HELLO GROWING FRIENDS - Please look at my Aftermovie Growvideo, which cost me about 4 hours to create. hope you like it! Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 209 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I’m really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I’ve gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I’m incredibly proud of my first results! Week 4 of flowering and the plant is still building structure rather than real bulk — bud development looks a bit underwhelming so far, except for the main cola where Gorilla genetics are starting to show. The plant remains extremely healthy with a massive number of bud sites across the canopy. Planning a more aggressive defoliation this week to improve light penetration and prepare for proper bud stacking in the coming weeks.

Week 3 for our Apricot from fastbuds 🍁 We removed the 2 lower branches and leaves. We gave some master root this week. Some of the plants already showed the first preflowers, flowering is starting soon! We also placed a net above just in case we need to sustain the buds in later flowering

A week of INCREDIBLE Growth! I've turned down the intensity of the light to encourage them to stretch more towards the net. They share the 2x4 with a Photoperiod that is now 50 Days old and flipping to flower... from here on the Orange Panda will be under 12/12 until she is ready to harvest. At about 22 days old, I think she will do just fine. Thanks for looking through my diary, make sure to watch the short video to get a bit more info in a shorter amount of time. I'm not the best with writing these up, and it's more difficult only adding PH water and Recharge occasionally...

Sie steht noch, sie hat noch keinerlei Schimmel und sie schwillt immer noch ordentlich an. Dazu kommt, dass die Buds Farbe bekommen. Leichtes Rosa/lila macht sich breit und die Optik der Buds geht weg vom Grünton vom Rest der Autoflower. Jeden Tag sieht man mehr und mehr Blätter, die frostig werden und die Buds riechen jeden Tag intensiver… und auch wenn ich das alles wieder für nen blöden Marketinggag gehalten hab… das Teil riecht wirklich nach Erdbeeren - Zitat: Schwiegermutter! Krasse Sache… Für mich ist sie eigentlich fertig. Trichome alle milchig, wenige Bernstein. Aber die will ja gar nicht aufhören, neue Blüten zu entwickeln, daher poker ich weiter und lass die noch ne weitere Woche stehen. Das kommt auf den Fotos nicht rüber, aber sowas habe ich im Norden Deutschlands nicht für möglich gehalten. Trotz Trockenphase haben wir nach 22 Uhr 80-90%rlf, komplett ohne Wind. Ich zähle die als komplett schimmelfrei, weil die für meine OUTDOOR-Ansprüche fertig ist. Alles was jetzt kommt ist Bonus, bzw. verpokert - je nach Ergebnis. :-)

Week 5 everything was on par with week 4 however, girl #1 seemed to start slowly pulling away from girl number #2. They were almost the same height week 4 but towards the end of week 5 girl #1 had a noticeable height difference with girl #2. Also it seems I have 2 different Phenos. Girl #1 looks at the end of week 5 as if she is starting to move towards flowering. While girl #2 is just getting bushy and not very much height. I did do some defoliation of the big fan leaves on each girl and any leafs blocking the light of potential budsites. also I removed the more undeveloped lowers. Hopefully I didn’t stress them out too much removing as much as I did. I really didn’t feed them to to much This week. They are recovering from very mild nute burn from week 4. Also I think they grew closer to where i had the light so I raised the lights up a few more inches. I barley turned the lights power up that’s why it’s been a littler warmer than usual.

Shes growing slower than the first plant I did in this manner but if she reaches 3 months of veg im gonna flower her even if she hasnt gotten to where i want her. Can't win em all.

More to come!... don't even ask how I keep this tent in the 70s in the garage when it is already getting to 96 degrees outside..... short answer... "oh, this works, well it did work, maybe if I do this, that seems to help, well shit, that didn't work, uh oh, its getting hot, I got it!... and done. - temps start to climb into the 90s - " oh shit, oh shit!, Its not working anymore, I guess 90 degrees inside the tent is better than being in the 100s.... think, think, think, 😲 I got it!... annnd done👌! Its working. The temp at the time of writing this is... 73 degrees (last night it is was in the upper 80s lower 90s). So yeah, my wife is upset at the time I've been spending on it..... if only she would have let me do this inside the house like I wanted to. Meh, whatareya gonna do? 😕 There is something living in my attic... I hear it now.😒....

Good week. Lots of rain, OG shot up 6" to a whopping 68". Everybody happy and well hydrated. I used to have a perspective on how big these will get but now I have no idea whatsoever, lol. I know they'll fill out during flower but will they just keep going up indefinitely? Thanks for looking Happy Growing!

Nothing new. Typical spring weather in midwest; 80 one day, 35 the next. Keeps me active flipping between humidifier, dehumidifier, heat, and ac; fun! Have started to monitor trichromes. Plants seem as they will all finish at different times; basing that on orange hairs at the moment. Pics/vid taken 85/41F days after breaking the soil.

Took some more foliage off, she is about 95 cloudy 5 amber on the tops so we got like 1 or 2 weeks left before the chop, started slowing down on the nutes and just topping the rezzy with water and will start flushing 2 days before I decide to harvest but I think we will call her good next Sunday and chop at 16 weeks if everything is looking good!

Day 97 of cycle Day 60 of flowering. I cut the full plant and hanged it and now gonna leave drying for 2/3 weeks. I prefer dry trimming because it’s easier.

more later 3rd Apr, today is day of two Amnesias - its time. they are on peak trichoms are milky 10% amber. Zkittles is on grotek final flush strawberry I trying if it change her smell and she is good now, but I fed her week ago with rocket fuel some fertilizers for peppers (11-6-8) coz im was out with bloom fertilizer, Amnesia 3 get this feed too but little bit improvemed with bio grow and rest of biobloom, yesterday I bought Powder Feeding PK booster/mineral and thats should be good. More later after some smoke :D
