Allright guys & gals, In my Quest to mastering the art of growing my own bud I've reached the classic, overfeeding point but i've decided to just dile it down a gear and keep at it...I'm amazed with the Northern Lights blooming, it looks way readier then the Diesel Haze, eventhough it was planted 2 full weeks after. the budsare smaller still, but fostier and just looking riper....I have noticed the bigger leaves getting some nasty nuteburn (or at least I guess thats what it is) . I will definately go super easy on the nutes next grow. ....Trust the process.... Update... The NL is suffering quite a bit... Update... Giving just water the next times to see if they recover... Pistils becoming brown now and smell slowly getting stronger...

I dont know how, but the same happened with the grow before this one, but to a Biscotti from a different seed bank. I never seen this before, so i am really surprised to see this happening back to back. I think the plants are overwatered, and because of that probably have light stress and other problems. Also, it can be that i underfeeded them, and that the PH was too high. I turned the light down to 40% strength aswell. 1-4 Temperature: 23.6 degrees (lights on) 20.6 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 62% (highest) 57% (lowest) 2-4 Temperature: 22.6 degrees (lights on) 19.8 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 62% (highest) 56% (lowest) No pictures.

Technically the second week of flower. The plants are growing. My wish is that I didn't push the edges of the plant under the first net so much. The trellis edge is much tighter than the center so there is no give from the net as the plants are stretching. Will keep in mind for next time.

This will be the last week of veggie for the girls. I'll be switching them over this weekend to their flowering schedule. I noticed that some of the newer leaves on the top are lighter than the other leaves, they are yellowish. I added some calmag to their diet because I realized I'd never given them any. I'll be monitoring that to make sure it doesn't get worse. Overall... color me HAPPY heheheee 😃

Preparing to transition toward generative steering for Week 3. Observations Healthy, vigorous growth. Uniform canopy with good plant structure. No visible nutrient deficiencies or pest issues. Ready for flower bulking phase in the following week.

🌾 Week 27 Harvest Update 🎉✂️ Harvest week is finally here — and what a run this has been 🙌🌱. Both plants were taken down right on schedule, with trichomes sitting in that sweet spot: mostly cloudy with just a touch of amber ❄️✨. The flush did exactly what it was supposed to do, and the fade coming into harvest was clean and natural. Red Hot Violet finished strong 💜🔥 — dense, well-stacked buds with rich coloration and heavy frost. Structure held up beautifully all the way through chop, a clear payoff from the long veg and training. Amaretto Sour was an absolute treat to harvest 😮‍💨🍋

Harvested the haze and cookies.. poor outcome.. lessons learned. PW going good but not ready for harvest i reckon.

The week is over, I was a little behind with the updates... the 13th was the harvest day, it was very resinous and very fragrant, now I'll wait for the drying and curing process to give my feedback in the next update.. 🌱✌️

