Sorry again for the poor media content. The project was coming to an end and I was starting with another one, my first hydro grow. Pollen was kept fertile and used after with great results too. Sadly I don't think I have the notes where I counted how many seeds came from this plant, but well see, I'll keep digging.

? Blueberry Muffin – Pheno A Week 5 | The Beginning of Automation Some weeks are about explosive growth. Others are about building the foundation for everything that comes next. This week was definitely the second. Blueberry Muffin Pheno A has officially entered that fascinating transition where vegetative growth begins to merge with the first signs of flowering. The structure is now well established, side branches are reaching confidently toward the canopy, and every day she looks a little less like a seedling and a little more like the productive plant she’s destined to become. One of the biggest milestones this week wasn’t something the plant did… It was something I changed. āø» šŸ¤– Welcome to the AutoPot System This week Pheno A officially moved onto the AutoPot irrigation system. For anyone unfamiliar with it, an AutoPot is a passive watering system that feeds plants from the bottom rather than from the top. Instead of watering every day, a reservoir supplies nutrient solution through tubing to an AquaValve located underneath each pot. The AquaValve is actually the clever part of the entire system. Rather than continuously flooding the tray, it works like a mechanical float valve. As the tray empties and the plant consumes the nutrient solution, the valve automatically opens and refills the tray to a precise level before closing again. No electricity. No timers. No programming. Just simple engineering allowing the plant to decide when it’s ready for another drink. The result is a much more consistent root environment while eliminating daily hand watering. āø» 🌱 Learning a New Way to Grow Whenever I introduce a new piece of equipment, I don’t simply install it and hope for the best. I observe. I adapt. I learn. Because the nutrient solution now remains inside a shared reservoir, I also adjusted the feeding program. Some additives that perform wonderfully during hand watering aren’t ideal when they remain sitting in a reservoir for several days. For that reason, Sugar Royal and Power Roots were removed from the reservoir while continuing to use the remaining Plagron nutrients that are perfectly suited for AutoPot cultivation. It’s a small adjustment… …but one that helps keep the nutrient solution cleaner and more stable throughout the week. āø» 🌿 Growth Update Blueberry Muffin has responded beautifully. Internode spacing remains tight, the branching continues to develop evenly, and the canopy is beginning to spread naturally without forcing the plant into shape. The side branches that only recently sat beneath the canopy are now confidently pushing upward, creating the framework that should support numerous flowering sites over the coming weeks. The bird’s-eye photographs really show how symmetrical she’s becoming, while the side profiles reveal just how quickly those secondary branches are catching up. It’s one of those moments where you stop looking at individual leaves and start seeing the architecture of the plant itself. āø» šŸŒ”ļø Environment The room continues running intentionally warm. Day temperatures reached around 31°C while relative humidity averaged approximately 72%. Normally those humidity numbers might raise eyebrows during flowering. However, this is still the very beginning of bloom, where maintaining higher humidity encourages vigorous growth, active transpiration and continued expansion before the flowers begin stacking seriously. As flowering progresses, humidity will gradually be reduced to create a safer environment for dense buds while maintaining an appropriate VPD. Everything is part of the plan. Nothing is accidental. āø» šŸ½ļø Feeding This week’s reservoir was prepared using: • Terra Grow – 1.8 ml/L • Terra Bloom – 1.9 ml/L • Pure Zym – 1 ml/L • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • pH adjusted to approximately 6.05 • EC around 1.83 mS/cm By keeping the solution simple and reservoir-friendly, the AutoPot system can do exactly what it’s designed to do—deliver a consistent nutrient profile every time the AquaValve opens. āø» šŸ“ø This Week Behind the Lens The photographs this week tell the story perfectly. Bird’s-eye shots reveal a beautifully balanced canopy beginning to fill its space, while the side views highlight strong vertical development and excellent branch formation. One image captures the AquaValve itself—the tiny mechanical heart of the AutoPot system quietly doing its job. Another shows the reservoir that now feeds the plant automatically, reminding us that successful growing isn’t always about adding complexity. Sometimes it’s about making things simpler. āø» šŸ” Looking Ahead Next week should be incredibly exciting. With the AutoPot system now fully active and Blueberry Muffin comfortably settled into automated feeding, I expect vertical growth to accelerate as flowering becomes more established. The coming days should reveal the first real stretch, increased flower development, and an even more defined canopy. The real show is only just beginning. āø» šŸ’š Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following this adventure—from day one supporters to those who have only recently joined. Whether you’re here to learn, share ideas, ask questions, cheer the plants on, or even challenge my methods, every interaction helps make this diary a better place for growers around the world. Special thanks to: šŸ’š GrowDiaries for providing a platform where growers can document their journeys openly. Zamnesia for the incredible Blueberry Muffin genetics that continue to impress with their vigor and structure. 🌱 Plagron for supplying the nutrition and soil that keep these plants thriving. šŸ’” Future of Grow LED for delivering the light that drives every stage of development. And finally… Thank you for taking the time to follow along. Every comment, every question, every bit of encouragement—and yes, even every constructive criticism—helps this project grow alongside the plants themselves. Growers Love and see you next week, where I hope Blueberry Muffin begins to show us exactly why she’s earned her place in this 8Ɨ8 adventure. šŸŒ±šŸ’š

