Growth was good this week. LST and HST will continue to spread the plants horizontally. Timelapse is out. I'm thinking approximately another 4 weeks of veg before the flip to flower, maybe less.

Starting 6th week , pre-flowers have been seen on top nodes so no more lst training for the girls we want all the power they have into making buds . Roots are looking very healty and now reaching the bottom of the tank. Plant is showing nice colors ! Looking foward to flowering . Gave the girls a final haircut to let light to new shoots .

OMG I am beyond excited to talk about my Medusa Girl in her first week of flowering. Let me tell you, she's an absolute goddess in my garden. She's been loving the autopots just as much as I have. Day 49 TG1 is starting to dense up already, super even canopy and even size buds everywhere. It’s so small compared to my other plants I have it on a shoebox to get more light. TG2 is looking better now, it has healed well from my abuse last week and is producing buds everywhere, super tight spacing, I haven’t seen any more pollen sacs. Thanks for checking out my grow!

January 16, 2019 Everything is moving along nicely now. The last Blackberry is just about done. This week I fed some some Espoma Organic Bloom (available at most big box stores). I’ve had it kicking around since last season and figured I should use it up before it goes bad. I’m looking into more organic nutrient options for the future. I’m not sure I’m ready to start making my own organic compost teas yet. But BioBizz seems like they will take care of what I’m looking to accomplish without needing to make my own teas (fingers crossed). I removed the house plant that brought in the bugs and everything is back to normal now, no new bug damage. I finally received and read “True Living Organics” by The Rev. Its a good book, but growing the “TLO” way is vastly different from other growing methods I’ve read. I’m going to have to read this one again before making any comments. Thanks to all of the answers on CO2. Seems like its more valuable with larger setups than I’m running.

📆 Week 12, 7-12 July 2024 Harvest 8 July - Turned light power down to 25%. Changed nutrient solution to RO water to begin flush. 11 July - Harvest 12 July - Begin curing time. 📑 Harvest time! She is ripe, danky, sticky, full of resin, solid, and I am pleasently suprised at the yield. This is not your ordinary Auto Afghan variety. She produces heavy buds and a lot of them. This is also the first auto I have grown using DWC in 12 weeks without manipulation - 18 hours straight from start to finish. I pushed her to the limit. Now she will hang in the closet at 50-55% RH and 70 degrees F, for about 7-10 days curing. Then she will trimmed and put into one quart glass mason jars, with 62% Boveda TurpShield and burped until 62% RH is maintained. The full potency potential and terp profile will be reached in about 30-45 days. 📆 19 July 2024 The Smoq Report: After 7 days of hanging, she was ready to cut. I trim and shape each individual bud, removing unwanted leaf and stem. It’s a process but worth it if you smoke bud. Her potency is evident. It will take the experienced smoker to a satisfying high and keep you there for a good hour or more before you want another hit. The smell and taste is of a typical Afghan. I was expecting a heavier yield, but in the end I guess we all hope for a little more! Maybe next grow! 🍶 Nutrient solution changed to RO water 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🔆 Light power at 25%, DLI 20 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this grow. The weather is not easy for her. After a few days of intense heat, the temperature is now down to 8 degrees at night. But she is doing great. The first pre-flower signs are also visible.

August 10th. 57 days post flip. Clones: Clones have been growing very very well. Can confidentially say they are no longer stretching. I no longer have to move them away from the light. There are some tops that are burning but I’m not even worried about it. It’s only a few tops and it looks like I will be getting plenty of bud. I’m expecting another 8 weeks of flower at this point. Decided it was about time to give another shot of nutes. Gave them craft blend, bug 6, some potassium, some epsom salts, cow cal 24, and some recharge. I also changed them to an 11.5 to 12.5 light to night cycle. Doing this to better mimick their home environment. The tops growing above the lights are really really happy about the supplemental lighting I added. Seem to be responding very well. So far plant number 2 and 3 have a bud structure I like. Closer spacing and seem to be better overall for indoor growing. Plant number 4 seems like an absolute monster meant for the outdoors and has the more spear like sativa spacing. At this point I’m just waiting to see how they fatten and how they smoke before I chose my female. I’ve already begun looking at potential candidates for my male hunt to cross my lucky candidate with. I think I might go with something like biker kush from karma. I think that will help tighten up the structure of whatever female I decide to chose. Let me know what you guys think I should hunt for this things mate! Parents: Parents have been growing very well. Low light intensity coupled with fabric pots so they can air prune along with no night cycle leading to stunted roots has allowed me too keep these things in these tiny pots for going on 24 weeks. Going to continue to give nothing but water. Might give some casings or a tad bit of craft blend but for the time being they seem healthy. Watering every 2-3 days. This week was awesome! Great weather + little support from Royal Queen Seeds! The sunshine which the plants got this week was amazing. 3 days without any clouds only blue sky and sun... Lovely! The ladies enjoyed the great weather and showed some really good growth this week! 💚☀️ I let the new seeds which I hot from RQS germinate right now... The majority of them already showing the first root poking out. I had found also a new side where I'm going to plant some ladies too ... So stay tuned what's coming next week!
