Dear Me, I had a Growers Nightmare, An Equipment failure around 21th of Jan,24. My 3X3 Mars Hydro Kit is IMPORTED from United States. it comes with a pretty powerful grow light FC-E3000. But Unfortunately it broke only after 1 weeks of usage. The Rotating knob stopped responding to dimming function. The push button only turns lights OFF/ON. And without having the ability to control the Light intensity I was left with nothing but 100% light, 400+ PPFD and 25+ degree Temp in my Grow Tent. Hence I Disconnected the Two of the Centre Light bars and Increased the Height to maximum at about 1.3 Feet from plants. This at times was showing between 230-300 PPFD but it now it's back at showing 400 here and there. At the very least the tent temperature is 23-24. I Contacted Mars Hydro notified that I'm in different Country and that I'm helpless and I can't basically send you the Unit for a replacement since I'd killing my plants at that point so please either 1) sell me a new controller stand alone unit to my country. I'll pay upfront. or 2) send me new unit and I'll send back as soon as fresh unit arrives and I swap the malfunction unit. I'll bear shipping cost upfront for both ways. But it's been like 3-4 days no conclusion we're still figuring out and yet to get to any conclusion. Hence I ended up placing order for a AC infinity 6 inch exhaust fan which comes with AC infinity 69 Pro controller( a separate unit that can connect to Mars hydro Grow Lights using RJ45 Cable Type B Connecter). It's cool how just one thing can add a whole Semi-Automation to Grow Tent Environment. Not gonna lie I did thought at this point that I had in fact made my tent buying decision in a jiffy without looking at all the other options. I hope Mars Hydro Fixes it provided that I had invested my faith in them with my money at around 1200 usd( Tent cost about 600 USD + about 600 in Shipping and import fee). Prepared Cal-Mag Buffered Coco-Perlite Mix for Coming week. Plants are already on a Light Feed Schedule with a 3 Part series by General Hydroponics. 1st Week Nutrients Diet Per Gal Water 2ml CalMag 1 ml micro 1 ml Grow 0.5 ml Bloom Ph-6.1 TDS - 277 UPDATE : 4 February : - I learned First week starts "After" the Cotyledons when first true leaves show up. Which means I've been actually in my first week only. Putting an end to my anxiety over my current plant sizes. Also, Mars Hydro replied with a humble gesture and decided to replace the dimmer at no Additional cost, They told me I could keep the faulty unit which means I don't need to spend money on returning it. and they're directly shipping to my country without any extra fee (a cherry on top). I'm yet to get the tracking but it should arrive at the very least sometime before I hit the Flowering. My first week plants look somewhat healthy despite a little light stress in the early stage. Although the Plants heights not been upto the desirable min. so far which is mostly because light was throwing too much ppfd in the early stages. Day 57 this little lady last weekend showed up with some burning on the leaves but I’m. Not really sure it was an excess of nutrient, signals of a deficiency of K and P are also visible. So I just gave oh controlled water with regulator and enzym+ and some calmag, now everything looks fine and i ‘ m sure I t will be great this week. Tomorrow, feeding day! Day 59 lady si farting up every day, I’ve been feeding her the last two days. The yellow on the leaves is just because of a water deficiency from the last week, I wanted my lady to absorb everything I gave. On day 57 I gave 1 lt but it was too dry, so on day 58 I gave her another lt and she took it all with PH 6,2 and PPM 1000z I think I’ve got 20/25 day max left so this will be the last week of fertilising from Day 70 I’ll start mi flush. Day 62 today feeding day I finally get my p-boost and k-boost from aptus. She drunk 1 lt with ph 6,1 and ppm 1090 Let’s see🌱🌱🌱🔥🔥

9/1 - Start of week 4 and the GSCs are looking strong. The shorter pheno is starting to catch up. She has multiple main sights as if she had been topped...even though she hasn't. Can't wait to see how she turns out. Watered all today with RO water and molasses. 9/4 - Just a light water and some LST today. Still no nutrients and they are looking fabulous. Loving the Nature's Living Soil Autoflower mix! 9/6 - I come in each day and water and do a little LST on all the ladies. Moving them just about a quarter of the way around the pot. They are really starting to become bushy and branch out.. They are all very green and looking great.

**Update** 96.5 grams dry from 1 Autoflower! Amazing smells, still has some of the 🍈 funk. She needs to cure to let the Terps and Flavors come out. She is still very sticky and resinous. Will update once a week or two of cure is done, but with the 1 joint I smoked, full heavy hitter, body buzz and heavy head high. Looking forward to the finished product. This plant flourished with little work on my part. Good nutrients, and not being too hands on let this beast do her own thing. I would definitely recommend as a beginner strain/auto flower to go with, she is easy to see through to the end. Didn’t really need much attention until flower came on and she fed hard for phosphorus and potassium while she stacked. I’ve got some of her cousins already sprouted and am looking forward to trying some different techniques to see what she can do! Happy growing all 🌱😎

7 07.25 . Day 43 She just exploded with growth over the past 2 weeks. She is so heavy she keeps falling down. She has stretched alot because she was left in a tent with 3 other plants competing for light. Today I changed out reservoir and gave her new home. 12.07.25. Day 48. Reservoir change out.