Currently in the 9th day of Flower and the buds are starting to form nicely. I am spotting a small zinc deficiency on the leaves, the colour inside the leaf is light greenish. The PH was a bit too high and last week also might overdid it with the nutes. Solution for now is down the PH day by day till I reach 5.8 and then let it rise up again slowly. Lets see how the new leaves will form and the bud thickens. Smell is really great, strong pungent and exotic.

Good day to every one. The plant feeling like it should be, flowering without any problem. I really like the genetic. Hope to finish within 2 weeks. Look at these beautiful and long inflorescences, which are covered with crystals every day and pull their antennae to the sides. trichomes change color. The aroma is tolerable and I am not using the filter yet.

The plants are looking really healthy. I’m still getting used to my new lights. I think I didn’t push enough light in week 2 of flower I’m ramping up the light intensity now. I had to whip out my par meter I was keeping the light to far off the plants. This light has to be closer to the plants than my mini sun. I’m lurking this light a lot I just need to get used to it

Last straight before flushing this run was very pleasant and relatively easy I feasted on this session On these different tests I learned a lot about cars Among other things that the LST is essential and that the different apical or other sizes are to be avoided because their predefined life cycles do not allow them and this generates a loss in performance To return to my five damsels The northen light auto at @RQS was the fastest the first amber trichomes appeared at day 56 I did not expect taken from court I start rinsing The bubblegum from 00seeds still has not bloomed I plunged into the dark 20h .... The blueberry auto # 1 of pevseeds is simply gorgeous rugged and will surely give me a nice harvest it has suffered pinch of Apex and LST The gorilla glue from @fast_buds is not left smaller than the bonsai style but very well trimmed she suffered LST Apex pinch and size of the main apex ...

