It's been a great week to watch bud sites continue to develop thoroughly across the top of the canopy. The plant I have in the scrog net is the bigger of the two so it got a heavier defoliation particularly near the bottom of the plant. -I added Humboldt secret golden tree (0-0-2) to my nutrient mix to help boost nutrition to the root zone. It is expensive stuff but the plants can't get enough of it. I have been giving really heavy feedings (1200 ppm or 2.4 EC) every other water, but soon I'm going to taper off and focus on feeding more calcium and carbon than anything else. -I increased my CO2 dosage to about 1400 ppm - I have increased my light intensity to roughly 80% on all three of my lights.. I probably won't go much higher I never run my lights at 100% -Trichome development has really taken off.. plants have developed a sweet & gassy smell.. the structure of these girls is UNREAL.. I got a week and a half notice that I had to go on a work trip out of country for 10 days, so the clown show continued. I was definitely overwatering them. Thanks @shinsimilla, I saw the difference after waiting a few extra days. Also, I definitely should have started LST at least a week earlier than I did. Now for work issues: I found an old security camera that the cats had knocked over a million times and damaged. With a lot of tape, I got it working again and set up in the tent so I could see what’s going on while gone. Be warned, the photos are NOT good quality. I also looked up DIY self-watering systems. I needed it as simple as possible to reduce the risk of something breaking while I was thousands of miles away. I found one where it wicks water up a cotton or wool string. Here's the link: https://youtu.be/P0hn5cKZ0Z0 I cut up an old 10K shirt that was made of cotton. I had just broken down my balcony garden since it’s already getting cold here. I took two long planters, lined them with a construction garbage bag to be the reservoirs. Even though the floor of the grow tent is waterproof and I put plastic between the floor and outside of the grow tent, I didn’t want to risk any water getting out while I was away. I was nervous y’all. Basically, you wet the fabric then use a chopstick to run the it through the plant from bottom to top. It needs to be long enough to have a few inches sitting in the bottom of the reservoir. I filled each with 3L of water with the BioBizz nutrients mixed in and ph’d to 6.1. More info in week 5.

There was a very high heat wave in my country! For the past week we had 40 ª Celsius during day time and 30ª during night time. I lowered the led potency to minimal settings and it workerd really good. The strais are the same and it is really easy to see the differences between them.

Today is day 36. I had to tie up some branch’s this morning. The colas have been slowly leaning in every direction, and I wanted to get them back standing straight in the light.i will flush her for a few days seems last batch of nutes burned her a little. I also believe there is to much nitrogen in her roots as some leaves have started to yellow up top. This is just my opinion from what I have been reading. I know Leaves will yellow during flowering, but from my understanding it is usually is the lower leaves. Any feed back would be appreciated.

Well here we are with the most happiest part of growing marijuana is harvest time!!!! Good Evening Ladies and Gents, as most of you have followed ots been a pretty damn good year for cannabis growers and myself, well I seen to think so lol. In my diary I have shown 1 plant of the Zsweet Insanity..... but truth be told I had 2 more in the grou nd somewhere else. Wait until you see the picks 👀 The strain is amazing! All three ended up about 4 feet Tolland about 4 feet wide. The massive collas were everywhere. You'll see in the pics above. It stinks sooooooo bad and is frosty AF! The Sweet taste of Lemon and deisel and a woody spice on the way out. Its clearly remarkable this strain! Check it out! The best part is I weight 3/4 of a pound dry 👀 Woooooooooooohooooooooooo!!!!! Hope you enjoyed the diary!!!! 🌱🔥🤤

Hey guys :-) . This week I will use LST again, and everything radically shorten 🙈. Not because I want to, but because I still have to save some time and height because there is still no space in the bloom chamber for 35 days 😂. It grows great so far, and as with the last grows it is beautiful with it 😍👍. I wish everyone a nice week 🍀🌱. Type: Blue Gelato 41 Clone from Mother ( Barney‘s Farm ) ☝️🏼 Genetics: Blueberry x Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies x Sunset Sherbert 👍 Vega lamp: 2 x Todogrow Led Quantum Board 100 W 💡 Flower Lamp : 2 x Todogrow Led Cxb 3590 COB 3500 K 220 W 💡💡☝️🏼 Earth: Canna Terra Professional + ☝️🏼 Fertilizer: Canna Terra Vega , Canna Terra Flores , Rizotonic , Cannazym , CANNA Boost , Pk 13 / 14 , Canna Cal / Mag , Canna Ph - Grow , Canna Ph - Flores ☝️🏼🌱 Water: Osmosis water mixed with normal water (24 hours stale that the chlorine evaporates) to 0.2 EC. I did a heavy defoliation last week,so majority of this week was about getting my plant back to a healthy phase. I did alot more LST as you can tell in the video to start more of an even canopy. I also raised my light by 4 inches to provide a little more stretch in each branch so I'd be able to manipulate it more with LST next week.