Welcome growers The first seven days of flowering have just ended for the CREAM CARAMEL 🍬🍭🍫 It was certainly the fastest to start the production of inflorescences, and it is also the one that has suffered less than the topping ✂️ It also reacted very well to a slight defoliation that I did a few days ago 🍃 At the beginning of the week I was away from the garden for a few days and the self watering system I have didn't work at its best 💦👎 But she, of all ten girls, was the most resilient, while still looking good 💪 Anyway.. About the lights cycle 💡 We are now in a 12/12 on / off.. Always under two SP3000, from Mars-Hydro, at 75% of the power.. About nutrients 👇 I still giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. A little bit of silicium (Bionova) / Activator (Biomagno) / Crescita (Biomagno) / Activera (Biobizz) / Grow vegan (Bionova) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) / Bioheaven (Biobizz) , a little bit of P-K 3-5 (Bionova) {in spray solution } and for the firsth time a little bit of Fioritura (Biomagno) and Bloom vegan (Bionova) Like i usually do, a little bit of everything at any watering 💧 And that's all.. I took everything out of the tent and disinfected it again. The pots have made the tent base into a ball 😅 The velcro tags fell off long ago. I decided to put some new ones on. I have some wider velcro that I would've preferred to use, I have misplaced those. Anyway, these will have to do. I also made some large pot markers to velcro to the pots, too. I figured it would be easier to recognise the plants in photos if I made some. I laminated them, then attached the velcro to the pots and pot markers. [I get bored] 😅 make everything as fun as possible 💚 I ended up finding some sticky back velcro rolls. Of course, there's no way that it would stick to a slippery surface that gets wet from humidity. So, I used my glue gun and added strips to each side of the tent liner and tent walls to hold ot in place. The 8 gallon pots are very heavy after being watered, and the liner has suffered. Hopefully, this will work to keep it in place, at least for a while! 😅 7.5.25: I also had to clean my pots, as you can see in the photos (if you want, lol). They had got very mouldy/mildewy/fungussy. 🤢 also the under side of the tent liner. So it was very lucky that I decided to clean it at this point. Or else I could have serious issues. I'll look into the ventilation as I'm not exhausting the tent because I leave the door open with very strong airflow. I did spray the plants with Trace, and I used a lot of it. So, that probably ran down the walls into the base of the tent before it dried 🤔 that could have easily caused it. I'll have to make sure I dry off the walls after I use it next time. I certainly don't want to keep cleaning everything. The plants are delicate, and unfortunately, however I try, it appears I am not. I'm always snapping branches off by just watering, let alone removing them from the tent to clean! 😅 you can imagine. Accidental defoliation? 😉 I also cleaned the light, but I have noticed on one light that there are brown spots, which won't come off without damaging the LED's. I really don't want to have to buy a new light. The par isn't great for full flowering. I just can't justify buying a new one right now, as I've already bought 2 in a year. The light has been turned up to 100%, gradually, over the course of a few days. It has been fairly warm so I moved them further away too, as i don't want them to get heat stress, as I have already noticed a few leaves canoeing and having a taco on my dime! 🤨🤔😅 I'll continue to monitor and adjust again when possible/necessary. 9.5.25: Hulkberry has certainly started her stretch! I'm really low on space to train her out, and the light has been turned up to full power. She has begun to drink more, and I gave some more dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with ♡ 1/4 tsp of Greenleaf nutrients Sea K(elp). PPM: 800 PH:6.4 I am very pleased with the recent growth spurt, so let's hope I can accommodate her! 😅 9.5.25: It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now. Today I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which contained: ♡ 1/5 tsp of Sea K(elp). By Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 1/4 tsp Ecothrive Biosys. PPM: 564 PH: 6.4 12.5.25: Hulkberry was very dry, surprisingly. Although I guess I've been giving her less. She was fed with a high dose of Ecothrive Trace: 7ml/7l. She was fed with 6 litres over the course of the day. PH:6.4 PPM: 515 I had added this as a foliar spray last week, and it has apparently damaged some leaves. Pros: Well bouyz after 2 weeks of beasties and following a good flush the nugz are stacking up nice and dense. Blue dream have awesome, thick towering branches and no doubt will lead to some monster buds. White widow had some good growth but slower than the others but the trichrome production tops the others. The center gold leaf is still taking the lead on size and will most likely produce the most. Cons: the behemoth gold leaf in the corner would not slow down and is now, I believe, rootbound and possibly suffering from some rot. Select leaves in the center are turning yellow with brown spots and falling off. It doesn't seem to be affecting flowering but I took precaution by giving it a shot of root doctor. The white widow in the center is showing similar signs but at a way lesser extent. Could just be me overreacting but a few of the leaves are yellowed and wilted with small black spots (usually a sign of root problems). I usually leave some foliage randomly hanging at the lower section of the plants to remedy any problems that may arise before it gets out of control. Hopefully these issues don't progress and I can reap the rewards of a bountiful harvest. 4-5 weeks remaining.

Hello Canna Fam, So the end of week 6 has arrived and the ladies are in flower officially. I did some defoliating to all 6 plants as some where very bushy, hopefully they respond well and don’t slow down too much on the flowering. Nevertheless now the flower fun begins 🤩

Bueno , este es el segundo cultivo que realizó del la cepa "Waka" , el anterior lo tengo igualmente documentado en otro diario . en esta ocasión cultivamos los clones que habíamos recolectado del cultivo pasado , guardando los fenotipos que nos gustaron más y los clones restantes los pasamos a floración que fueron los que se le hizo seguimiento en este diario. El crecimiento fue bastante explosivo y reaccionaron muy bien a cada trasplante realizado . pude observar que los clones de cada fenotipo seleccionado se desarrolló con mucha similitud al de sus madres . El olor en vegetación es bastante discreto y en floración se pone un más intenso El desarrollo en floración fue explosivo generando bastante resina y se vieron muy hambientras . Al fumar se puede sentir un rico toque cítrico en las N° 4 se siente un fuerte sabor a limón en algunas flores mucho mas marcado que en otras, N° 3 y 13 un agradable toque a naranjas muy rico de sentir en el paladar , La N° 8 con pizcas dulces bastante interesantes. El humo al fumar es muy suave lo que permite sentir mejor el sabor de cada fenotipo.- saludos y buenos humos😉 Al momento de cosechar se cortaron los clone y se dejo secando en oscuridad a temperatura ambiente por cerca de 16 días posterior a eso se pasó a curar en frascos