8th week , 4th of flora They are tall, strong and healthy Using the same fert proportions as vegetative stage. They reached 77cm tall

Another smooth week with the continued issues ive previously addressed. Trichomes are multiplying and buds have grown some. With the dehumidifier running pretty much constantly, it has bypassed my carbon filter. (I have my dehumidifier extract from outside the so I'm not adding additional, unwanted, heat.) Smell is very evident within the entire room. Final week of feeding and I have turned my reds down to 50%. Took trichome shots for fun around the front of the plant.

She was just lst'd a little he help bring her out and down. She gave me no problems once she snapped out of whatever she was going through foe the first few weeks. She has some good chunky buds and will have a good amount of trim and some popcorn buds that I left to make hash out of. A real pleasure to grow and can't wait to bring it back into the garden.

Last week, my pound cake auto plant totally exploded with growth! It's insane how much it's changed. I swear it grew several inches overnight. The leaves are this gorgeous shade of green, and the whole thing looks super healthy and happy. I'm seriously so proud of my little plant baby.

I took everything out of the tent and disinfected it again. The pots have made the tent base into a ball 😅 The velcro tags fell off long ago. I decided to put some new ones on. I have some wider velcro that I would've preferred to use, I have misplaced those. Anyway, these will have to do. I also made some large pot markers to velcro to the pots, too. I figured it would be easier to recognise the plants in photos if I made some. I laminated them, then attached the velcro to the pots and pot markers. [I get bored] 😅 make everything as fun as possible 💚 I ended up finding some sticky back velcro rolls. Of course, there's no way that it would stick to a slippery surface that gets wet from humidity. So, I used my glue gun and added strips to each side of the tent liner and tent walls to hold ot in place. The 8 gallon pots are very heavy after being watered, and the liner has suffered. Hopefully, this will work to keep it in place, at least for a while! 😅 7.5.25: I also had to clean my pots, as you can see in the photos (if you want, lol). They had got very mouldy/mildewy/fungussy. 🤢 also the under side of the tent liner. So it was very lucky that I decided to clean it at this point. Or else I could have serious issues. I'll look into the ventilation as I'm not exhausting the tent because I leave the door open with very strong airflow. I did spray the plants with Trace, and I used a lot of it. So, that probably ran down the walls into the base of the tent before it dried 🤔 that could have easily caused it. I'll have to make sure I dry off the walls after I use it next time. I certainly don't want to keep cleaning everything. The plants are delicate, and unfortunately, however I try, it appears I am not. I'm always snapping branches off by just watering, let alone removing them from the tent to clean! 😅 you can imagine. Accidental defoliation? 😉 I also cleaned the light, but I have noticed on one light that there are brown spots, which won't come off without damaging the LED's. I really don't want to have to buy a new light. The par isn't great for full flowering. I just can't justify buying a new one right now, as I've already bought 2 in a year. The light has been turned up to 100%, gradually, over the course of a few days. It has been fairly warm so I moved them further away too, as i don't want them to get heat stress, as I have already noticed a few leaves canoeing and having a taco on my dime! 🤨🤔😅 I'll continue to monitor and adjust again when possible/necessary. 9.5.25: Hulkberry has certainly started her stretch! I'm really low on space to train her out, and the light has been turned up to full power. She has begun to drink more, and I gave some more dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with ♡ 1/4 tsp of Greenleaf nutrients Sea K(elp). PPM: 800 PH:6.4 I am very pleased with the recent growth spurt, so let's hope I can accommodate her! 😅 9.5.25: It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now. Today I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which contained: ♡ 1/5 tsp of Sea K(elp). By Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 1/4 tsp Ecothrive Biosys. PPM: 564 PH: 6.4 12.5.25: Hulkberry was very dry, surprisingly. Although I guess I've been giving her less. She was fed with a high dose of Ecothrive Trace: 7ml/7l. She was fed with 6 litres over the course of the day. PH:6.4 PPM: 515 I had added this as a foliar spray last week, and it has apparently damaged some leaves. Left some dry orange patches in the leaves. So, having that happen makes me want to just water with it. Thanks for checking out my diary and hanging out 💚 ✌️ 🍃 😊 🌱

Start of week 5 gonna hit these girls with some water ph’d a little bit higher see if that helps with the white tips but seems to be doing better Update 3/13: fed them with 1/3 of a gallon each plant with feed ph’d at 7.5 blue lab pen said my soil ph was at 5.7 causing the white tips let’s see how these girls do within the next 3 days 3/17 update soil PH has been brought up to 6.5.. all good and doing wat better end of week 5

Day 127 6-6 Started backing off on the light time and had to bring in a dehumidifier to bring down humidity. Strung some support up for the final weeks push. Continue to lower ppm's slowly getting her down to 15. Total Darkness coming soon.😎 This could be the last week t'ill harvest.
