always perfect for autos

Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.

Everything is good, they were a little hungry this week and lost some lower leaves due to mobile deficiency but I did feed twice and problem resolved itself. I plan to defoliate the canopy to some extent this week. Light is at 100% now. Mimozz is smelling sooo good - it's crazy. I love it and can't wait to try some rosin from this strain. On the other hand - Strawberry Cough is not smelling at all. The rest of them are smelling good but nothing special to report :) Till the next week, cheers!

Divine indica has grown really well. Her trichromes were just first starting to get cloudy yesterday. About a half and half of clear and cloudy. I figure she has abour 10 to 12 days left. I will be switching her to ph water in a few days during ripening. She has a good aroma and is looking excellent. She has been loosing a few leaves on the bottom due to a slight nitrogen deficiency. Which is okay during flowering. Nitrogen can hinder bud development. So low does in flowering is ideal. 👻👻👻 Reminder : 👻👻👻 So, I created the diary the 15th of september, I wrotte every previous informations on paper then on a word sheet. I reallized that I got everything to create a diary here, so I did it. I should maybe try to end this first grow without buying any fertilizer and keep going with my home made receips (taken from several sources and reading). I think I will do some fun experiments on a following diary. It is well known, dwarves don't run fast, so next batch will be 3 quick one from royal queen seeds, with smart pot and coco ideas i had. It will be fun an probably in 3-4 weeks (I plane to harvest my dwarves a little bit later around week 11, but I don't know, I have to check trichomes, they will give me the answer.)🙌💩So from week (8) we are in *LIVE* mode for this diary. Hello elves (you are the elves, you reading me). Smiles are allowed (this is unfair you smoke your plants so you have a strong adventage) while reading. Orcs are the pests and desease attacking the dwarves (the 3 plants)👻👻👻 👉 I've cut every branches, it was an amazing experience : My dwarves killed the orcs, they survived and escape from this AMAZING journey. They where really impossible to kill. They suffered from : Overwatering, over defoliation, nutrients burn, probably root rot, to much heat (more than 30 degree for some days), a too small pot... And they smell like : 😅😇😇😇 a wounderfull smell. I did all the "noob" mistakes basically but I learned so much. I started to feed them with home made nutrients and ended to use biobizz really at the end. I don't know what was the best for those dwarves but they made it. I will update this diary with a video and will give in 1-2 weeks the weight dry, I am really curious about it, I left really no branches, they are like ready to be in a jar. So: 👉 The famous 3/3 with amazing colors gave me : 38 gr. wet 👉 The famous 2/3 gave me : 34 gr. wet 👉 The famous 1/3 gave me : 30-31 gr. wet The harvest seems not amazing, I don't know how much weight I may loose by drying (I kept really only the heads). For a first grow, I am happy, because I simply made it. I know that it is now a growing experience, like those wounderfull amazing plants. And I learned a lot. Allready excited to launch a second harvest. A matter of time actually. It was fast, joyfull, stressfull, great to do it. They won’t need anything this week, I will just lift the pots to check their weight and will keep the light at the right distance. I might have to switch on the second 600w HID and start to dispatch them to give them some more space to grow... I will see in a couple days. Here we go its been long time since ive popped some fast buds but hey better late than never 👊👊

Hey guys it’s week three and I’m feeling great. I ran into a few issues: 1. Unexpected rise in humidity. Don’t really know why it spiked but I purchased a dehumidifier to combat the issue. 2. White powdery Mold on the side of my grow fabric pots. I believe this was a byproduct of my humidity issue. I heavy inspected each plant and from the surface everything appears to be ok. I whipped away the mold and spray it down with a solution I made from mouth wash and water prior to the girls going to sleep. I also added another fan to add more circulation. 3. I took a few photos of some of my leaves there looks to be some discoloration hard to tell what it is due to me being color blind, I believe this is due to nutrition burn. All please take a look and tell me what you think it is, is it one problem or multiple? Other than that I started LST, great start so far I believe!

Unfortunately because they were in the dark when germinated & sprouted they stretched for light quite a bit, which made the stems weak, I had to support some but 1 of the Tropicana Cookies was to weak & bent right over. I tried to stake it to support it but it died a few days later! I have put another Tropicana seed in to a jiffy starter to replace it. Added a fan to help strengthen stems & it has started to strengthen them up allready

As of the afternoon of May 15th, I have begun some LST with binder clips/safety pins and some soft pipe cleaners. With the exception of the Critical Jack, I think most of the plants are showing some signs of excess Calcium and Nitrogen so I am going to take CALiMAGic out of their feeding regimen and cut the nutrients down to 1/4 strength as of this afternoon. The Dinafem Critical Jack Auto is now the tallest plant and seems to be the healthiest one of the bunch at this point, she keeps amazing me every day. The Seedsman White Widow Auto is not very tolerant to feedings and its stems & branches seem to be weaker than the others; very bushy. Both the Dinafem Industrial Plant Autoflowering CBD and the Mephisto Ripley's OG are very healthy but are growing very squat and bushy -- which made trying some LST for the first time a bit more challenging! As of the evening of May 17th, I noticed pre-flowers on both the Critical Jack and the Ripley's OG. The Critical Jack is certainly stretching out right now! The White Widow and the Industrial Plant CBD look like they should be getting pre-flowers by the end of the week. The Critical Jack has taken to being under the ViparSpectra 600 light more than the MarsHydro Mars II 1200 light -- something to keep an eye on?

Day 70 of flower, the leaves are starting to fade thanks to the flush. If some Amber trichomes shows up i Will chop next week at day 77, by now the trichomes are almost all cloudy. The smell Is citrus-like and very strong. Dulcis in fundu i expect an heavy yield by the cookies looking at those buds.

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. We are flushing and this plant will be cut down and harvested in about 4 days. I started flushing about 4 days ago to let the plant eat up it's extra food that's left in the soil. I've seen a few spots of WPM on some leaves... So I'll harvest soon rather than fight it. This plant has an interesting smell. Can't wait to taste it. Good sized buds too. OK, Be Great. Chuck.