Day 65, 17th of November 2020: Welcome back at the beggining of the 3rd week of flowering. They seem to be stopped streching and now concentrating on buds. All of them are gorgeous..... The 2 Zamnesia genetics Gelato and Kalini Asia are pretty and buds are forming nicely. Kalini Asia might strech a bit more but not long. The Sweet Seed ones are really nice and I am so happy because Red Hot Cookies is already getting red.... pistils and around the leaves.. I hope the same happens to the Red Mandarine and Tropicanna Poison also. They are so gorgeous. They calmed down I don't expect more strech. Fertilization still the same every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. Some lollipopping (Defoliation) is also done. I removed all the LST the plant remains in the same shape from now. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

"HAS STARTED GROWING UP AND THROUGH OUT A LOAD OF NEW WHITE PISTILS" Flower Day 5-20 Days 50-63 7cm put on in the last few days of wk 9 roughly day 59-63 So, not bothering to measure my plant as I thought it had stopped at 68cm and didn't budge for a wk. Been I flushed her and restarted her on plagron/atami/terpinator she decided hey. Let's put on another 7cm and throw out a bunch of new white pistils. Never had this with an auto before. Very strange. I seen her develop the past 15 days. Very slowly. And well. She's not great bud wise. She's a runt that's extremely largy with a very hign leaf-calyex ratio, I've seen other FGA and some killer bud. The leafs are mainly singled fingered leafs that appeared late into her process. And I just can't reach the stems proper and would cause more harm than good. I was hoping she'd get super frosty and I'd be able to make some bubble hash or something. She is at to throw out a whole new load of white pistils. I decided hey, why not throw her under something a little more powerful. At this stage in an auto grow. I really wouldn't bother, as her bud making energy should be mainly spent and at this stage I'd be if anything reducing light % or rasing my light by 5-10cm for ripening. I'm curious to see what will happen. She is drinking a lot more. So I've upped her PK and added some Atami products and will wait to see what happens. I'm not mad about the way she is. I'm holding out hope this is a freak of nature (with autos you really can never make a grow plan). Even if she does put on some mass it'll still be sparce and far apart. And very high leaf ratio. And it's only been the last few days she started growing up again. I only noticed cause the top was closer to the light, and after looking closer. I see new pistils and bud forming lightly. Will be a nightmare to trim. I hope she puts on frost during ripening.... only more time will tell. I'd of been better off with the fem version. She'll easily go into 12 weeks. Diet/Defoliation Was stuffed switched to plagron. Jungle juice did take her a long way. And truly happy with the results. But, I want to try new things and added Plagron Green Sensation and a few others. And Atami Bloom boosters 390-400ppm feed needed to be PH'ed from 7.9 to 6.5 2x a week. Alga Bloom feeds with Green Sensation is 6-630ppm with Silic Rock & pure Zym, 2x a wk. Terpinator feeds are 350ppm 6.1ph and once a wk. (Ambient tap ppm/ph 105-110ppm 6.75-6.7ph). Defoliation was done at the end of wk 8. She was 68cm for 10 days. And took her height on day 60 she she was 71 now she's 75cm tall. Her leaf ratio is very high. And very poor bud sites. More like larf lights. But, I've got a glimmer of hope. I've introduced new bloom boosters and upped the ppfd to 1000ppfd from 850-900ppfd. Lights SF/P1000s were used up until yday where I then put it under my SP3000 at a 14-10 maybe if I'm bothered ill put it back under the 2x100watts if I feel like it. Most days though I reckon I'll leave them under the SP. Co2 Co2 was shockingly high at 1150 in my tents with the exhaust on. But with no high temp it's useless. And has little to no affect. You need 29-31c. It's a fine balance. Cause when your LVPD Leaf VPD hits 32c your stomata stops and the tiny pores close. I've learnt so much about co2 growing. Now I've the right equipment. And with the summer coming in. I should be able to meet the temp/co2 level with exhausts on and been able to use my Dehumidifier in a sealed grow room. When it gets to winter. I think I'll pack it in. I'm just not getting caught out last summer with the heat. I may aswel take full advantage of the high temps and not having a sealed tent and keep exhausts on, just keep RH down. It should be a lot easier. If I like co2, I'll get a controller for fans/temp/ lights & co2. My one now can only control co2ppm and light. I'll get pic readings later.
