A lot more happening this week! As shown in the pics, and as suspected, I have a manganese deficiency. I've been keeping my pH level at 6.2 in coco, manganese is taken up best by the plant below 6.0 pH. Dropping my ph level to 5.8 pH, and flushing with lower pH, hopefully it will solve the issue over the course of a few days. I made a new frame for a SCROG, with a "custom bend" in the CPVC pipe on both ends. The bend will allow me to take advantage of the slack material in the sides of my 4x4 tent. I'd previously taken 4" out of all the upright poles to shorten the tent so it would fit in the room due to low ceilings, meaning I had extra slack in my tent walls. The bend in the net frame pushes the sides of the tent out to 5 foot wide. My first SCROG net was a 6" mesh from Amazon, immediately knew I wanted a smaller mesh. Next time around I built my own with a 4" mesh and used the 4" for several grows. This time I decided to go with an even smaller, 3" mesh, and already I like it better. I don't really see myself going much smaller than 3" mesh though. It seems to work well, and any smaller and it may be too tight trying to work the plant through the opening sometimes, which if not careful, will damage the plant. I usually use a & gal cloth pot, grow off rules stated we 0had to use a 5 gal pot. Seeing as I only had 7 gal on hand, I was stuck picking up a Root Farm 5 gal cloth pot locally, as you can see, the roots didn't really stay contained, nor did they "air prune", i had to tear them off before installing the net above. On the last day of week 6 I finally got my net installed, and the plant SCROGged. I should have put the net in place a week or two earlier, it would have been easier to manipulate the plant, however the plant will still have a week to recover. I tie the net in place above the plant, and slowly lower it down, as I bend and super crop the main stalk over parallel to the net, and work all the branches underneath and spread them out. As the plant grows I'll continue to push branches back down through the net and moving them out to the next hole. This will greatly increase yields by allowing light to more bud sites, keeping all buds the same height and thus the same distance from the light. small budsites on a vertical branch, will transform into their own cola once the branch is laid on its side. Instead of a Christmas tree type of plant, with one large main cola, and smaller and smaller buds as you move further down the plant, you end up with a bunch of colas that are all close to the same size, and more importantly, the same level of maturity. The SCROG method, combined with super cropping, and defoliation has greatly increased my yields. As the plant is getting worked into the net, I'll defoliate where necessary, ie a huge fan leaf covering bud sites, however for the next several weeks I'll be defoliating so mush every night or two, systematically trimming off all fan leaves, and stripping everything below the net, and any small bud sites that wont produce well. Usually by the time I'm half way through the flower stage there are no big fan leaves left to be found. It helps with light penetration, which results in a higher quality, higher quantity yield, as well as airflow, which will help prevent White Powdery Mildew and other molds etc. Once a fan leaf is 14 days old, its ability to photosynthesize light, starts to degrade. Once it reaches a certain point, the leaf drains more energy from the plant, than it's giving the plant. My best yields have been from heavily defoliated plants, my last grow I couldn't physically defoliate quite as heavily as usual, and I ended up about 25-30% less bud than expected

Notably, some leaves in the lower canopy are beginning to wilt, a process I view as normal age-related defoliation. It's a natural part of the lifecycle, as the plant focuses her energy on the swelling buds. In our efforts to optimize her environment, the GCX 9 lighting is now set to 100% flower spectrum and 75% veg spectrum. I'm carefully pushing the limits to provide maximum light without imposing stress or damage to our plant. This stage requires a delicate balance, pushing for maximum growth while maintaining the health and well-being of the plant. I As we watch the buds swell and smell the sweet lemon fragrance developing, it's a moment to reflect on the journey thus far and the growth we've fostered together. two of the four females are way behind compared to the others, the pistils are just starting to show up now, while in the other four the pistils are already quite fat. as it's my first time, I'm not sure how much time I have left to harvest, but I believe it's around 5 weeks.

