Almost ready for harvest... Two out of three ladies are looking ready for harvest, while the third one is about a week behind. Overall yield seems excellent — easily beyond what I expected. This grow confirms that autoflowers can perform well under a 12-hour light schedule. However, the bud structure showed a bit too much leaf development, which I suspect is due to high light intensity during flowering. With an average PPFD of 700 µmol/m²/s over 12 hours, the plants received a DLI of ~30 mol/m²/day — a bit intense for autos in this cycle. For the next round, I’ll definitely adjust intensity and steer based on DLI for more efficient development and tighter buds.

Aug 10: Blueberry Pie F1 Fast is doing great. Three weeks now moving her into the garage which is enough, and now I can just leave her in the yard which is easier and scores another couple hours of sunlight per day. Nice solid start to flowering, and I like the schedule used this year for the force flowering. This strain is delivering on the promise of being big and fast. Bright sunny day and I’ve got the UV lights on. About five hours today with the UV lights at mid-day. Buds are looking really good. The bud development after 3 weeks is amazing. The buds got visibly much fatter just today. Compared to some fast plants in previous years, this one is about 2-3 weeks ahead. Very well suited to short season outdoor growing, but partially due to full darkness in the garage rather than just phyto-forcing with the far red light as I did last year. I’m still using the far red light, but putting them in the garage provides more darkness and helps get strong flowering started. Aug 12: nice fat buds forming quickly, gotta like that. Aug 14: fast, fast, fast. Flowers are progressing quickly. Added three tablespoons of a 50:50 mix of Power Bloom and malted barley. Added as top dressing and then watered in. Aug 16: cool, overcast all day, a bit of rain and smoky so not a nice mid-August day. Rain should help but out some fires in northeast BC, Yukon, and northwest Alberta. maybe. Week 7. Day 47 …. Girls taking 2.5 litres every 48 hours. Happy with them so far excited to see them pack on some weight over next couple of weeks

All appeared well with this Lady until yesterday 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I noticed a small discoloured patch on one of the top buds, it had the start of what appeared to be bud rot 😿 Asked a couple of mates their opinion and we’ve all come to the same conclusion. I’ve checked the rest of the plant and can’t see any signs of any more. She’s meant to be coming down in 7 days, but that may have to be pushed forward. I’ve bought some more fans (5 to be precise) they should arrive today, so hopefully that should help. I’ve needed to upgrade my fans for a while, wish I’d sorted it out sooner. 25/09-01/10 I black them out on 23-24 September. Then changed the light cycle to 12/12 on 25 September. So 25/09 is the first day flowering!

Plants are all a little out of sync with each other due to multiple strains. Most are in early flower, a couple in late veg but the big Tangiematic is way ahead of the rest. Warm wet weather is making humidity a bit of an issue, hit 80% at one point so I've had to turn the outtake fan up to full power.

As said before, I'm incredibly happy that I got to harvest a little bit. Never expected her to make it, but she kind off did! The smell was pungent and sweet like an amnesia haze should be, hoping that will be even better after drying and curing!

The mold thing is really sad. We had a super wet and humid summer so I added a fan to my setup. I let the branch with the seeds live to let them finish up.
