22cm vertical growth this week! Definitely entered flowering.

7/24/23 - Day 42 - Ok, so where to start? I'm going to go over the last couple days of issues/troubleshooting. We had an issue with the lights not coming on for a whole day/night cycle. That was a couple of days ago, and everything seems okay since then. I had some Canoeing/tacoing on the leaves once the lights were back on. I think I had the PH too low, 5.8. In flower, I should start moving it up the scale. Once I corrected the PH to 6.2, the canoeing/tacoing in the leaves seemed to be gone/almost gone. I'm REALLY worried about the height of the plant. She is only 12 in. from the light that I cannot move. I added a second scrogg net???? I don't know if that's done a lot, but I'm going to try and stop if from growing straight up. I think the best I can do is give it a lean. So Ill call this the ScoggGL (GangstaLean). You'll see some pictures up top as I start the ScoggGL I did the first big trim and pulled a 3-gallon bucket of fan leaves out. I cut off a few side branches I didn't want the plant to waste energy on. I trimmed so many leaves off it was crazy. The smells have been awesome! You all know the smell of the fresh plant stems and leaves as you trim and rub across them. It's one of my favorite smells, which is in full effect. I noticed that I have some pistils growing. I know what that means, shes going to have some flowers here in the next week. I couldn't be more excited!!!!! The roots are just downright ruthless; they have been growing out of control. I have a great picture of them in there with no water. I should note that I did two things that might have solved the Tacoing in the leaves. It could have been one or the other, but it also could be a combo of both things. I did the trimming to get some airflow between the leaves and changed the target for my PH from 5.8 to 6.2. When moving into flowering, I should have already done that. But I did both things while the leaves were Tacoing, and now they are not. I wanted to make sure I noted that. 7/26/23 - Day 44 - Things are looking great. No more tacoing, she's growing and still drinking about 2+ gallons a day of water. I hope the vertical growth stops soon, I want to remove a ton more fan leaves, and I'm hoping that it spends more time growing around than up, I'm keeping some leaves on just to slow some vertical growth. 7/27/23 - Day 45 - She's sleeping right now, but I will chop some more fan leaves when she wakes up. She's growing too tall, and I need to find a way to stop her. I think shocking her system will help stunt her growth. How crazy is this, what a conundrum I'm in. Normally I stress out trying to find the right time to trim to avoid stunting growth. I always keep my plants busy and do one or two chops. I think they need to grow as mother nature intended. Let them grow and do one, maybe two fan leave chops. That's always been my motto and its always worked out great for me. This is now the exact opposite. Feels weird even thinking about it, doing a leave chop two weeks into flower..... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!! Lol The 2nd chop has happened. I took a ton of fan leaves off. It's time for the plant to slow down heal and start working on the buds! Let's see how this goes over the next couple of days. I added a timelapse of me chopping her up. 7/28/23 - Day 46 - After adding more water last night, I was checking PH, and I did a quick check on the ppm from the nutes. If it went from 600ppm down to 130ppm in a couple of days. So we decided to give her another dose of nutes so she has something to eat. I'll update you after she wakes up for the day. Was not my best grow. But the ZKittles by Fast Buds were strong, grew well and I am sure the next grow will be much different. I would have liked a bigger harvest, but I did learn from my experimenting with the feeding schedule. I will definitely be growing these again. Even with my getting off track the plants recovered quickly at a crucial time and produced some really nice buds. All in all, I'm happy

At the end of last week, finally flower indicators started to show and these week it went more. Day 32: I sprayed them with Rhizotonic this week. This will be the last week for sprays. I don't like to spray my plants while having buds on it even thought it is organic. Always make sure you spray from below the leafs. They will uptake it better and also spray some above. With the lights off. Did some defoliation again and removed some lower internodes which will be crappy buds anyways. Made a video of my feeding bucket as well, in case some of you wonder how I feed all those plants manually. It is a pump with an gardenhose attached. Thats it for this week, Until next week!

Holy god ... brothers .... I was growing of the magnificent raw diamonds of Sierra Leone and I didn't realize it !!!! Magnificent look gems covered with a huge frosted layer of resin so pearlescent to make them look from white appearance. Of course it was not at all easy to grow them given their multiple ramifications and not having a containment network installed. In a short time they filled all the cultivation sweats, even the little ones and this to ensure that the lower gems did not have the same compactness as the upper ones, but they still came very resinous! My advice and to contain this very powerful plant and try to concentrate all its exposure with a scrog technique and remove all the lower bulbs

Big shout out to Herbies Seeds for making this grow possible, this is a very exciting grow for a couple reasons, one being that I love purple haze, and secondly, this is my first run with growdots so I'm really hoping they work great because I don't have the time with work. Anymore to do my old concoction, because it would take me literally 3 hrs some days just to gave all the plans their own individual feed, because I would make each batch for each individual plant depending on their needs... I hope everybody's doing well. I am doing better than I was doing, and so God is good ... i hope everyone's having a great day. And I really look forward to this girl growing out because there's a good chance as well that this is gonna be my last auto flower for a little bit.. I have a couple that I wanna grow ( purple b****** eater by roc bud and banana daddy bx auto my ethos ... both thanks to my buddy @Grow4releaf... Days 71 - 77 We are coming to end... I started to flush her, buds look big and the colors are appealing. At the end of this week she will go on her last trip.

