Yall see the yellowing of the leaves closest to the top? I've since switched my nutes over to Tiger Bloom and I've thrown in some Cal-mag into the mix. They'd gotten kinda droopy but since I changed their nutes up a bit, they've been perky af even tonight as it's getting close to lights out. I switched them over to flower on Sunday. They're already starting to stretch in just a few days which tells me that they're feeling much better. My last video... even though it's not loaded correctly is from tonight. It's 11pm, lights are out in an hour and they're still perky. Love it!! 😍😍😍 4/6/23: Yall.... the plant in the back right hermied!!! OMFG. The 2 tallest branches had seeds on them... just popped up because they weren't there yesterday or at least I didn't notice. The seeds were concentrated at the top, I didn't find any on the rest of the plant but with as bushy as they are, there may be more. I cut those 2 tallest branches down to below where the seeds were but I will be watching that plant and the rest like a hawk for more seeds. I didn't find any on the other 3 plants but still I'm saddened. Unsure of why this one plant is hermie'ing. Smh

Ginger Nut cookies & Aussie music Videos Grow Diary update 27th Feb 2020 The preflowering Stretch has well and truly begun with every branch that wasn't tied down , shooting upwards a few inches. The plant itself looks very healthy and content. Once flowering starts I'll begin to add P+K to the feeding regime. We have had bugger all sunlight here for over a week and also we have had lots of rain and wind. Daily max temps have been around the 24-25 celcius range and the minimums around 15 c. RH has been high 67% on average. That is about it for this weeks plant update . Now for the weekly Music videos. ** Last week I posted the links to three different artists who were picked by fellow growers thru the Grow question that I posted asking for requests. ** This week is back to just the one featured Artist from Australia. This week's artist is Mr Paul Kelly who is an Australian rock music singer-songwriter and guitarist. He has performed solo, and has led numerous groups, including the Dots, the Coloured Girls, and the Messengers. He has worked with many other artists and groups and is considered one of the finest singer songwriters to have come from Australia. Once again I couldn't narrow it down to just one song as he's had many great tunes but I have chosen the two with the best Music video as that is the main criteria for my Diaries Theme. Installed new Vipar LED light. Watered with pH 6.2 RO water with General Hydroponics Flora Grow, CalMagic and Great White. 1/2 cup. I have a fan blowing on the babies to strengthen up the stem.

A good week for the pink lady, no issues, the heatwaves have subsided a bit and there is a cold front that moved in. The RH has been steady, between 50-55%. I have decreased the nutrients further to just a bit of micro and cal mag. I have begun my process of “flushing” where I increase the water volume to allow for a 10-15% runoff. I find that this does not strip or shock the plant of nutrients it is still needing to fatten up. I do this for the last 4-5 feeds ending with straight phd water.

That’s the calcium + nitrogen backbone for the feed. Step 2 – FERMAKOR PK Base (Part B) 15 L water in the main barrel → added 30 ml FERMAKOR PK Concentrate, mixed well. This forms the main P + K part of the formula. Step 3 – Combine Solutions Slowly poured the Calcinit mix into the barrel while stirring — no reaction, still crystal clear. That confirms the mix is stable and precipitation-free. 🌿 Step 4 – FPJ / FFJ Batch Added 30 ml homemade FPJ (fish + veg batch) ≈ 1 ml/L. Color shifted to a light-amber tone — looks alive and active. 🍋 Step 5 – Citric Acid Balance Added 1 tsp citric acid after everything was blended to fine-tune pH and help chelate micros later on. 📦 Step 6 – Top Up & Check Filled to the 30 L mark with plain water → pH tested with drops, showing yellow-green — roughly 5.8 – 6.0 range. Good morning, day 48 of flower and this will probably be the last update until I chop them. Getting boring for me so I’m sure it’s getting boring for you all! The girls just got plain water 2x last week- no need for anything else at this point as the fade has become quite serious. The smell has really increased along with the size and density of the buds, sometimes I get a candy shop smell and other times I get a tropical fruit scent! Trichs are roughly 50/50 clear and cloudy so I’ll just be checking once a day until I get a tad of amber! Thanks for reading
