Second week of flower. The girls are looking great. Day 10 - Realizing that I may have waited too long to flip to flower. Plants are over-hanging my table.

Taking it slow with the veg state to develop larger, stronger plants and it seems to be paying off. I've trimmed the lower leaves at least 3 times this week. I think I'm going to extend it out at least one more week before switching to flower state. Early in the week I switched from blue to purple to allow the branches to push through the screen more. Then mid-week blue, to rebuild the fan leaves, then back to purple once I rearranged everyone into their optimal positions for capturing light. I see a lot of potential for multiple colas. Each time I switched to purple, I raised the light up a few inches to help them stretch. As noted last week, lamp distance is being measured from top of net (not top of plant). I continue to add compost tea every Tuesday, which they love :-)

Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. Day 57 - Tuesday 11/12/18 - she is eating again , I added 6ml A+B and about 1 litre of water , I’m not sure what will happen because of the issue last week , I would assume the buds will be smaller . Day 58 - Wednesday - definitely back drinking, i changed the reservoir today , looking better i think...the smell of lemon is incredible, everything i pull off , makes my hands stink of lemon... Day 59 - Thursday - topped up with 1 litre of water , lovely froth on the top , its a good thing , I will take a picture , touching the buds and all I smell is lemon , with an edge Day 60 - Friday - added 1 litre of water and 6 ml A+B Day 61 - Saturday - added 1.5l of water , 9 ml A+B , made you a video of the tent ,I should say the TANGIE is being dragonforce d , as it’s further ahead , Day 62 - Sunday - added 1.5 litres of water and 10 ml A+B - I would describe the smell as ice lemon 🍋 Day 63 - Monday - added 1.5 litres of water and 8 ml A+B

El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 16h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, estaban muy bien enraizadas al realizarle el trasplante se notaba la abundancia radicular, aplique el delta 9 de manera foliar para preparar la floración próximamente. This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned

Hola a todos!! Esta semana he trasplantado a esta hermosa planta , la he pasado de una maceta de 3litros a una de 10 litros. He regado con un poco de top veg, y el resto solo agua😊. He notado en algunas ramas algunos pelitos blancos, que me hacen tener la ilusión de que es una planta hembra.😊💪🙌

It was a pretty mixed week weather-wise. We had some beautiful sunshine, but also quite a few cloudy days—today, it's actually super cloudy. At the beginning of the week, I paused the Autopot system to give the lady two specific top feeds: First Feed: A fresh dose of nematodes to nipped any potential fungus gnat issues. Second Feed (2 days later): A light snack of 2.5ml Orgatrex to feed the microbials and give the soil some extra sugars. Yesterday, I finally restarted the Autopot system, so she is officially running on autopilot again! I also adjusted the LST a little bit further to keep her flat and wide, and now I’m just waiting for that explosive, bushy growth. I’ve also included a picture of the whole setup today! The greenhouse is completely open in the back, but I’ve installed a fine insect screen there. On the right side next to the GM, you can see a Orange Sherbet Auto, which is currently stretching and heading right into flower!

New Home, Sweet Home This week, our P.C.R.s made the big move to their new 3x3 tent, and boy, do they love it! Under the bright and consistent light of the ViparSpectra P2000, these plants are set to thrive. It’s like bringing a slice of the sun indoors! Leaf Love and Clones We also took some leaves and cuts this week to encourage bushier growth and to propagate new plants. Day 63. She is going down, my fastest ever big healthy plant. Looking at first waves 3 numbers, I think it's not even 2 ounces plant, it's f@cking THREE !!! ;)))))))))))) Day 71. One to jars another for trim jail. Busy day ... Day 72. After small delay, she went down ;) Day 82. Straight to vacuum sacs, but she was really great ! Happy Growing !!!

Since she was too small compared to other plants I moved her to a smaller tent with a 100w led for the moment, in some weeks she will go back to Sanlight. I'm a bit worried that she will no flower, but she seems to indicate she is going pre flower. For sure will not take 65 days to harvest as the breeder claims. If she flowers and give good fruits I'm happy 😊

week 11 75 days according to the breeder this strain has 7-8 weeks of flowering. with the possible stress that the plant has suffered maybe it has slowed down its growth a little. but since I'm not impatient and I have time is not a problem. I like to let it mature on point so I let it roll for another three weeks. As for the sample I took a week before... it was on a good track. I could already feel some notes and aroma but deep down. very heavy and harsh smoke, to remember that there was no flush or cure, just dry. Now its waiting for the whole plant dry. 🤞🙏

Another good week in the books down in the tent. Carl 1 and UKBS 1 are both developing some nice buds, Carl 1 with the bigger buds of the two. Carl 1 had to have a few more buds tied up today, as they overweighted what the stems could handle and started sagging like crazy, creating a lot of empty space in the canopy. Timelapse for the week is out, of course. Updates as they come; per usual. 6/11/2021 - Got a video of how the stem's degenerated, it's mainly on that one side. Somehow an entire branch snapped off of UKBS 2, upon further inspection I noticed it was barely attached to the stem at all and did not attempt to re-attach it. Additionally, some of the clones are doing alright and others are shriveling and dying. Not sure what the inconsistency is caused by. It may be the medium; being soil, stays wet for too long. I can't really think of any other reason. I'm misting them, the humidity stays high now that I have a dome for them, they've been dipped in stim-root and supplied mycorrhizae. Will be submitting a grow question as I'm completely new to the whole cloning concept. Also today: more bud shots using the fancy EOS T5 Rebel. Stay tuned! [Out now] 6/11/2021 - The branch drop seems to not have affected UKBS 2 much at all, something which continues to confuse the hell out of me. I may have to get a PVC greenhouse or something to flower the outdoor plants in, as they're giant and I don't know how they'll stand up to the high winds in the area.
