7/14/23 - Day 32 - Switched to flower today. It will get its first dose of 12 hrs. of daylight, 12 hrs. of dark. This will tell the plant to start budding. I'm excited to see the bud's form. So far everything with the Leaf system is going great. I'm excited to show the next few weeks as they happen! 7/16/23 - Day 34 - The plant is bushing out big now. It's getting tall. I'm a little worried we waited for a little too long, but who knows? We shall see. 7/20/23 - Day 38 - She is a few days into flower, and she is sprouting up like crazy. I bought another Scrogg net. I'm going to try and double Scrogg? is that a thing? Lol I just know that I need to keep these buds from hitting the lights. I think I'll be able to get all of this to work well, but I am nervous about the height. I can see some pistils starting to poke out! 7/21/23 - Day 39 - The lights turn off at 2am and back on at 2pm, so right now I'm waiting to open the box up for the day. But I was looking back at the pictures and trying not to freak out about how big she is (I'm worried about the lights, they don't move, and Shes is MASSIVE already) One thing I noticed about the pictures is that I have not had a single leaf turn yellow, or get spots, or have curling leaves, or have any issues with the plant. I would expect some sort of dying leave somewhere, but no. Not one single leaf has been less than perfect, I mean PERFECT. It seems like this LEAF growing box is literally the perfect environment. 🐞 Week 4 Update: LST, A Little Helper, and a Funky Mutation! 🌿 Week Update: Shaping her up! 🐞 Welcome to Week 4! The plant is growing nicely and we are officially starting to shape her up. I had a little ladybug patrolling the coco and hanging out on the leaves always nice to have some natural pest control on duty! But the most interesting thing this week is a strange little leaf mutation on one of the new growths. The Details: Development: She is vegging well and taking to the substrate nicely. The roots must be getting well established because the top growth is really starting to push out. There is a really funky leaf mutation happening on one side (check the close-up pics!) where the leaf looks twisted and almost double-layered. It doesn't seem to be slowing her down though, just a cool genetic quirk! Structure: I started some LST (Low Stress Training) this week! Using some wire ties to gently bend the main stem down and expose those lower nodes to the light. The goal is to keep the canopy nice and even before she gets too tall. She took the bending like a champ and is already turning her top back up towards the light. Health: Overall health is great! The leaves are holding a beautiful deep green, no signs of nutrient burn or deficiencies so far. The ladybug friend 🐞 is a very welcome sight to keep any unwanted pests away from the tent. I'm keeping a close eye on the mutated leaf to see what it does, but otherwise, she's perfectly healthy and happy. Next Steps: I'll continue to adjust the LST ties as she stretches and keep monitoring the moisture levels. I'll probably up the feed slightly next week if she keeps responding this well. YESTERDAY BAD THINGH HAPPENED. I realized that the PH meter was broken and the PH res were very much lower than what I guessed!! The roots was immerged from many days in a really acid solution. So I completely changed the res and eliminated all the rotten branches (that was many). I hope my girl will survive to this bad stress. Finger crossed New Res: 11/06 EC: 1,24 PH: 5,97 12/06 EC: 1447 PH: 6,38 13/06 EC: 1335 PH: 6,16 14/06 From now on, I will give only GHE Ripen (Final Part) to her. Planning to change the res on Friday, for the last two weeks of ripening with only ripen and bio bloom, adjusting the PH whenever above 6 to give some relief to her after 13 days in an acid solution. she seems to recover now (fingers crossed) Today I added 1L with 5ml of ripen and 4 drops of Bio Bloom and PH+ to raise up until 6,4. Now the res is: EC: 1403 PH: 6,45 15/06 The girl is survived and this is the only news I would like to hear! Now the PH is stable and the acid solution should be finally gone. From now on I will dispense only RIPEN: added 1l with 4 ml of ripen. On Friday night I will add florakleen for 24 hours and then on Saturday night new res with only ripen and Bio bloom before the final flush. Maybe this means the roots have finished to drain the previous acid res. I'm happy of that ! The EC is still raising, so I put less Ripen in the new added water. She's drinking a lot. I added 4 L of water today EC: 1655 PH: 6,26 17/06 Added 1L with only Ripen and Hydroguard Ready to change the solution the next week EC: 1684 PH: 6,17

