all in all it was a great run and im glad to have grew it and plan to grow it again in the future

Harvest time

10/2 They made it to their forever pots. Next Saturday we'll be hitting 2 months from sprout and as a whole its been a pleasure to grow these plants. They all are a very healthy green and seem to be happy. Temperatures in the region may have unexpectedly slowed them down (I grow in a basement) because temps have plummeted from around 78 with the lights on to as low as 71! I don't think they like it either. Growth has slowed with it. Never fear, space heater is here. Everything thing needs to be dialed in for the next few weeks because I want explosive growth over the next 21 days. Going to try a SST somewhere in there. Parsing through all this bro science isn't easy but it sure is fun to experiment. It allegedly gives you good root growth and provides crucial enzymes. Almost sounds too good to be true but I'm going to see how it goes regardless. I heard you can use I wide variety of seeds but alpha alpha is the only one I have on hand. Wish me luck. As for the plants: Moby= beast. I'd be a fool not to attempt to clone her. Vigorous grower and responds well to training. Not a demanding eater either, at least so far. Loving this freebie from NASC. Highly recommend them if you're in the northeast US looking for a local seed bank. GZ 1 = steady. Probably the biggest back slide if you want to call it that. Spotted some yellowing on lower leaves but they are shaded by this ones thick canopy. May not even be an issue but we keep an eye on it. Probably the biggest critic of the lowering temperatures because she's slowed down in the past 2 days. Gz2= trooper. She had a rougher upbringing and she's got a far different shape than the other two because of it. But with a little work I'm sure soon both GZ will be indistinguishable from one another. Banana daddy= forgot to take pics of her. Man have I been growing autoflowers all wrong. I may have fed this plant once. Though it should be noted that the soil I put her in was amended with alpha alpha, fish bone meal, and guano. She seems to really enjoy it so far. Not a single yellow leaf. Droopy at times though which is odd. Also some tacoing on new growth that ends up correcting itself as the leaf gets bigger. Double odd. Next time I do an auto run I'm definitely doing much less in terms of feeding and maintenance. Loving your plants too much can be deadly. Starting to figure them out though so I'm happy I did at least one. I'll post in a few days when I water my photos again.

2 alien og are triving at the mins 1st week into flower little bud hairs stairting to form..Had to trim back tonight and thats the last gonna leave them be..Started giving big buds nuts with all there other feeds today we see how that goes ..so dar so good..

I was selected to test some of Fastbuds new genetics. Seeds germinated and 4 days later it broke ground and is looking great. This grow is in my 4x4ft grow space located in an uninsulated shed. Each plant has a dedicated 150-200w LED from Viparspectra or Mars. Winter Temps in my area spike to -15C or more in Jan and Feb, so this will be an interesting and challenging grow. The grow room is 20-30C above ambient temperature, so there is a little manual and auto manipulation of grow Temps. The first in breaking the shield was the pheno number 2 on this pair of jack orange! Let's see how they keep developing!! Out of the 2 seeds that I started only one was good and I decided to discard the #1 because of a deformation or a genetic fail. So I just kept #2, hope you like this strain!