Responded really well to the bloom nutients. Massive stretch and so many bud sites. I will defoliate at the end of the week and LST as needed. Defolitated, removed smaller buds at the bottom. The bud stacking and volume of this strain is amazing

Repotted into fresh soil so I gave less nutrients. Previous 2 feedings were 700ppm (200ppm tap water) Looking good! Healthy green although not visible in LED. Will try to take some good pictures later. Pretty heavy LST, trying to keep it low. Main cola was fimmed and the other big colas were topped. I hope to fill the tent with one plant

Last week of feeding before flushing. She's a very sticky plant, nice smell, heavy buds!! Looking forward to harvesting this girl and lighting her up.

this strain is amazing!! I loved growing it, despite very slow growth and very small internodal spaces, it is very resistant to stress and topping!! it revealed itself in flowering with pretty compact buds, a smell of bugs (yes, bugs!!), with strong notes of grapefruit, gasoline... no waste in the taste!! I recommend, I will grow it again

Week 10, so from today I stopped watering the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and on Saturday no more light as well. Sunday is harvest day finally. Not much changed, I raised up the water with 25ml so the Purple Punch gets 200ml 2 x a day. That's all, since last week I started giving 13 hours darkness and 11 hours light and from Monday will be 12/12 after I harvested the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and I can use the tent only for her. Fertilization will happen on the same days. Sunday fun day, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is harvested. Purple Punch left alone. From tomorrow I will switch the light schedule 12/12. End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm.

☆♡ Gorilla Cookies: I've noticed a leaf fell off the bottom. I think I may've overdone the nutes. She's growing tremendously. I top dressed with the below, as the rest of my plants. I will only use PH'd water for the next several waterings, probably with Biosys or seaweed. ♡☆ 16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco,and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Welcome to week 9. 7/2 today I defoiliated some damaged leaves from Gaia and Circe trying to make them look presentable. The lock out has done damage last will last until they are harvested. Last week was flushing every 2 days with 2 gallons of water for each plant in the tent. PH of the soil is down from 8 .2 to 7.2 not so alkaline. 7/3 water feed and some pics. I made 4 gallon fertilizer solutions using TPS1 fertilizer 10ml per gal. I made 1/2 strength at total 22,5ml Signal 1ml per gal. Total 2.5ml Ppm total 620 After I fed 4 liters each I followed 3 hours later to test the run off. Cream caramel Ec .99 ppm 690 ph 5.95 runoff 2 ltr in drip pan Gaia EC .88 ppm 620 ph 6.82 run off 2.5 ltr Circe Ec 1.30 ppm 910 ph 6.16 runoff .75 ltr 7/4 reduced light schedule to 15 hrs from 18 hrs. 7/5 flushed all with 2 gal each 7/6 cream Caramel is showing lockout now too😨 even with flushing. 7/7 more flushing. The ARE is Edgar Cayce's, Association for Research and Enlightenment and the Heritage store which was a new age metaphysical crystal shop with crystals, stones, meditation, and yoga classes. I scoured old bookstores looking for books written on spiritualism, psychology, alternative religions, old doctor books, etc. My desire to be a healing practitioner stems from my books from Jeanne Rose in 1970s. She is the first herbal medicine woman in modern times. Florence Scovel Shinn, metaphysician, lecturer, artist- The Game of Life and others written in 1925. Edgar Cayce's trance readings. The older books are out of print but may still be found. There is a River is Edgar Cayce's life story. Hidden Life of Trees is a must read. It explains connectedness. Interestingly, my great uncle, in his writings (above) references the spiritual laws written in the books mentioned above. From various religious scriptures, the existence of personal behavioral laws, as I would describe as code of honor, as indicated are the ways to true Peace. Throughout my generations the search for spiritual truths have fallen outside the realm of traditional religious formation. From the spiritual sense, I have emerged full circle. grandparents' and parents' lifetimes, there were world wars. Everyone had a focus on world peace. Mucha's quote on week 8 emphasizes the need to build bridges, to achieve peace. Sadly, I remember watching the Vietnam War on the news when I was growing up. Well I started college with dream of becoming a doctor, but changed to business and accounting. During my college years, I worked part time jobs in a stock brokerage firm and jewelry store. 6 week...Work goes well The plants are in full bloom and begin to fatten the flowers, discreetly satisfied with how things are going ... but I am insatiable I want more and more
