Gone to 1.3 EC. Flowers developing in length. Got some issues with heat during the week. The weather here is increasingly hot and I don't have active cooling in my home. Tried to keep temps down but with the temps outside the tent at 25+ celsius is hard. They don't seem to like it much. Looks like they have trouble taking up nutrition.

Week 7 - 08/11 - Topped most of the plant so far - LST tied down all main colas - Had an issue with the PH - has since been neutralized - clean water feeds for the next 2 weeks - prepping for transplant into 7 gallon pot.

Gorilla Cookies has been growing really well this week. She is looking really good, and growing a lot under the G3000. I will be switching light times on next update to start flowering. She got some of the usual training of lst, and defoliation. Nothing else to report. 10/9/2024 getting closer. still swelling a bit. soil isnt drying too quickly so not much feeding happening. but im gonna cut off nutes from now on and let her "flush" and use up the rest of whats in the 10/14 harvest day. trichomes are cloudy. rains coming so im just gonna chop day 56

Day 50 Flowering: Hi all. Another week gone and another week closer to the harvest we get. All of the girls have been behaving very well and adorning themselves with trichromes and scents of their genetics. Six shooter now has a really nice dusty appearance on all her many sugar leaves and budlets which give her a very dangerous look of potency that is usually seen in gg4 and hybrids. She is not big at all but the limbs she has are full of buds and beginning to thicken out as the final two weeks run out . She has a candy sweet smell getting near her now too. Strawberry Pie is now filling her space out nicely under the light with her buds also beginning to fatten during the last week. she has a nice healthy build up of trichromes now amd shows her "cake" side a little more now. She has made a good sized plant amd has been a fairly willing participant to the basic lst she got. Mexican Airline has continued to shine as the starlet of the grow. Her buds are so attractive to look at with their spikey appearance and mixed colours being produced now. Her general size is good and her energy tobgrow has been great too. The buds are really unique looking on this strain and I will be growing this again soon without doubt. Bud sizes are very good at this stage and I hope that the final few weeks will really push her to swell . They are all now on the Dragon force to finish the final two weeks which should power rhe swelling and production of more oils for the harvest. They will be fed this for the next week now before a final week of weak feed to encourage a little fan leaf stores usage. Fingers crossed it all goes to plan. Wow well she has jumped up!! A week ago I scraped off a couple of inches of the soil/perlite mix and replaced it with brand new compost. My grows for the last few months have been unimpressive to say the least and I've been trying to figure out the problem. I've had a few theories but the one I've settled on is my soil. I think I need to change it much more often than I have been doing previously.

Week 8, more and more trichomes everyday

I'm really digging the Chem OG, squat plants with those trademark thick thick thick indica leaves, clearly it's gonna be a heavy smoke lol Wasnt able to get the juices flowing this week, hopefully next week i'll get the smart protein into feed. Started training some of these, did two more defoliations (total of three light defos so far) ... and then flipped them 4 days ago. the f-ing landlord has been attempting to enter the lab according to my security cameras lol, motherfucker !!!! anyway i have to pack up the lab, hopefully i'll be able to complete the grow cycle , but for sure i'll have to move the grow op ... that's my problem, sure but it also means that i'll have to wait in order to set up my perpetual cycle... and of course i cant really take cuttings if i'm moving the lab... why must people be so curious? really wish there would be at least a bit more tolerance around this hobby just so i can sleep peacefully at night... in the mean time , I lowered my lights to 22cm, i heard from someone (forgot who) that it's a good thing to get the lights closer when you flip so that the plant gets that extra energy for the stretch. I'll let know how that works out ! Any comments or suggestions are welcome , veg is over so it's gonna get interesting - drop me a message if you want ! that's it 🚀

Le piante stanno benissimo ed hanno già iniziato a fare il classico stretch di inizio fioritura, l'unica cosa che mi preoccupa è la grande densità di foglie, penso che tra una o due settimane farò una gran defogliazione.

Shes budding really hard. I discovered I have minor thrip issues. I'm waiting patiently for nematodes. I've also been spraying em with neem. Seems to be working it does the trick. Hope you enjoy this it's rather large for its container size! Check back in a week! Hopefully it's the right video I posted here. I wish I could see them before saving the diary and having to go in and change it if its wrong.