9/6 Didn't do a video this morning. Went over again around noon and defoliated what needed it. I noticed what looked like stem mold on the special kush that those locusts have STRIPPED and saw what looked like mold but I left it and assumed it was just a bite out because it wad right at a node. I removed a major branch the other day. When I got back around noon the spot had tripled in size and was 100% mold. I cut that branch off too. It was a large main limb. The plant IS frosty but it's not ready. You cant see it but the calyx is pink. There are some branches that are completely stripped. They like the special kush for some reason and seem to target that. I should go over at night and see what I can see. Pink kush is flowering fairly aggressive. Not as much as the natural mk ultra though. I cant believe how fast those are exploding. As long as weather permits the pink kush will finish. I tried the special kush #1 which I'm almost done trimming and it wad amazing. Really eases anxiety and hits me square in the eyes. Very sedative happy strain. Tastes like pine, skunk and something I can't quite identify. Maybe the forest? I'm incredibly happy with the outcome. 9/7 Holy shit. It's STILL raining. Just for the ones that didn't hear it in the back, 'I' am so glad I harvested that plant when I did!" I got super lucky. I hate having to cut off limbs or come in the morning to find a branch eaten. Next year I'm 100% getting floating row covers. That will fix most problems. Buds are exploding in size. On everything. We've had some pretty high winds as well. The natural mk ultra continues to surprise me. It seems like the flowers get noticeable bigger day to day. Finally the pink kush has some small buds. This is an October strain though. I had already popped them or I would've been running more 10th planet or mk ultra. Hey maybe this strain will make it through the fall and give me some crazy quality nugs. It's an exciting time to be a cannabis grower. I processed and jarred that Special Kush #1. I trimmed almost everything. I have a jar of "smalls" buds that didn't come off a cola and another jar that is "trimmed" but needs to be "manicured" like the rest. I'll finish today and continue the curing process. It's always great to get an early phenome. Especially when it does what you want. Oh, I noticed a couple spots on leaves that COULD be septoria showing again. With all the rain I'm really not worried. I haven't been giving the preventative dose of Plant Doctor but I might do so when I need to water next. If I have a little while before harvest. That would help with budrot or any kind of fungal issue. I don't want to water when it's saturated. I'll wait until next water and even then I may not apply it. We shall see. EDIT: Stopped raining around 1 but it's been off and on. I shook everything off and found a pillar in one of the special kush plants. The one I had to cut to major limbs off. I got the moth larvae and removed all the debris inside. Did that with the other special kush and it was fine. I'm going over after dark to see what is munching on plants so fast. While I was removing the pillar a bird flew behind my head and grabbed something on the plant behind me. This morning a little feather was resting on a leaf. After the dive bomb I turned and found another. I can't help but smile. Nature can take her claim. It usually isn't much and I'm fine with that. The birds however are on my side. We've got a synergistic relationship. 9/8 Finally the rain ended. Didn't have time to take a video and everything was soaking wet. I'm noticing that things are getting a lot more frosty. I found my loupe so it will be easier to look at the trichs. The special kush that ive had to take two main limbs off (because they were totally stripped) is losing more. Long stalks with all the nodes eaten off with just the cola at the top. I'm not going to get much off this plant but I don't want to lose everything. The calyxes are pink and starting to retract. I'll take a look at it with my loupe when I get home. We are supposed to have a pretty good week. The natural mk ultra's buds are exploding in size! For the most part EVERYTHING is. It's going to be a good year.

I have no idea how to weigh the grow wet ....and its still drying ..... tried a piece for a test ....... its very satisfying the first taste and feel of your first grow ...... Im actually giggling ATM .....I just beside myself ....cuz I figured Id end up doing something terribly wrong . it was surely nerve racking wondering ...whats it suppose to look like ...what im i suppose to do when where how ..... and so many ways to skin the cat ! I am very thankful to All the people that offered advice and criticism ....it was so appreciated and I learned so much. From the bottom of my heart Thanks Guys .. Cheers ...... Very happy with how both plants turned out in the end! Pheno#1 is a definite keeper, but il be hanging on to Pheno#2 for at least another run or two. Both plants have a very similar smell it’s like a tropical cherry punch, #1 smells the strongest, you only have to nudge it and then whole room stinks. #2 has a gassy edge that #1 doesn’t have. Both smell incredible! I’ve cut both plants into individual branches and I’ve hung them in my drying tent. I’ve removed all fan leaves and any lead with a visible stalk. I’ll dry them for 10-14 days, my RH stays roughly between 55-60 and the temperature fluctuates between 19-24*c weather dependent. This week I top dressed my soul with bat guano thats all… plant is smelling great I never had any real northern lights that I know of this plant is smelling really strong so far a dank kind of og smell

Day 42: Went on vacation for 3 weeks, asked a friend to take care of my plants and make pictures and videos. He gave them feedings, did some defoliation but it is hard from a distance to guide him how to train or to defoliate.
