Harvest day for this beautiful blind tester from Fast Buds. The buds are coated in trichomes and love watching it glisten. A very potent aroma and beautiful finished colors. I'm excited to see what genetics we have cultivated. I'll see you back in about a month for the smoke review.

Week 8 and the plants are now starting to get flushed Nd also are giving of a brilliant fade , buds are very dense and purple and red colours are starting to come. Overall really pleased with how everything is going

The #3 look a bit sad since several day I don't understand why, maybe the pot start to be too small? These big girls are growing phenomenal. It's been a while since I've grown this strain and wow I don't remember them getting this big. Flower period has started but they're not done with the final stretch which is wild. Definitely have a great smell to them. All in all Happy

This little lady has grown so fast I haven’t even had the chance to take pictures. All try my best to keep up on her. Have her a nice bend or low stress training see how she goes.

Photos from Day 1 to day 7 Sprouted 2 days after planted them. More or less I call them "B" and "S" because at some point, I guess in this first week, I may have overwatered a bit, one of them, and I think it made her grow slower during a week or so, before it got up to its growth again. I was only spraying them with water but I was doing it 2-3 times a day and may have done it 4 times once or twice... My first grow, I may have studied many videos and foruns, but somethings are only learnt when tried. And this "try" went juuust a lil sideways. Its ok Lights were at 50% I guess from the moment they felt earth. I found it fascinating how fast they grew in just 12 hours give or take. Check the photos I also used plastic bottles on tip of them in the first 3-5 days. Temperature inside it was from 22-28°C. RH 70-90%.

4 days of cloudy weather, hoping for more sun this week! So far so good, very tiny plant, probably just genetics? Flowering pretty fast!

Obama runtz x gas tax sad to say both seedlings are super crappy so far. If it was not for the gas tax parent being the best flower ever then I wld just toss these but sometimes the crappy slow growing plants end up being super dank It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

These girls are ready, going to leave them for a few more days. The smell is sweet and pine, hope it’s good. There’s lots of small to mid sized buds, really did my best to bush her out, my hard work is going to pay off. I usually wet trim and never tried a dry trim.. will be doing a dry trim on these.

Last week flush week Overall very pleased with the result did not have a bump in the road at all and she was very easy to grow and very forgiving when it came to her training The cup grow was a succes she stands only 13,5cm tall and from 1 tip of the mainbud to the other she is 30.6cm long and 21cm wide and packed with nugs and the smells fills up the entire growbox with a sweet bubblegumish smells like the pink bubbalicious chewing gum so nice so i only can imagon what complexity her taste is going to be like❤️❤️❤️❤️ So this week is going to be hell for her i’m going to split her completly tru to about 1.5 cm above the soil put toothpicks between her and bind her back together so the split stay open(about 1.5-2mm) so the flow is even more disrupted this tricks the girl into even more overproducing thc and flavours and she has to fight even harder in her last day’s for her survival and eventually begs for mercy🖤🖤😈😈🖤🖤 She is finishing up nicely her little nugs are packed with cristals

Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.

Last little watering for another week or less Then we pullllllllllllll :) Small foliage cut here again … all big fan leaves trimmed just about.

2/6/2023 - Day 35: After the watering yesterday the girls perked up, but they were already getting dry again. I was originally planning on waiting longer to transplant, but I felt like they were out growing their 1 gallon pots. Also, after checking their roots I could tell they were ready, so I transplanted today. Watered in with about 1.5 gallons at 6.4 ph. I know they say you don't need to ph water in a large bed like this, but my water is really bad here. At times it can be over 8 ph out of the tap. Mixed my water with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Rootwise Micro Complete, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst, fresh aloa juice from my garden, and BuildASoil Big 6 Micro nutrients. 2/10/2023 - Day 39 Veg: now that the plants are in the 3x3 bed, there is much less maintenance. I'm using an Ecowitt to track the soul moister. It started at 33% when I watered on Monday, and is at 33% today. I want to let it drop below 30% before watering again. I did do my weekly IPM spray today, using Dr. Zymes Eliminator. Also, I noticed some slight leaf discoloration, so I added some Pure Protein Dry and BuildASoil Big 6 micronutrients to the foliar spray, which I sprayed at lights out. A had a small amout of the mix left after all plants were sprayed, so i used it to slightly mist the top soil. Not sure I'd the discoloration is the start of a deficiency or just left over from the under watering last week. Figured the foliar feeding wouldn't hurt either way. 2/12/2022 - Day 41: Soil moisture dropped to 30% today, so I watered with a worm casting tea. Added some Rootwise Micro Complete, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst, and Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja. Watered about 8 liters and gave the plants a foliar feed with the tea as well. All of the plants look pretty good. The Grand Prix 2 has some leaf curl and I'm not sure what is causing it, since the other 3 aren't showing similar symptoms. Thought it might be light or heat stress, since it is the tallest plant, so I raised the light and dropped the high temp down a few degrees. Also, the Frozen White Runtz is the smallest of all 4 and seems to be growing slow. We'll have to see how they all respond to the tea.

10.02 • watered all plants with 0.8L 12.02 • watered all plants with 0.8L 14.02 • watered all plants with 1L 14.02 • i flushed the yellowing Black Domina with clear water with EC of 0.8 and checked the EC of the drain, it was 1.8...so i assume EC in the pot was like 2+, perhaps it was too high and nutrients had a lockout....PH was perfect (6.8)....perhaps the cause of yellowing was a lockout or N deficency...i have no clue... 16.02 • 3 of 5 White Ice are turning red/brownish...must be their genetics...

It's been 74 days of flower now and they only got another week left. A few of the girls were acting up so they were put into dark solitary confinement for 24 hours🤣🤣🤣🤣 bad girls... I have been flushing them for 2 weeks now. Almost there 🤘🤘. I'm very happy how they have turned out, the color, the smell, the crystals 👍. Very proud of what I created. One was chopped last week and is trimmed up and curing in jars now. Looks and smells good👍... The gals are still loving the new fc4800, TSW2000 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. Day 21. I post one day earlier, but its a huge week for them. Cleared space, install chicken wire fence. Added worm castings, epsom salt, mono potassium, calcium nitrate , Great White, Biosys and hope they will be ok. Next visit in two weeks. Root system was good, couple girls had mini root bound on the bottom, so timing was perfect ! Sherbet was strongest, purple haze weakest, both Apples were ok too. Happy Growing !!!

I took the tiny plant out of the tent due to state laws. She is happily sitting in a window... we'll see what happens with her! Massive growth for both plants this week! They both doubled in size! I don't know whether to call my plants vegging, pre-flowering or flowering. I figured this was the last week of veg and next week is full on flowering!! They both stink! Gassy for sure! I'll need to turn start using my carbon filter soon... I caught a few cool time lapse videos this week. Especially after feeding them last night!! I fed them twice this week. The first time was at a third recommended dose and I jumped it to half yesterday. The leaves are clawing at the top of the plants... I think it is a lack of phosphorus due to me only watering them the last 2 weeks. Any thoughts out there? I'd love advice about defoliating... I have a couple massive fan leaves I could remove to open the canopy for flowers... I just don't want to stunt the plant or rob the main cola of a major energy source... Thoughts are definitely welcome! I tried my hand at LST... I think a few are working and a few aren't doing the job... Definitely need to figure this out! Again advice is welcome!
