Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

I was reading on someone else’s diary how their ph meter was not calibrated right. I feel I’ve been doing everything by the book but still burnt tip and leaf distress. I’m checking my ph meter today. I’m told also that the most mature plant looks to be ready for harvest. It’s really short but it smells like fruit loops or something and is frosty as hell.

Start of week 7, scheduled feeding in the morning. Drinking about 3qts every 2-3 days. I'm excited about the floral smell that GSC is starting to emit. I've been reading about 9-10 week flower times. I've also found amber tric's (>10%). Ordered new batteries for my jewelers loop ³⁰×, ⁶⁰×. I'm excited to get a closer look. More pictures and videos will be uploaded as the week progresses. Also added my lady friends Calla Lilies to the mix since the bulbs were sprouting in a dark closet. ☆Day 47 I'm going to try and get another 3 weeks out of this girl. 20 cm growth in one week! I am not even joking. This has to be the fastest that I have seen one of my plants grow. Pure genetics here. Beautiful.
