Week 7 is finished, end is near. This one seems to be finishing up with only a week or two left. Some fade has started and this GG#4 is really colourful! A few nanners have popped up, must be genetics but not to sure what I did to cause them to come out, more than likely to much light. I dimmed the light regardless as the leaves on the tallest cola in the tent were showing signs of stress. So yeah, nanners, probably light stress. Fungus gnats are bugging me for sure, but the plants seem fine. Need to get them under control after this run. Lights are at 20” dimmed to around 65%, hopefully for a measurement of about 650 ppfd. They were at 75%, but plants were showing signs of stress so I dimmed them. Just watering using tap water, not ph’d, through drip on a timer. I drink my water straight from the tap, ph is around 7, and less than 15ppm, good for me, good for my plants. Water is aerated in a 30 gallon reservoir. Hand water once a week with Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Light still breaking through canopy in spots. Lots of leaves, but not much bud sites below. No need to remove big leaves yet. Wow she's grown 24cm this week. I'm getting excited about her! I think she's looking to be a fab plant. Doing well in her fabric pot.

Cette semaine grand changement, une de mes tentes étant enfin prête à être coupé, après bien entendu avoir eu au moins 10 jours de rinçage, a donc subis une petite permanente, suivis d’une coupe été. Un travail de titan, commencé à 14H et finis à 6h du matin ! Je pense pour la prochaine session à investir d’un appareil de type trimmer pour faciliter le travail. Par contre étant un peu dépassé par ce travaille, je me suis un peu emmêlé les pinceaux et je me retrouve donc à présent avec les filles coupées mais impossible de dire qui est qui ! La poisse, petit manque d’organisation, je l’avoue, ferais mieux la prochaine fois. Je me pose tout de même la question de comment estimé au mieux le poids mouillés car sur la balance, j’ai pour l’instant 2kg, je vous donnerais donc le poids final sec par la suite qui correspondra donc plus au fameux gramme par watt que tout le monde recherche. Still tryin to dial in the jacks 321 have some slight burning goin on, ppms we’re almost 2000 flushed again got the medium down to 850. 7-800 seems to be the sweet spot for these girls still not likin a lot of food

She got put on 12-12 whilst the photo in the tent flowered and she’s started to show signs of flower

A partir de ahora se aplica riego manual, 1/3 de la dosis recomendada por el fabricante ya que al estar en exterior y en buena tierra tiene bastante comida.

She has been in the greenhouse OUTSIDE for about 10 days now. I do have supplement lighting and air circulation in there. Running 2 450 watt advertised full spectrum tripple led cobs with an 120 watt true draw per unit. So 240 watts from the plug in the green house. I run them as supplemental on cloudy days and an hour or 2 before complete sunset. I have began flushing towards the end of this week. She was fed 1/4 strength nutes DAILY up to this point. Now only TPS signal and molasses to flush her with. I plan for a 10-14 day flush. The last 4-5 days i will drop the molasses and run straight TPS signal and ph tap water. I am now begining to see the swell towards the end of this week....i am happy about that! I hope those calyxes get nice and fat during this flushing. So far so good.....she has taken to the green house well!

So I left for a week and had a trusted friend take over watering duties. A few things of note: I was concerned over overheating the grow so I turned the power down to 75% and ran the light up another 6 inches. This had the unfortunate effect of less airflow and cooler temps so I got powdery mildew that I would be fighting for the remainder of the grow. That aside, the plants looked way more mature when I returned home, with nice trichome development and density.

Honestly the genetics are always good here from @fastbuds .. not much is changing just getting thicker colas cannot water till the end gets here ready to hard l

[ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.
