November 2nd. 33 days post flip. Nothing crazy this week. Very light defoliation every couple days. At this point I am guaranteed no more defoliation to day 49. Along with this nothing but water this week. Plants should be able to get to the finish line with no added nutrients I’m really happy with bud development so far. They are not the largest yet but they are very very healthy and plentiful. They should really fatten up over these next few weeks. Temps have been running around 82 during the day. Because of this I’ll be adding two more small fans to the tent. One blowing on the medic grow, and one along the bottom of the canopy. I am doing this to ensure these buds stay compact. Both of the clones of the purple marmalades could not be happier. Really happy in their pots growing away slowly. The trick to keeping them small is using small fabric pots so their roots air prune, 24h light to severely limit root development and heavy defoliations whenever they get too happy. At this point in flower it is time to start giving more detailed descriptions of our 3 phenos so here we go. Plant#1(cherry chunks): 27” tall. Musty almost earthy scent. Kinda similar to pine. Weak scent so far. Appears to have the most densely populated Trichomes out of these three plants. Plant #2(Purple Marmalades): 30” tall. Smells absolutely insane. Like this is a terp monster. Very citrusy. Smells exactly like grapefruit. Very high concentration of valencene. Extremely strong scent. Also appears this one will have the largest buds of the three but only time can tell here. This one is my favorite one so far Plant #3(Purple Marmalade): 28” tall. Light scent of pepper mixed with a tiny bit of lemon. First Durban poison seed did not germinate just put a new one in today. Both Apple strudel strains are looking strong. One of them has a slight spot on it could be from spraying neem oil and hitting it with the light Sweet skunk is growing nicely And the older of the 2 mystery auto strains from fast buds will be transplanted soon Started LST 5/15

08/26/2020 2nd week of flowering and temps are down in soil to 68° going to be 56 tonight. Put a video of her sister plant. These girls should go another 8-9weeks but our first frost date is around the 10th of October hope for a warm and dry fall. 08/29/2020 got her tied down, snapped the center branch so I tied her stem upright. Gonna give her one last dose of blood meal (12-0-0)before week 3 starts that should be good for the next 4weeks, and 2 tbls of (4-9-3) so my last feeding will be (16-9-3) for the stretching fingers are crossed🙏

This week marked a turning point in the photoperiod grow. The plants continued to establish themselves in their new 3-gallon pots, showing strong vegetative growth and handling training well. Early in the week, I topped and spread out the branches, guiding the canopy into an even structure. Light LST adjustments kept new growth sites exposed, and I tucked large fan leaves when needed to balance airflow and light penetration. Midweek, I gave them a feed of Cal-Mag and silica, splitting about a gallon between the two. This coincided with the new auto-watering bases being filled, so the roots stayed consistently hydrated while still benefiting from the light top watering. The steady moisture helped them bounce back quickly from the topping and training stress.

They are huge. I think I will start doing defoliation 2 times per week. PH 5,5 - 5,7 EC 2,50 - 2,75

