May 31st update Clone 1: 9 inches tall. Distinct sativa leaves. Already has 7 pointers and looks like it’s trying to push 9s. Close node spacing Clone 2: 11 inches tall. This one has been growing with the most vigor. Largest node spacing out of all of them. Sturdy stalk. Really happy with this one so far. Clone 3: 5 inches tall. This one has been growing the slowest and least vigor. Doesn’t mean much at this point but going to keep an eye on it Clone 4: 10 inches tall. Close node spacing. Widest out of all the plants. Have a feeling this one will be bushier and squatter All 4 clones: Added red wigglers to both grow boxes, this will help with aeration and compaction. Also transplanted all 4 clones out of their small fabric pots into grow boxes. Top watered boxes but from here on out will only be doing bottom watering. Just wanted to make sure soil was moist as I have been neglecting watering the boxes Parents: I haven’t done anything with the 4 parents this week except water. They are bouncing back from their last topping. I will likely top again in a week or two once they start to take off again Looking forward to this small Pheno hunt. Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. 21st oct. Week 9. Just about to change to 12 12 and start them flowering, going to take 8 clones as well.

Due to change in weather i moved the red critical Autoflower inside under a grow light and she responed very well. Hope the buds keep getting fatter and thicker. The smell is amazing and the colours on these buds are amazing

Week 6 starting out with only red and white lights on. Noticed some heat stress on the top leaves so turned all the blue lights off (50%). I will try to get the lights higher if she keeps growing taller but it's noticeably cooler with just the blue lights off. Day 44 - Strapped the lights to the very top of the tent. Should have set it up that way from the beginning 😅 All lights on now. Still 16/8. Day 45 more defoliating Week summary- she's growing quit well! Keeping nutrients around 250 ppm seems to be good at this stage. Feed her only once this week and just kept adding distilled water kept it at the level. Her growth showed a sign on the last day of slowing down(height). Hope to only flower from here on out.

Starting to find there feet/roots now

So after all is was those couple tree making all the noise harvested dem in the week now the place is back to normal.....didn't do any feeding this week but the wip is coming out so they can make up for lost time 🤣

week 3 is a tough rn not gonna lie shes yellowing extremely fast and shes begging me for potassium. i was just giving her 2 tsps to 3 gallons of water. as of today (jan 8 2022) i gave her a feed of 1 and 1/4 bloom and 1/4 veg nutes to try to fight the yellowing. i honestly dont know if that was the right thing to do most threads i read just said to add some nitrogen but idk if dyna gros bloom and grow are meant to be mixed. especially this late in flower. either way its too late i already gave it to her i guess now all i can do is wait and see what happens. you can see how fast the yellowing is happening too.

been a great week for cookies shes turning into a nice Bush did some more defoliation and lst removed some lower nodes tried opening her up as much as possible will be dropping silicon and adding buddy next week thanks for reading happy growing guys

Day 20 Did an emergency bare root transplant from biosolids to organic soil. Like, I cleaned the roots off. They were hurting so bad and I definitely ripped some roots in the process, so I decided to prune so the roots had less foliage to feed. They got topped yesterday, too. A little earlier than I would have liked, but it made sense. This one is doing the best. Day 23 Transplanted again down to 2 gallon pots to make room for another round I started. I decided to cut the fan leaves, too. These have been pruned and topped down to nothing but the emerging foilage from the 3rd and 4th nodes. My thinking is that the root system is so compromised that the less foliage they have to feed, the better. Fed some General Organics Bio Root 0-1-1 to promote root growth. Light mnist of pH’d water for foilar feeding. Day 25 I think the Bio Root and the shade is doing them good 🤞Time will tell. If these come back strong, I’ll move them into 15 gallon living soil bags.
