Happy with the way it's building up it's bud density. leafs and flowers are turning purple and the resin production is great......4 weeks to go...can't wait 😶‍🌫️

Okay here we are day 49 and this morning I threw some trainers on her, and so now we wait.. 16 shoots should be up and ready to flip in the next couple weeks.. i hope everybody is doing well.I'd like to thank Kanabia Seeds for these genetics, and i'm looking forward to this sativa leaning hybrid.. i love sativa strains.. they just hit harder. Since I am in DWC and the fertilizers are organic, I take care to add them slowly.. Como estoy en DWC y los fertilizantes son orgánicos, me ocupo de añadirlos lentamente... Por el momento no controlo la atmósfera, sólo tengo un extractor ajustado a 400m3/h para los 2 lumatek al 75%. Planeo controlar la atmósfera a partir de la inyección de CO2 en la semana 2 o 3 para ver más. Mientras tanto tengo algunos picos de temperatura por encima de los 28 pero son realmente específicos. Estoy tratando de mantener la humedad lo suficientemente alta para tener un buen VPD. For the moment I don't control the atmosphere, I just have an extractor set at 400m3/h for the 2 lumatek at 75%. So gonna stick with 1ml/l for the rest of the grow now, i think the problems were just too much in the soil and since lowering nutes the problems are slowing down. Another week or two for the Zkittlez, seeing amber on the sugar leaves but not quite on the buds yet although it is mostly cloudy. Lemon AK is behing as it was germed later but still looks to be forming some nice buds and now has a fantastic smell of its own. Looking forward to these so much cant wait!!!!

this is a great auto flower she does what an auto should with little tender needed but with a decent light and good size pot the potential is great for a huge lemony harvest shes one of the easiest most resilient plants iv grown as shes not had the best run at all and has still done well she was only under the Mars hydro epistar120 with another auto and plants that I have in veg and still produced well would recommend to all growers new and old thanks to all who help comment and like and make the site a good place to be happy growing guys

NL#5xMalawi x Unknown F1 Test Run 7th January 2021 She's really starting to fill out now Folks 😀 I topped all the nodes once again and tied the branches that had grown longer down again. We have some Extreme Summer conditions starting here from Tomorrow , Temps could reach 50 degrees celcius during the day. So I will be getting up each morning at 4 am to water everything in my garden before walking my new puppy and closing the house off to the light and heat for the day. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Weekly Janitorial duties…… Survived 2 day vacation Day 48, noticeable swelling and trich production over the last few days. Slowly raising light to decrease intensity. Thinking about cutting the lights back to 11/13. Added a few bamboo stakes to support and open them up a little. Starting to get a little fade on one PBB

This week isn’t much to update. Tied down some branches. Lowered my lamp for maximum efficiency vegetative growth. Got a 4x4 tent ordered so that I can flower in my current tent, and setup the 4x4 for veg growth next cycle and so on. The sun system 1850 will get put into my current tent 5x5 when it’s ready to flip this tent to flower. Got another ac infinity fan for the new veg tent. So things are all coming together. It’s been a lot of time, effort, and money, but it’s so rewarding to see all the pieces come together so I can grow some amazing medicine here at home. I run 150 light commercial grow myself, and its so nice to just have a change of pace at home to come work on and give each of my home plants the individual attention they deserve.