Plans this week: new bluelab guardian connect coming (ph/ec/temp monitor for the reservoir tank) I think I’ll finally mount things neatly on the wall. More pruning the lower canopy; and some low stress training maybe. I hope the flowers keep maturing and start really gaining some girth this week. I’m excited and hopeful but a bit scared of the pk booster and overall nutrient level/EC increase - I’ll keep watch for nutrient lockout etc. Other: Utility sink/drain/water line install I hope. This grow is taking up all my “project time” - Hopefully I can finally spend some time on my arcade cabinet project starting this week. The plants didn’t get light for 37 hours the other day (6/23?) . I had removed the lights to build the frame. I thought I had everything ready for a quick swap. And then I got sick; daughter’s car broke down; my plan for the light frame wouldn’t work; I ran out of angle aluminum; and did I mention I got sick. Anyway they missed only one 12 hour light period plus 1 extra hour (plus their normal dark periods before and after- so that’s how I calculate 37 hours) They actually seemed to mature and redden a bit faster with the extra darkness. Gotta think positive. Upgraded the tent! (6/24/19) It’s now a hydropolis 3x3 “plus size” (extra few inches bigger all around and 8 inches taller than my old vivosun) - much nicer. Wow what a tough job. Very tight space in my room. This is way too late to be moving plants to a new tent - but sliding the old removable tent bottom with all four plants and scrog all at once over to the new tent wasn’t as bad as I feared. Setting up the whole tent again and moving everything was a pain in the ass though. I did a little pruning of the back side of the plants which I hadn’t gotten to in a while - some dead leaves under the scrog mostly. I wonder if all this trim (from recent days too) is gonna yield any amount of even sorta decent bubble hash. I’ll freeze it and try. I hope they like their new home. I did a lot of the swap and setup with the lights totally off in my basement and using only a green headlamp. Argh. I partially failed in my effort to make a complete aluminum frame. I didn’t include the 4 solstix in the frame. But I did make a frame for the two HLG 135s - I re-hung the solstix individually and with their lame individual drivers that are underpowered (I’ll get to the the rewiring and driver replacement one of these days)- I added the far red puck, and I finally added the new HLG QB36 UVA (I’ll try it for the first time tomorrow - with sunglasses on!) - update: tried it. Seems pretty sweet - wish I had some directions or some idea if I should only be using only one stick like I am or the entire 4 that I think they sent me in error. I’ve got a reasonable amount of space between my lights and top of canopy now (15+ inches) - if the damn stretch is finally done I might be ok. I really shoulda flipped sooner like everyone warned me. Live and learn. The utility sink/drain line/water line is still not installed - so I’m still carrying water up and down stairs which sucks. I’ll use pk13/14 this week after this rez tank empties and I give it a good cleaning in a day or so. I’ll also continue to use mammoth p and all the other nutes. - ok tank cleaned and making a new soup for feeding later today (pk 13/14 started on 6/25/19 11:30pm - I plan to use it for 7 days??) I changed the drain/waste bucket to a small bin - and placed it inside the tent — it works well with the condensate pump- so tomorrow I’ll drill holes in it, install grommets and run the drain lines to it permanently - which will be much better than the 5 gallon bucket sitting outside the tent in my small space - plus the gravity drain lines were a pain coming out of the tent and I had to weigh them down to keep their height below 2.5” - now it’ll be just one pumped line. - ok done. I drilled a bit too fast and cracked two of the holes. Siliconed it for now- I’ll replace the little bucket this week or next - it’s fine for now. (6/25/19) So much better! - now no more gallons of water weighing down the drain lines and no more drain lines coming out of the tent - except for the single pumped line that goes out the standard tent hole. And so much neater in the tent etc. Woot!

11-22 Day 16 Water day! Bpp got around 600ml, everyone else got around 1k. had Silica, cal/mag, yucca and drops of balance. 11-24 Scc is a weirdo. She has 3 leafs, with 3 nodes on a pair? Whatever its weird and cool. Extra node didn't count on? 🤣 Removed the 1st nodes and their single leafs. Also removed the upper most leafs, for light. .

And here we are ready with another flash strain from the Zamnesia Seeds family: Wurlz F1 Hybrid. Ready in 63 days, it was already ready the day I picked the Watermelons but sometimes choices have to be made during the harvest phase. Our two Wurlz immediately show the kinship with the just harvested Watermelon Candy, the shape of the flower, the way of flowering are really very similar, the Wurlz are similar to each other but a little smaller than the Watermelon which were two huge beasts. The little is growing really really good,so much that i had to defoliate on day 30,earlier than i anticipated. Hope she will like🤞🤞 On day 33 she's Still really growing well,getting more thirsty day by day. Will do another defoliation on week 6,hoping to be last before harvest

Today March 10th is day 50! I spend a few hours of work every other day to tie branches and manipulate leaves -white pistols are showing -will secure netting and stop using pipe cleaners to tie down at the end of the week -I have been using nutrients about every other watering -1.5 tsp micro .5tsp grow 1.5 tsp bloom in about 2 Litres of water After 2 weeks. Royal Gorilla is the fastest blooming followed by the Green Gelato. The LSD is slower. The HulkBerry I started 4 days later is blooming ok
