This week showed a massive step forward in bud development. The plant stretched just enough to improve spacing, but overall stayed compact and well-structured. The canopy is now leveling out nicely, with multiple tops catching up and forming a very even surface. What stands out the most is the number of bud sites. Despite the plant’s relatively small size, it has developed an impressive amount of tops, all of which are already stacking early and showing strong potential. The structure is open enough to allow good light penetration, especially after some light defoliation to clean up the inner canopy. Bud formation is progressing quickly. The flowers are building density earlier than expected, with tight clusters forming along nearly every branch. The main colas are clearly defined, but the secondary sites are not far behind, which could lead to a very balanced yield across the plant. Leaves are healthy and vibrant, with a deep green tone. Slight adjustments in feeding have been made to support the transition fully into bloom, focusing more on phosphorus and potassium while reducing nitrogen. Overall, this plant is performing exceptionally well. The combination of compact size, high bud site count, and early stacking makes this one of the most promising runs so far. If development continues at this pace, the final result could be very impressive.

It was a ride! My first ever indoor grow and I’m very pleased with how I filled up the tent, with autoflowers. The buds are looking dense so I’m guessing around 100 grams in dry buds 👌🏻

Jun 10: Getting droopy. Watered less than half gallon of Ph 6.7 water. Jun 12: That watering really gave a growth spurt! Gonna bump the humidity up to a max of 81% til we get further into veg. Jun 13: Plant is tall enough to tie some good looking limbs down and also the main stem to the side. Jun 15: Buckets are getting lighter, but the soil is moist, meaning my humidity was too high. That lead to some mold and algae that I will treat with spray Neem oil. Smells terrible, but should do the trick. Lowering humidity to 65% for a bit, then will probably get closer to 75% over the next few days.

Ab geht es in die nächste Woche alle Ladys machen hervorragende vortschritte in die breite. Zudem sind die Abstände der neuen Abzweigungen relativ gering und gleichmäßig. Aktuelles setting: 18/6 Zyklus 60-75% Luftfeuchtigkeit Temperaturen liegen zwischen 20 und 25 Grad regelmäßig. Der Ventilator kommt täglich für 10 Std zum Einsatz allerdings noch gegen die Wand gerichtet damit die Luft Abprallen kann und frühstens 2 Std nachdem das Licht eingeschaltet wurde da die Ladys meiner Meinung nach den Tag nicht direkt mit Stress beginnen sollen :) Zudem entwickelt sich bei einer Pflanze (Welche vermutlich eine andere Sorte ist vom aussehen her) einen stark bekannten Haze Geruch der mich direkt zum lächeln bringt wenn ich sie besuche! :) PPFD: 470 DLI: 30,5 LUX: 18.000 Kelvin: 5100 Dünger bisher nicht verwendet da sie noch frisch umgetopft sind und der Biobizz Light mix laut angaben und Infos von anderern Growern für 2-3 genug Nährstoffe besitzt. Start of week 2. Everything seems to be ok. The bottom left and right seem to have taken the lead. I switched the two biggest plants into the center. And raised the pots off the ground to help with airflow and temps. Plants are doing good. Two centers are taking the lead. Using RO water. Currently watering when top two inches are dry.

Safe to say this is where the money shots start to happen xD. All is going well I think, Im trying to water them every day. Not a lot of maintenance needed at this stage if Im honest. There seem only to be a few little flowers under the net that i just pick off; they usually amount to nothing once dried. Hope to get these colas fat and heavy. Peace Charlie