Starting to see a lot of white hairs think they are getting ready for flower, extremely excited to see how these ladies do! Day 24 - started LST on 1 Orange Sherbet & 1 White Widow to compare the differences at harvest! Day 25 - they are looking great! Can’t wait to see how the buds look😍✌️🏼 Day 26 - stretching out a lot! Day 27 - Last day of week 4 everything is going great!✌️🏼🌱

The grow was good, we messed up a few times such as cutting one of the bud sites of Plant A when training but it ended up healing, and cutting off completely the main bud of Plant R which made it produce a lot of trichomes probably to try to survive. We struggled in the beginning with humidity because we did not have a humidifier but the girls were very resistant to the heat and low humidity and their growth was not stunted. I was surprised by how small their roots were in the end which is maybe why they were both quite small. Other than that it was quite easy to grow them and the end result was good so very happy with the grow!

These two were my first tries with autoflowering seeds. I started the seeds directly in their final medium, which is Plagron's Growmix, and the seeds became a plant only in 4 days! They say, this soil has nutrients for the first 3 weeks, but the plants still looking very good in week 6! I only use tapwater, and hopefully, it will be enough for them till the end. To be honest, I'm a bit afraid of nutrients, and as I see in other diaries, it's not really necessery, if you run autos. I also don't do any training, only hiding some bigger leaves, and maybe some lollipopping at the end.

Everything got a lot more darker and golden with temp drop technique i show earlier and water temp 60f and flushing too soon to harvest I’ll show next time how the buds look

July 19: second week of force flowering for Sunday Punch EV. She is a very robust and fast growing plant that can handle the cool overnight temperatures that we get here sometimes. July 21: still looking great and maybe starting to smell a bit. But that’s outdoors, with my general lack of dope smell awareness, so it would likely smell indoors to most people. That sentence sort of makes sense. July 23: added another loose Scrog net layer and using water bottles as weights to open up the canopy. July 25: watering yesterday included some water leftover from steaming beets. Seems that contained a lot of N because they’re looking really green today.

Well been a interesting week to say the least. The one problem plant looked worse than ever so had the experience of a lifetime trying to take that springy net off of the plants ! Don't know who's more traumatised me or the plants ! But got there in the end and did a big flush through the ph was out of ballance at the root zone reading 5.0 /5.1 should of done it a little sooner I suspect. Unsure what caused it as there both of the same res ! But here we are, frosts really starting to build had to supper crop the other more sativa she was looking for taking off through the roof haha! Hopefully that's the end of the drama. These are some tough plants thats for sure and the potential as you can see is huge as I'm only just a begginer in coco and autopots ! See you all next week

Day 9: they are all looking super healthy and ready to explode! I’ll just veg these fast. Let them grow a node or two more then top them all and wait some days then switch to 12/12. I’m having 9 plants in the same tent.

Das war die letzte Woche der GorillaAuto. An sich sehr vollgepackt mit Blüten. Leider etwas viele kleine Blätter die zwischen den Blüten gewachsen sind. Die musste man regelmäßig entfernen damit es nach Regentagen das Wasser besser wegtrocknet und man dem Schimmel etwas vorbeugt. Es waren echt viele von diesen kleinen Blättern... Hier und da waren ein paar Stellen die vom Schimmel betroffen waren. Ich denke das lässt sich outdoor nicht komplett vermeiden. Besonders nicht bei dem verregneten Sommer den wir hier dieses Jahr haben. Für die letzten Tage wurde die GorillaAuto an Regentagen reingeholt damit die buds nicht unnötig nass werden auf die letzten Tage und vielleichtnoch hier und da schimmel entsteht. Für die Zeit drinnen hat ein 5Watt Ventilator für Umluft gesorgt und eine 20W Anzuchtlampe die für etwas Tageslicht sorgt. Das Substrat wurde nur noch so minimal feucht gehalten das das Substrat nicht austrocknet.
