I used overdrive fertilizer again this week. My God, girls get more beautiful like this. Day 63: Hi all , a productive week it has been this week. The #2 has been taken out for her 48hr dark period before trimming and drying. She jas so much frost onher dark purple and red buds now too. she will be trimmed later tonight so will post a few pics later. Gorilla girls #1 is so close to finishing now too. Her colours are starting really come through now she is maturing and her smell is so sweet and clearly pineapples too. Her yield should be ok bit being kept lower may have been a factor in her overall size. perfect for a low , cupboard grow. #3 is very close to #1 in terms of a finish, if only a few days behind . Shebis so much smaller but her finalnpushbjas bought her on par for the amount of decent sized buds that smell so sweet and are starting to brown off on the tops mainly. I won't rush her but she is close. #4 is still my sneaky favourite for appearance without doubt. She is so beautiful as a plant it will be a shame to cut her down. She is so covered in trichs now that she looks silver and red. At least another week I thinks to get the best from this lady. A brilliant example of genetics. Sweet cheese is also very close to her finish but at least a week jumping by the fresh looking pistils poking out all over her thick main. She stinks of fuel now too. I will be interested to see how much she yields compared to trained ladies. Well hopefully the next update will be to say they are all hanging to dry amd maybe 1 actually harvested. So I ended the week with a defoliation and removed about 30 leafs to help increase light penatration because I'm only running g the light at 75% because of a few close buds to the light. I'm heading to my storage tomorrow to get a different light that's a 100w quantum boards style led. It's 30W less but I'll be able to get a bit more space between the light and the plants. Next to that nothing else new. Happy growing everyone!!!!

my tap water is 330 ppm .......and I always hurt my plants with it :( I definitely won't do it again with other girls, it cost me too much nerves :) the girl looks bad, but she will definitely finish her growth :)

This week the nutrition was reduced on the base and most of the additives. Only overdrive and bud factor X stayed at recommended dosage. The branches were readjusted to allow for light to reach lower nugs. Even though the pistils look brown and mostly curled in the tricomes are still clear... The run off last watering was extra high. A light flush with a week nute solution may be needed to correct this.

Hey welcome to the start of week 6. Week 5 is now complete with daily updates so check it out! Misty is still my least popular diary. I do not know why because she is awesome! Perhaps because she is a mystery strain? Day 38: stretching fast now, wish I had space to LST this girl but after latest LST on Nesia there is NO room at all except upwards. Let's hope she stays under 1.5m. 😏 Day 39: Okay I moved all but the big pots and fan out. I still don't have space to LST Misty. I will have to wait until Bertha or Karen are finished. Hopefully it wont be too late. 🙏🏼 Day 40: She's putting in around 2cm a day right now. Fertigated 4l. Height: 35cm Day 41: Misty continues to stretch. I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week. Day 42: Alright I finally managed to find a way to organise the tent to get a bit more space for Misty so I'm going to do her first major defoliation and adjust the LST. I will update again when done. Done. Photo's added. Fertigated 8l. This was a brutal training session. I was very hard on her removing a lot of foilage and performing both extreme LST and some HST. Don't worry too much Misty will rebound from this. I will need to reapply further LST in a day or two when the nodes all straighten up. I did the same thing to Nesia on day 42... however she had been continually LST'd so I was less hard on her. Let's see what happens. Last but by no means least... I am starting to wonder if Misty is actually another Amnesia Haze Auto... she's very very similar to Nesia.

So, first week of flower and she is growing strong. Started day 30 with some LST and some light defoilation. Day 31 i applied a net, first time using one so not the best, but seems to work great at spreading branches out. Only watering when needed and water uptake has took off this week, so keeping a close eye so she doesn't dry out to quick and also im conscious as to not over water.