Week 7 – Substrate Saturation & Major Recovery Flush This week was noticeably tougher than the previous ones. After showing strong development for several days, the plant suddenly slowed down and displayed clear signs of stress: halted growth, reduced leaf vigor, and poor nutrient absorption. A quick diagnosis revealed the cause: an excessively high EC in the substrate, leading to a severe root lockout. āš ļø Despite the difficult situation, the corrective intervention was heavy, precise, and absolutely necessary. āø» šŸŒ§ļø Major Blockage – Excessive EC in the Root Zone The symptoms matched a classic salt buildup: • stalled vertical and lateral growth • leaves showing tension and mild droop • delayed response to watering • slightly uneven color The conclusion was straightforward: šŸ‘‰ The root zone was overloaded with mineral salts, preventing the plant from taking up nutrients and even basic moisture. Without a fast and well-executed flush, things could have worsened quickly. āø» šŸ’§ Intensive Flush — 18 Liters at pH 6.2 (No Nutrients) To restore balance, you performed a deep, controlled flush: • 18 liters of water • pH calibrated to 6.2 • no nutrients added This reset allowed you to: āœ”ļø remove a significant portion of the salt buildup āœ”ļø rehydrate and oxygenate the substrate āœ”ļø restore proper root metabolism āœ”ļø rebalance the soil’s pH The final readings after the flush were excellent: • Runoff PPM brought down to 900 • Substrate pH stabilized at 6.5 These values are completely safe and give the plant a clean base to recover from the lockout. āø» šŸ”„ Plant Response — Still Weak, but Improving Although the plant hasn’t fully bounced back yet: • leaf posture is slowly improving • color is becoming more uniform • the root zone is breathing again • growth should restart within the next 48–72 hours A slight delay after such a heavy flush is normal and expected. The priority now is letting the plant recover at its own pace. āø» Nutrients — Mandatory Pause After such a deep reset: • no nutrients were given • the substrate must stabilize before feeding resumes • the plant needs time to re-open nutrient pathways Overfeeding too early could recreate the same EC issue. Patience is key. āø» šŸŒ¬ļø Environment & Structure Despite the setback: • the structure remains solid • the LST framework is still intact • environmental conditions stayed stable • no pests or diseases are present The problem was strictly chemical (EC-related), not environmental. āø» 🌸 Next Step — Wait for Clear Signs of Recovery Before training, shaping, or switching to 12/12: šŸ‘‰ wait for visible new growth and fully opened leaves. Once you see fresh, healthy movement, you can gently reintroduce nutrients at reduced strength. Only then should you consider whether to extend veg or plan the flowering transition. āø» šŸ”„ Conclusion — A Difficult Week, But a Clean Save Week 7 brought a serious challenge: a heavy nutrient lockout caused by excessive EC. However, your response was fast, precise, and completely on point. The 18 L flush at pH 6.2 successfully: • cleared the excess salts • stabilized the substrate • restored a safe pH of 6.5 • brought the EC back to manageable levels The plant is now on the path to recovery, and the worst has been avoided. Next week should show clear progress.

Hello GrowDiaries friends. 70 days since my little girl sprouted from seed/harvest time🌱 Technical and general parameters from Zamnesia breeder: Apple Fritter Automatic šŸŽšŸšŸŽ Growing Apple Fritter Automatic according to breeder: In the grow room, Apple Fritter Auto is a true pleasure. Its height rarely exceeds 100cm, and its structure is typical of an indica šŸ€šŸƒšŸŒ²; think short internodes, thick, dark-green foliage, and vigorous growth. While Zamnesia’s photoperiod Apple Fritter responds extremely well to both low and high-stress training, Apple Fritter Automatic is best left to its own devices due to its short life cycle (which averages about 70 days from seed to harvest). 🌱🌿🌾 My experience: I made two major mistakes while growing it - high pH at the beginning of flowering and over-fertilizing during one watering šŸ’©šŸ’© It affected all the plants in the tent. Some more, some less. This plant was one of the resistant ones. Although the breeder himself states how sensitive autoflowers are and I can confirm that they really are, this strain handled this strain very well. This is definitely the most beautiful and strongest plant of the round šŸ’ššŸŽšŸŒ± The harvest turned out accordingly, I am really very satisfied šŸ‘šŸŒž Strain data sheet Apple Fritter Automatic Brand: Zamnesia Seeds Parents: Sour Apple X Animal Cookies X Ruderalis Genetics: Indica-dominant Auto Flowering Type: Autoflowering Flowering Time: 10-11 weeks from seed to harvest THC: 23% CBD: Low Height (Indoor): 100cm Height (Outdoor): 100cm For cultivation I used: ------------------------------------------------------ Growing tent Mammoth PRO+ 80: 80x80x180cm 1x circulation fan: 15W šŸŒ¬ļø LED lighting: Mars Hydro TS 1000 - 150W - vegetation and flowering šŸ’”šŸ’” Exhaust: duct fan - RAMTT100 šŸŒ¬ļø Odor filter: PRO-ECO HF carbon filter 160-240m3/h - 100mm - maximum air flow up to 240m3/h 4x Airpots 11 l I mix substrate: Biobizz Lightmix + Perlite + Coco coir For sale here šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡: ⚔⚔⚔⚔⚔⚔https://www.zamnesia.com/7653-zamnesia-seeds-apple-fritter-automatic.html ⚔⚔⚔⚔⚔⚔ Thanks for the likes :) See you soon šŸ˜šŸ˜
