The grow was fairly straightforward and no complications. Veg was fast amd stalks were the thickest to date, I was impressed. Flower was a beautiful show, colors were dark and pretty, got to love that. Buds frosted up immensely amd after the trim still looked frosty. Smell was also a beautiful fragrance, the nose does not work so good amd to be honest mybe its me too. Cant really say amd don't want to make shit up. I will leave this up to a friend and will update later with the smoke report. I have to say this was a great and very satisfying grow. I'm not really sure if I am getting better or ot is the strain. I did change a bunch of things up. I topped at the fourth node this time, probably should have did some more topping too. Will work on that on later grows. During flower I did not let the pots get too dry, maybe 40 or 50%. I also started using a smaller area and now in a tent. Temperatures were also a bit higher, I think the Silicate helped the plan throught this. Flower I had low humidity, consistantly around 38%. Started using a PH pen part way through, just after flower started. This also seemed to help and being it was accurate. I PH'd runoff, never had to make much adjustments thought. Everything going strong. Baby Yoda spreading his ears. One leaf started to curl a bit. Maybe too much water? Starting nutes tomorrow. The more leaves. Wanted to start nutes but soil is too moist. Will hold off for another day. Just misting the surface. Started with Fox Farm at 1/3 dosage as my soil had organic nutes in it already. Starting slowly. Saw a gnat running around. Stopped water and misting. Put some packing tape in. Should be ok. 😁 Temperature is creeping up as I add more light. Maybe increase distance soon. Increased the light distance. Leaves were looking a little baked. Maybe too hot as well.

She's almost ready for harvest. Right now, she will be on plain water for six days. Next, I'll give her one final big flush, let the coco dry out, and then it’s chop time. This strain is looking very dense and is covered in a nice amount of trichomes. Most of them are cloudy now, with a few amber ones starting to appear.

A really hot week last week, The lamp doesn’t make it any easier but steady at 28 degrees now. OG auto in its final days I think, leaves are starting to turn yellow so I’ve started a flush, it’s a beautiful plant, 80% of the plant is covered in bud, I’ll post some good pics before harvest. Not gonna be a crazy yield but for the size of the plant really decent. The feminized OG are all exploding with bud sites, amazing how fast it’s going the smell is getting better by the day Gorillas are cute! Flowering a little slower but a lot bushier and the leaves are sooooo pretty! Started to give more water and upping the dosage of nutes since I’ve not seen any signs of over feeding might as well try it out Okloveyoubye ❤️

Ok, as i enter week 4 I'm a little nervous about the growth of these unknown strains. I'm a day away from week 4, one of the plants is very stunted, looks like its having an issue with a nitrogen deficiency? Otherwise I've topped the other two which seem to be doing moderately better, but one of them looks like its about to follow suit of the other plant. UPDATE; I have replaced the previous pictures posted of the plants with these. As you can tell I have varying deficiency peaking through, especially #2 my wife's plant, if anyone can shed some light, please do so as it is progressing quickly. What a ride, Made some mistakes and missteps along the way but I learned so much about these plants and the intense care and attention that goes into growing quality herb 😵 Next grow I think I will stake branches instead of the scrog so I can easily reach/rotate or lift plants. I definitely need to focus on growing fewer larger branches off each plant because trimming larfy/airy popcorn nugs from all these little branches that popped up during flower is no fun😡. Probably should take my time more with the next one, I received a Dr Grinspoon seed so that obviously will force me to extended the flower time, might go longer in veg too removing more leaves/branches before flipping. Overall besides the trimming hell I've been in for the last week This was so much fun and I can't wait to go again and improve on my methods, try new ones and learn even more 😁 Thanks for checking out my first Diary, FatalFarmer

The plant experienced a noticeable stretch last week, and the branches are now quite close to the LEDs. While the buds aren't at risk of burning, I decided to supercrop the tallest branches to prevent them from blocking light to the lower ones. Additionally, I removed a lot of leaves to ensure adequate airflow and reduce the risk of bud rot in the coming weeks. To further enhance airflow, I installed an extra fan at the back of the Minigrow. The installation was straightforward: using a cable adapter, I connected both the existing fan and the new one to the fan controller. Start of week 3, the three survivors are doing great! I did happen to find some algae growing on top of one of the rockwool cubes. (This was my fault for not fully covering the tops of them with hydroton to block out light.) As an attempted fix, I cut some square pieces of black cloth that I laid of the top of the cubes to block out the light completely. Hoping removing their light source, the algae will die off and discourage any further growth. If it gets any worse I’ll try using a hydrogen peroxide solution. Day 17, the three ladies are looking nice. Starting to see some nice healthy roots populate inside the buckets. I went ahead and upped their nutrients today. We will see how they are doing in the morning. -FloraFlex - 1.5g/gal of each V1 and V2. -Advanced Nutrients - 1/2 strength MGB and hobbyist additives. **Algae update: seems like using the black cloth to block out all the light has killed off that algae growth and I don’t see anymore so it’s working!** Day 18, I thought one of my plants had root rot. Which was weird for it to happen that fast in less than 24 hours since changing the res. Come to find out it’s just nutrient stain from the Advanced Nutrients, so thank god. #1 and #2 which are growing with FloraFlex got FIMmed today. I’ve topped plants before but never FIM. Not sure if I did it right, but that’s the fun in all this, is experimenting to see what works. Day 20, #1 and #2 are responding well after being FIMmed couple days ago. I decided to FIM #3 as well. I also decided to leave the 4th one out of this diary from here on out since she’s behind. We will stick with the original three that survived from the start. So far I’m really loving their bushy appearance and thick leaves. Their roots are coming out super nice as well! Pretty soon these babies are going to just take off!