Week 4 has begun. Day64-Flower Day 22 This week should get 2 feedings in. The current water feed schedual and ratio is for the next feeding which should take place Wednesday. This is the last week with the addition of Grow fert. Update I’ve eliminated the grow fert. My water is chalk full of everything. The Bloom solution has enough N to get through the grow. Day65 - Flower Day 23 Rotated 180 degrees Next water will be tomorrow All bloom from next week. The pH problem I encountered has definitely stunted the over all size of the plants. Colour is coming back to the bottom part that had Iron deficiency... over all the plants look better after the proper pH flush. 9-10 more weeks to go. Day66 -Flower 24 3.2 litres fed 350 mil run off Ppm 650 ph 6.0 Day 67-Flower 25 All is well.🚰💦💧🍀🍃🌿🌱🌲🌳🍄🌞 Day 68- Flower 26 all good...A little more growth..half an inch on 1...the damage is done...maybe a little more but not much. They’ll fatten and get sticky...already starting to funk. One all Pine and pepper...the other some other worldly funk. ✌️🏽 Day 69. - Flower 27 Feeding day 💦3.2 litres / 15% runoff Ph 6.0 Ppm 600 Looking better each day...almost the end of week 4 Next feeding is only ph’d water Day 70 - Flower 28 Decided to flush this morning 3.5 gallons each with 5.9 ph and 500ppm Too much build up over the course of the last 60 nights or so.... 3rd week of Flower done, Shining silver haze is 99days old and honey cream and critical are 68days old. Been hard controlling the front 2 plants definitely taken over light of back 2 plants, starting to support honey cream at front as its coals are getting heavy ans dropping. Will increase nutrients today, 3rd week done and looking good and healthy got the odd brown pistols and hoping it's not mould related

A lot more happening this week! As shown in the pics, and as suspected, I have a manganese deficiency. I've been keeping my pH level at 6.2 in coco, manganese is taken up best by the plant below 6.0 pH. Dropping my ph level to 5.8 pH, and flushing with lower pH, hopefully it will solve the issue over the course of a few days. I made a new frame for a SCROG, with a "custom bend" in the CPVC pipe on both ends. The bend will allow me to take advantage of the slack material in the sides of my 4x4 tent. I'd previously taken 4" out of all the upright poles to shorten the tent so it would fit in the room due to low ceilings, meaning I had extra slack in my tent walls. The bend in the net frame pushes the sides of the tent out to 5 foot wide. My first SCROG net was a 6" mesh from Amazon, immediately knew I wanted a smaller mesh. Next time around I built my own with a 4" mesh and used the 4" for several grows. This time I decided to go with an even smaller, 3" mesh, and already I like it better. I don't really see myself going much smaller than 3" mesh though. It seems to work well, and any smaller and it may be too tight trying to work the plant through the opening sometimes, which if not careful, will damage the plant. I usually use a & gal cloth pot, grow off rules stated we 0had to use a 5 gal pot. Seeing as I only had 7 gal on hand, I was stuck picking up a Root Farm 5 gal cloth pot locally, as you can see, the roots didn't really stay contained, nor did they "air prune", i had to tear them off before installing the net above. On the last day of week 6 I finally got my net installed, and the plant SCROGged. I should have put the net in place a week or two earlier, it would have been easier to manipulate the plant, however the plant will still have a week to recover. I tie the net in place above the plant, and slowly lower it down, as I bend and super crop the main stalk over parallel to the net, and work all the branches underneath and spread them out. As the plant grows I'll continue to push branches back down through the net and moving them out to the next hole. This will greatly increase yields by allowing light to more bud sites, keeping all buds the same height and thus the same distance from the light. small budsites on a vertical branch, will transform into their own cola once the branch is laid on its side. Instead of a Christmas tree type of plant, with one large main cola, and smaller and smaller buds as you move further down the plant, you end up with a bunch of colas that are all close to the same size, and more importantly, the same level of maturity. The SCROG method, combined with super cropping, and defoliation has greatly increased my yields. As the plant is getting worked into the net, I'll defoliate where necessary, ie a huge fan leaf covering bud sites, however for the next several weeks I'll be defoliating so mush every night or two, systematically trimming off all fan leaves, and stripping everything below the net, and any small bud sites that wont produce well. Usually by the time I'm half way through the flower stage there are no big fan leaves left to be found. It helps with light penetration, which results in a higher quality, higher quantity yield, as well as airflow, which will help prevent White Powdery Mildew and other molds etc. Once a fan leaf is 14 days old, its ability to photosynthesize light, starts to degrade. Once it reaches a certain point, the leaf drains more energy from the plant, than it's giving the plant. My best yields have been from heavily defoliated plants, my last grow I couldn't physically defoliate quite as heavily as usual, and I ended up about 25-30% less bud than expected