Ran out of headroom in the tent, WW#2 is sitting at about ~49 Inches Tall with NL 1&2 close behind at around 42 inches. WW#1 is flowering nicely and sitting at 27 Inches, propper up on buckets and with added supplemental lighting which will also help the lower budsites on main colas on the other plants. Hope that WW2 doesnt stretch any further or i'll have to start training it a little to keep it away from the light but growth is definitely slowing at least.

Day 74 - Cheese - Been watering with only clean ph every 3-4 days and watching the trichomes. They're mostly cloudy with no amber. Just gonna keep watching and letting it swell. Super Lemon Haze - Buds are coming in nicely. Purple leaves coming in near the top. Gets cold in the basement at night, so I'm not surprised with a bit of colour change. The tip burn doesn't seem to be moving too fast on the leaves it effected and the rest of the growth is coming in nicely. I Think there should be only a few weeks left now, so probably one more nutrient feed and onto flush as well. End of week 11 - For my first grow, I've already made it far past my expectations. Mar 20, - These plants are putting on a show, about how to fill a Bud. The Maui Wowie are stuffing the buds into hard little nuggets. First-time I have seen true Nuggets indoors. Week 9 is going to be fun. - White Pistils have begun to turn Brown/Amber and are getting “crinkly”. - not to mention sticky as hell - final Flower meal (Sunday) posted above = 8L - TDS = 1125ppm for the final feeding. Mar 22nd - some fresh air for a few Pictures in Daylight and a thorough Flushing; 15 gal pot w/ 2 plants and it took 35 gallons of prepared h20 to get the TDS below 130ppm - Drip-dry in the Sun for a couple of hours then back inside before any insects find us. Early spring warmth here in southern Ontario. Mar 24 - it’s an amazing plant with the canopy looking like it’s full of Buttons. But in reality each of these buds are getting Longer every day, all at the same time. Harvest will be a real Surprise. I’ve not been poking around too much, these girls have simply run their course without needing any Help ! Great work Beaver Seeds!!! When the time comes, I look forward to seeing what an Outdoor one produces. And how the plants would look without 1 aggressive LST session. - Trichome-check tonight = large number of cloudy, with very few Amber. Still some clear with ~ 70% cloudy 26th, - A gallon of Molasses / Rezin / H20 tonight to keep the juices flowing. Plant rotation etc. Day 5 since flush. Fluff the plants and arrange for Max exposure for the final couple of weeks. No A/C in the small tent, humidity is just over 50%. Air is being kept moving

Overall I'm really happy that I’ve tried this genetics from Solfire Gardens for the first time. Outstanding flavor profile. The plant had enough time to reach their maximum potential after 68 days of flowering time. Harvested pretty late, but it was worth waiting. Dried the flowers under low temperatures with the 60/60 method for 12 days in the Vivosun VCure. Used my own program settings. Everything worked great. After drying trimmed and put the flowers into the glass jars. Landed perfectly in the sweet spot between 59-60% humidity. The flowers are still curing inside the jars in the Vivosun VCure at a temperature of 15.5 degrees C (60 Fahrenheit). Great product to maintain the quality in storage. Only thing what I would change cultivating this genetics again to top the plant instead of bending the main branch. For everyone who is interested I've also uploaded a video of my grow gear. Week 5 flowers, the girls are stacking up you can see they are sticking up in tricoms, i lowers down the nitrogen because the leaves are too dark. Maybe it’s also genetics who knows but I don’t like to add too much Nitrogen in middle-late flower. i lowerd the dose of the base nutriants A and B and added some PK booster (shooting powder ), so far so good

5/24 Week 9 and the state of the grow is stable. Well Sally and Athena are in flush through the week, trics are white little to no amber so timing seems good. Baba is on low dose nuets she goes into flush prob in a few days. No rush on her she can stay long as she wants. 5/25 Further reducing nuets on Baba but continuing to feed leaving PK as is Flushing continues Finally under the HPS bulb, set to max 600w (tent runs 2F cooler with HPS over MH) , will keep it high as we may with heat keeping things under 83F Did some leveling work on the canopy, things are not so out of wonk now, grow is looking better Some natural light pics to show her resin and frosty purple 5/26 Looking at Baba's bud growth think she will be in flush very soon. Flush proceeding on others some def showing up on Athena primarily, CA mostly which is expected in coco on flush 5/27 All in flush now. Just fighting heat this week damned new lights were stolen in transit so on HID for the meantime. Just have to keep downing the power to keep the heat in control and finally increase lights out to 18-6 if that proves insufficient. Wanted to run them longer but 20F over normal so I wont play around with heat, it will kill a grow. Sally Yield - 282 grams wet Athena Yield - 368 grams wet Looking at about 4.5 oz dry about 3 months of that medication Jane back into the tent and on a good dose organic nuets see how this plays out Baba continues in flush for a few days hoping for a big(ish) payday from her lot more room now

🌸 Flowering – Week 7 | Day 48 (Day 83 overall) Strawberry AK – Current Status I did not post the last update in the forum because of the incident with the 3 days of continuous light on the Strawberry AK. In the end, the plant handled it much better than expected. There are no signs of hermaphroditism, no bananas, and in that regard everything remains clean. Stress is still visible on some of the leaves, but fortunately the flower development was not seriously compromised. 🌿 Overall Development At this point, it is becoming clear that the Strawberry AK needs more time than originally expected. The plant may be ready in around 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how much progress she makes during the final stage of flowering. 🧠 Current Approach For now, the plan is simply to keep everything stable and give the plant the time it needs to finish properly.
