Week three the girls are still growing strong. Still feeding them twice a week. New comer in the solo cup is a white cookie that I started in 12/12 lighting. Small experiment. Stay tuned

The healthy Bruce Banners are bulking up fast, while the post-stress "pink" plant still has wet soil, so I’m letting it dry out.

They weren't kidding about the preflower growth, they are absolutely exploding!

These plants are doing well. The Ph is going down to a more normal level. They also got LST on the main branches. The only thing I see that is odd is that the leaves are a little yellow. I'll keep a close eye on them, in the next week.

I did her first water change on day 10 upped the nutrient dose and increased the reservior to 12 gallons. Gave her the first dose of armor si and humic acid. I topped her on day 12 to start 4 main branches. Will most likely top again and start training in about a week depending on how she wants to grow. The goal is a maximum of 5 weeks veg if they cooperate. Of the 6 strains she is a little faster than the rest so far. They are under 240w qb and a galaxyhydro pulling about 140w for now. Will be adding more qb when I spread the buckets out.

This is the last week, when I gave nutrients to my girls. I think the harvest will be next week, or in 2 weeks. I had some trouble with them, because I increased the lights a couple of weeks ago, and they started foxtailing, and one of the plants turned a little bit red, because she tried to protect herself from the strong light. I decreased the lights a week ago back to 80%, but now as I' giving them only water I raised it again to 100%. These girls are more sensitive to strong light. Note for myself for the future: Only increase the lights if I stopped with the nutes, and I started flushing, because that will be only 1-2 weeks of intensive light. Overall they look, and smell incredible, can't wait to harvest them.

amnesia strain started off good but had an early transplant stun and also a mid flowering stun with a nitrogen toxicity lockout i flushed the plant and recovery was slow but buds have formed nicely tho the plant stayed a bit small

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Start of week 15. A little defoliation and LST training on a few branches. The grow medium has not dried out enough since last week's repotting, so no feeding at this time. Update 6/15, moved to flowering room and 12/12 light.

Here they are, finished! The plant in the smaller tent definitely packed on much more weight. The issue with the other plant was being in a 12/12 tent and having a taller plant in there which was hogging the light. Still got beautiful smelling flowers. These were all taken in the last week of flowering. Super happy with the new setup that I put in with the Mars Hydro light! Very nice plants but they did take their sweet time in the beginning.

Ok so I asked about harvest to you wonderful folks, and decided to chop. I've left PPP3 as she isn't quite at the same stage as the other 2 yet. So I used the old microwave drying trick. I remembered to put it in for 1 minute on a piece of kitchen towel- Please do NOT do this! It caught the paper and weed on fire and I had to put it out in the sink. (It was only in there for about 15 seconds). I tried again using a couple seconds at a time. It worked out that time. I smoked some up, and it's very nice. Tastes peppery and exotic. Smells divine like dank usually does. 7.3.25: Buds we're ready to trim, I think slightly too dry. Could have done it yesterday, probably. Weight dry with stems was 1 and 7/8 of an ounce. I'm putting it in my mason jar

3/16: Rain let up for half the day, but more tonight...damnit... They are due for a watering tomorrow, but with the high RH, maybe not... 3/17: They weren't ready for water yet, so I slept for a few bonus hours! (rare) Both of these plants continue to pack on the pistils with no signs of slowing down...I thought surely the shortie would be ready to flush this week, but she's not even close to ready yet.😕 It rained for most for the day....again... 3/18: I watered them with about 1/2 gallon each including terpinator, signal, sweet & sticky, cal-mag, armor si, endoboost, humic acid, and a little cha ching. It rained all night again..and most of the day today. I took some photos with the qb's turned off and a 135w 5500k CFL on.. 3/19: It rained all night and several times again today...ffs....I've started building an Ark in my free time 😁 3/20: Rained again on and off today..RH still too high... 3/21: I took the shortie out of the closet today to inspect her trichomes. I took about 2-dozen close-ups and zoomed in really close on my PC and couldn't find a single amber anywhere...and prolly only about 30% cloudy at this point.. I went ahead and took some cuttings from her while I had her out. Hopefully I can get at least one to survive and grow outdoors this season. I also took some cuttings from the FFT#6 (the other shortie), and I started a couple of other FFT's (5 & 7) which I'll train out as horizontally as possible to match the shortie's heights. 3/22: Rained again last night several times...and again today for a couple hours...ridiculous. Woke up with RH at 65%!!! Been chatting with other FFT growers and they all seem to be losing a lot of produce to botrytis...I'm starting to freak out..😳
