Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Put the plants in a environment (-> tent) where I could control temp. and humidity better. Plants #2 and #3 moved from their 200ml pots into 8L fabrics on day 25. Could have waited a few days with that, since barely any roots where visible. Applied some Dynomyco and water with very low amount of Hesi TNT to all plants on day 25. At about this point my excitement grew, since growth was finally accelerating and a little smell proofed that this was at least the right kind of plant. Slowly introduced the GCxSolo at about 35cm distance on day 19 and increased its output from 25-100% over 2 weeks.

i was away from week 4 - 6, they have been only watered 3 times and sprayed couple of times, was also first time leaving them outside thru the night and strong winds. Some more aggressive LST and first serious defoliation, they needed a week to really start growing again, then they exploded,

Giorno 14 fioritura Le piante stanno bene. Zombie Kush#1 bella bestia sta iniziando a mettere i primi peletti ora mentre la #2 ha già iniziato da qualche giorno. Come già detto in precedenza penso di avere due fenotipi. La #1 fenotipo Haze mentre la #2 Bubba Kush. Le due Rainbow in ottima salute e odori completamente diversi. La prima sa di citronella mentre la seconda frutti di bosco. Speriamo esca qualche terpene Zkittlez altrimenti tocca fare subito altri due semini 🤣 La Milk Monkey bella bella anche lei. La più grossa di tutte quante e anche quella più indietro di tempi. Staremo a vedere che cosa ne verrà fuori 😊 Ci vediamo settimana prossima e grazie di tutti i commenti e like 🙏

Week 6 Summary: First off, Happy New Year! May the new year filled with peace, love, joy and dank buds! 😄😉 Day 36-39: Despite my heavy defoliation they seem to bounce back quite quickly every time, but this is my first grow so I could be completely wrong and slowly murdering my plants... 😅 WC1 starting to frost up, the two double buds are starting to split themselves up while stretching: WIN! WC2 and WC3 really starting to show their size compared to just a week or 2 ago, really spread out now, and starting to stretch. Day 40-42: WC2 and WC3 really stretching now. WC2 almost catching up to WC1's height, and has probably spread out the most out of all plants when you compare it to a few weeks ago. Maybe defoliating is a good thing for Autos after all? I'm stoked about these. Although WC2 and WC3 are a few days behind of frost production it's definately starting to show itself by the end of week 6. Stoked for these!! These are stinking aswell, but for now the 4AM in the tent is sweetening it up! On to week7!!!

Día 08 las plantas no están estirándose tanto cómo esperaba. La temperatura tampoco ayuda ya que hace mucho frío donde está el indoor. Pero tengo fé. Recién se empieza a notar el estiramiento.

Week ten 64-70 days after germinating

So we are in week 2 of flower I ran out of Dutch pro and my hydro shop didn't have any in stock so I had to swap to canna 450ml A&B I've also added some bud blood. So today I did some defoliation to anything below my scrog net and tucked some of the bigger fan leaves to expose the new bud sites. I also raised my light a few inches to allow the ladies to grow into it. 21/5/21 The girls are growing fast I did some defoliation 2 days ago and I had to repeat today 26/5/21 Took some fan leaves off that where blocking bud sites only a small handful needed to be removed, I gave them a feed ppm 946 ph 6.3, bud sites are looking nice and healthy I've got plenty of air flow throughout my tent, have yet to notice any aroma but still very early days. Going good a few leaves here & there that got a bit of discoloration but I'm not worried. So far anyway. The Wolverines is starting to impress me & the r2ar , green crack, zkittles started to take off nicely. The midnight looks a live & evolving nicely. The CBD strain so far seems like they want to kick some ass. Acdc took off fast & is staying ahead but the past week the cbd # 1 is slowly catching up. Changing them around the tent trying to make sure they all get enough light. Probably gonna invest in better lighting for next crop

The leaves are droopy cause i went on holiday and my drip system didn't work for 10 days, but they are STRONG, they will come back easily. Great flower stretch and awesome structure.

So we got some nice bud formation so far, the thricomes showed as first on the og kush and pretty fast, it allready smells like it tastes and I can't wait for it to bulk up even more I'm exited for this one as it got huge! Branches with lots of buds on them and they are like 80cm long from bottom to top or more... I can't wait for this smoke... Need to be careful with the neighbours it really smells strong right now.

Day 78 (September 2): Still just regular waterings with 25ml per 10L of FloraBloom to try and help with the Potassium Deficiency. Day 81: Another feeding again today. Everything is looking very healthy. Some yellowing from the nitrogen cut off but I expected that. Day 83: Another watering. These girls are drinking heavy right now! Looking fantastic.