Often, marijuana growers who have their plants in indoor grow tents or rooms with artificial lighting, take into account parameters such as temperature and relative humidity to maximize plants growth and bloom, thus obtaining abundant harvest with top quality flowers. As we will see later, these factors affect different processes of the plant, such as transpiration or nutrient uptake. However, we usually forget about another important factor that is related to the aforementioned ones: vapor pressure deficit or VPD. Broadly speaking, VPD is the difference between the amount of water vapor that the atmosphere is able to retain (which depends on temperature) and the amount of water vapor contained in it (relative humidity). It is usually measured in kilopascals (kPa). Providing our plants with a correct relationship between temperature and relative moisture will keep us on the right VPD parameters, increasing the plant’s activity and thus improving its growth and showing its full potential during the flowering phase. The ideal would be to adjust both parameters (temperature and humidity) to get the best possible VPD value, so that the development of plants will be amazing.In the chart above you can see the right temperature and moisture values to maximize the development of cannabis plants. The green zone shows you optimal values of VPD, in which it would be ideal to maintain the environment. The orange zone shows correct values, in which plants should not have problems to develop normally. However, red areas show values in which your plants will be very far from hit their full potential, since the relation between temperature and moisture is not optimal. With relatively high values of VPD (between 5 and 12) plants tend to open their stomata and release a considerable amount of water vapor into the environment (increasing their transpiration). This increase in transpiration results in an increase in the plant’s photosynthetic activity, which will need more nutrients and will improve its overall growth, both during growth and bloom. The best range is between 7.5 and 10.5, which we have marked in green. However, we must be careful that VPD is not too high (dark red zone) since the plant would close its stomata to avoid releasing too much water vapor to the environment, which would result in fast dehydration due to excessive transpiration. On the other hand, if VPD is too low (light red zone), the plant will also close its stomata for not releasing more water into the atmosphere, which in this case would be already saturated (it would have reached the maximum water retention capacity in a specific temperature). In this way, reducing transpiration will also reduce photosynthesis, which has a direct impact on the plant’s development and yield. That way, VPD is essential when it comes to offer the best conditions for the development of plants, also to understand its water requirements according to the nutrients used and thus adjust them correctly to meet the grower’s expectations. Hi everyone ! i think i understand what happen last week. 2 days after i fill the tank, they drank so much,, and EC increase a lot. so i removed 7/8 L in each tank and fill it again with tap water to decrease EC to 1.2/1.3. i don't see more damage after diluate so i guess they like it 😅 i change the water today, and i feed them less than last week ( 30-40% of the recommended quantity ) See you next week 👋

Week 6 | Godfather OG Another week, another significant push. Height went from 33cm to 58cm — the kind of jump that tells you the roots have found their rhythm and the plant has fully committed to veg. Looking at her from above, the canopy is opening up wide with strong lateral development on all sides, internodes tight and well-stacked. The structure is exactly what you want to see at this stage. Temperatures came back down from last week’s peak — 28°C daytime, 18°C at night. A more comfortable swing and it shows in the foliage, which is holding deep green across the whole canopy without any heat-related stress. No signs of deficiency, no spots, no curl. She’s healthy and running. Feed holding steady: CANNA Aqua Vega 3ml/l, CalMag Agent 0.9ml/l, Aptus Regulator 0.1ml/l. pH 6.2, EC 1.2 mS/cm. Watering at 1L per plant per 24h. Still in the 5L pot, natural daylight at around 17h. The 5L is going to start feeling small soon at this rate. Updates every Sunday. Stay tuned.

week 8 flower solo cup challenge

Week 2 and everything is going great so far • They are still being fed twice a day (for 12 minutes) same as last week. • The EC value has been increased this week because midway through last week the nutrient tank reduced in strength, meaning they were drinking slightly more water than nutrients. The aim is to keep the EC value the same as the water level drops throughout the week. • The pH has been increased for this week too. • The only plans for plant manipulation this week is to climb under the canope and pull down any tall bud sites to the same level as the rest. That's it, all trimming and bending is complete. • Midweek foliar spray with BioTabs BoomBoom spray.