Explosion of leaves from the 15th to the 17th day, then on the 18th day we start to see "normal" leaves, and on the 20-21st day we have hope that it will become a normal plant 😄

Skipped a week in my journal due to travels. Had my neighbor water my plants. Having some minor early deficiencies with my photoperiod plants (particularly the chem brulee)... so I decided to go ahead and give everything a solid feeding of Foop Bloom 1, 2 and Sweetener. This is their first ever bottled feeding. Have been running on supersoil and a prayer. Also top dressed everything and mulched with rice straw to help with the soil drying out a bit too quickly. Leaves have been yellowing on all three. Mostly relegated to the interior of the plants. Chem Brulee is looking a bit too yellow overall, as well. French Macaron is a 66in. Chem Brulee is 56in. Pineapple Meatball is 45in. I have a sneaking suspicion that my neighbor didn't water them quite enough while I was gone. Will probably continue with the Foop feedings... probably at least once per week. Don't want to overdo it. Also top dressed with my flowering top dress mix and mulched all plants with a thin layer of rice straw. 8/4 Sprayed with Neem Oil and Castile Soap 8/5 Sprayed with Gravenstein Apple FFJ and OHN 8/6 Sprayed with Neem Oil and Castile Soap (this will likely be the last time I spray with Neem Oil, as I don't want residual oils as buds start swelling. Also fed 1/4 strength FOOP to ensure we head off any deficiencies.

WEEK 11 (Day 71-77) I harvested all my Dos-si-dos on Day 73. The plants remained very small and compact, which was partly intentional. The pot volume was set quite low, which I wasn't entirely happy with. Splitting the pots also turned out to be less practical, as the plants ended up too close together. Despite that, the harvest turned out quite respectable. Visually, I really like it the dark tone and the many trichomes make for a fantastic look. The aroma is also quite special. First and foremost, I find it has a strong, sweet note in its scent. As for the cultivation, the Dos-si-dos were very easy to care for and handled all training exceptionally well. Due to the short distance between the shoots, I might even recommend LST or just a single, simple topping. I fertilized almost exclusively organically, except that I added a bit of Plagron Green Sensation during the flowering phase. I continuously defoliated well to ensure good air circulation, which worked quite well. In the last two weeks, I kept the lights on for 24 hours straight to avoid fluctuations in temperature and humidity. By the end, I settled at a DLI of around 60—it was a bit more than desired but still worked fine. In the last week, I only watered with plain water and dimmed the lights a bit. Some of the tips developed a purplish hue. The buds appear very firm and voluminous, sparkling thanks to the dense, white layer of trichomes. I would absolutely grow this strain again since it has a truly great and robust growth pattern, though next time, I would choose larger pots. I'm now drying my harvest at around 60% RH and 21°C until the smaller stems become brittle, then I'll store them in my hygrometer jars for curing. I'm satisfied with the yield as well. Based on my calculations, I reached about 400g/m². A good result for such small bonsai-like plants. For small grow spaces, this strain is really perfect. I've never grown such small yet productive plants before, and I found it to be a great change of pace. A huge thank you to Zamnesia for the support—it was, as always, an honor.