temps got a little crazy a couple days(up to 90) but was able to keep them below 85. Realized this week I've been running an undersized exhaust fan(4" 165CFM) when I should've been running a 6". With my size room, ducting, and a carbon filter I need a minimum 260CFM. The 6" is rated at 400CFM which is more than enough. Can't believe I'm just now realizing this. Should bring temps down significantly

Week 16 Everybody is on Flower! End of August: daylight 13h20: 7h20/20h40. Day temperature max: 26°C - Night temperature : 17°C Sunny weather - 2/3 rainy days in 2 weeks Enriched the soil with seaweed powder and bat guano. Continue to add flowering nutrients: Grower Master I added some Calmag one time. Watering 2L/plant every 3 days (2 days would be better) With humidity growing and the relatives hot temperatures: the predators are attacking plants. Everything appears so fast: Aphids, caterpillars, leaf miner flies. Did a general defoliation before spray my mixture Garlic + laurel (12cl Garlic juice + 5cl laurel infusion + 1L distilled water: beware PH!!). I sprinkled diatomaceous earth on top of soil to protect and minimize the infestation. Brake Pad Breath: still deep green and bushy. Flowering since 4 weeks. The most advanced, pretty good flowers with long pistils are growing. Spared until now: the plant is victim of Aphids, miner leaf flies and caterpillars in a « reasonable way »….try to eradicate the problem without shocking the plant at this stage. Flash Back#2: around 2 weeks flowering, stretched a few centimeters more, well developed plants with lot of blooming sites. Relatively spared by pests, just some aphids. GMO X Zombie Kush: some difficulties to recover….just engaged the flowering process, not to bad if she resist to the second pest’s wave. Royal Moby: uncertain destiny….recovering good, sativa style: 155cm, just starting the flowering stage…super late! Harvested a pretty auto flower: White Russian by Serious Seeds. Well developed plant, a little bit long to be ready but resinous and meaty buds.

Day 49 The plant is now 49 days old and showing strong, healthy growth. The canopy is filling out nicely with wide, vibrant green fan leaves. The larger fan leaves are a deep healthy green, while the newer growth in the center shows a slightly lighter shade, indicating fresh development. The plant structure looks bushy with multiple tops forming, suggesting that training (possibly LST or topping) has been applied earlier to encourage a more even canopy and multiple bud sites. The side branches are stretching upwards, and the plant appears to be responding well to the training. No major signs of deficiencies or stress are visible. The leaves are well-shaped and the color looks balanced, with no obvious spotting or yellowing. The growth is compact, suggesting the internodal spacing is fairly tight, which is good for building a strong structure for flowering. At this stage, the plant is likely close to transitioning fully into the flowering phase, if not already showing early signs. The canopy is well spread and light penetration looks decent, but a bit more defoliation might help later to open up airflow and light access to lower bud sites. Overall, the plant looks vigorous, healthy, and ready for the next stage of development.

I started germination of 1 Strawberry lemonade bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get this lady situated into her home. Cant wait! Some background information on my experience with Strawberry lemonade. Ive only grown this variety out once. In a 1 gallon SOG grow where she faired ok. I could tell she really wanted to explode and branch out. But a restricted root mass just would not allow for it. She had some of the sweetest tasting flowers that came with a strong potent kick. Really looking forward to giving her a larger container and see what she can do when shes let loose.

This plant that I harvested today I've only defoliated and she took well to that. I LST and defoliated the other plant and she is still ripening will harvest her soon. 285gramms of wet bud is quite good for first grow, so i should get about 60g dry, I'll update actual value when dry. She was in the tent with 4 other plants under the Skyline 1000 lights which pull 500w from mains. She filled the room with some sort of orange/lemon candy smell. Smells really nice. I'll update when I harvest the other Candy Kush and report on taste/effect once dried. ------- Day 79 I harvested the other Candy Kush, gave 280g wet, not much of a difference between the trained and untrained plants, although I think she could have gotten fatter had I left her longer. Looking at the buds now that they dried up they got much smaller :D Really loving the smell, can't wait for them to cure.
