they look like after drying for a week. Stay tuned...

Wir sind heute in der 5ten Wochen, 2 Pflanzen wollen irgendwie nicht, ansonsten läuft es recht gut denke ich mal, da es mein erster DWC Grow ist( HYDRO ). Werde die Tage die Heads Bud´s Schneiden und Stecklinge davon machen.

Using the paper towel method, my girl's taproot starting showing after 24 hours. I also buffered my medium with Multi Total and Calmag, before flushing with pH 6 water to a low EC. Once the taproot was 3/4 inch long, I planted her into the coco and watered her with RO water at PH 6.2 for a few days. I also switched my light on (first at 20% power and 30 inches away from seedling, gradually up to 40% at 25 inches). Until the first leaves unfurled, I kept the light on for 24 hours. After the first cotyledons opened I switched my light to 18/6 at 60% power and have given her the first dose of nutes at EC 400. Think we can say germination was a success so on with week one! 🌱 💡

G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas topped with 2 clones each taken from cuttings to propagate placed in 2x2 clone/seedling tent with low LED lighting. Temps in low 80F w/60% ROH. Clone cuttings covered with sandwich bags used as humidity domes. After taking cuttings transferred G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas to 3x3x6 AC Infinity tent under Mars-Hydro FC-E3000 set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Black Cherry Gas clone, Blueberry Cupcake, and French Macaron from seed remain in 2x4x5 AC Infinity under Spider Farmer SF-2000 with dimmer set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Continued twice weekly IPM foliar treatment with Organishield as well as watering soil program (SP).