Hello and Welcome back 🌱 It‘s now 7 days ago since I put them in Water to Germinate and now it‘s their 5th day of growing. Yesterday, they got their first 4 hours of darkness and now i‘m slowly going down to 18/6 light schedule. I admit, the environment was sometimes very off due to experiments with VPD and leaf temperatur but I think I can dile it in correctly for this growing stage and beyond (hopefully). I was trying to see what happens if I stress them a little and hoped they would grow faster but they 100% didn‘t like it. They heat up pretty fast when the Air is too hot and dry because the roots are not developed and the plant is not established enough. An established plant can stay outside in the heat of the sun and still have cool leaves. So my environment for this stage is as above (27°C,70%RH). Light at 15000 Lux (≈370 ppfd) a little high but I‘ve noticed some stretching and I asumed they wanted more light and I really don’t want any more stretching. My media comes without nutriens so i feed little amounts of it every time they dry out enough. This is a Indica dominant strain so I asume they will stay fairly smal. Btw. If anybody wonders if CO2 bags work, check out the Video I uploaded. They are still seedlings (not really in Veg yet) and so i‘m treating them as such for the rest of the week. Root developement is now the top priority wich, if you didn‘t know, is better in a smal pot first because they are more likely to develope secondary roots but we’ll see. I heard It‘s like topping just underneath the plant. When they are ready to be transplanted I most likely will take the first three. Update: I did all the preperations for Transplant bc I was worried about root bound. I took Nr. 4 out and washed it as carefully as I could to expose the roots. Some of them got stuck on harder peaces of dirt and got ripped off. But it looks like alot of secondary roots developed instead of just one long taproot, wich is nice. I assume i can transplant them in the next few days. I rearanged the plants according to the Lux reading, wich is highest in the middle so the bigger plants (Nr.1 and Nr. 3) went to the sides. Maybe Nr.1 got the „smal“ genetics and it’s not anything environmental. thanks for following along this far and happy growing! Update: hey guys so yesterday I noticed, that the roots are coming out of the bottom. They were trying to get to the bottom of the three pots 😭 i had to do an emergency Transplant wich went very bad because they were stuck in the little pots. I don‘t think i‘m going to use these kind of pots anymore because they were not easy to get out. I even dropped Nr. 3 but luckily nothing bad happened. After the transplant both Nr. 1 and 2 were already ready to get more light. But Nr.3 was turning away from the light and the leaves were hanging down. So to lower the stress and encourage root groth I redusced the amount of light to a minimum and lowered the Temperature and highten the RH. This seemed to work well because the leaves were purking up again. The next day after 6-7 hours of darkness they are doing fine again but i‘m going to give them a little longer to establish themselves in the new pot. I changed the light schedule to 18/6 since I had to give them more darkness yesterday. I hope everything goes smothly from now on.

Day 29 - Things going along nicely .... i trimmed down some of the bigger bottom leaves, i didn't have enough soil to fill the pots, and the plants are short, bushy, weird little things, that filled out the inside of the pots..... they are only 15cm tall, but the leaves are 10+ cm .... really weird little plants.... haha.... i decided to trim the fk out of one of the ones in the double pot, and practiced topping on her.... i'll cut her down maybe trimmer her of the pot, and focus on just the 2........ they seem to be still growing upwards, so i'm not in a hurry to put em into flower mode......... on the main one i noticed some neut deficiencies ... so i upped the neuts.... should be ok, i put a good heavy neut and it stopped the spots etc..... i think some bug or something got in the double pot and is livin in there, but he doesn't eat much, haha....... the main stalks are as big as my thumb and under each canopy is all the branches..... it's really strange, to go in under all the growth and see it all .... they look kinda small, but the entire under canopy of leaves is all full .... i'm moving the huge sized leaves out and pulling each branch up over them as they grow..... this is 21 THC and 19 CBD, so it's all the good stuff for medicine ... the smell is getting abit noticable and i'm hoping the exhaust fan arrives from china soon.... just got positive ventilation into a carbon fil. ... and daily air out........ i think i had the led lights too low..... so i'll raise em abit more and see if i can get em to stretch .... Day 30 -- added some video's...... daylight vids... worth watchin for a laugh ...... first grow, so idk what i'm doin, ... any help/comments appreciated Day 32 -- added some pics of the late night trim and LST,... idk looks ok.... Gotta say I’m absolutely LOVING this blumat system now that I got it dialed in after absentmindedly changing the settings when I first got it. Soil moistness is getting to low 40’s. I turned the valve back a smidge to get it into the 50’s at its moistest. New fan leaves are looking a little funky. Thinking I may have overdone it on the amendments maybe when I transplanted. Other than that things seem to be going well. Gonna scrog her out for a few weeks then flip. I need to get those temps up to get some quicker veg growth. That’s the main downside to having my tent in my basement.

All I do is water only. All my outside plants are on self watering systems, organic super soil. Everything has been going really well. A few plants are showing sex, looks like girls so far....
