Really love a set of scales to keep track of weight too. pH and EC are both critical for thriving plant health, but temperature also plays a pivotal role in achieving optimal growth. It also happens to be the fundamental parameter that's most commonly overlooked. When you think about temperature in the context of a growing environment, you could be referring to the temperature of the air around the plants or you could also be referring to the temperature of nutrient solution or irrigation water, which will affect the root zone temperature. While air temperature is important, for the purposes of this piece, I'll be focusing on root zone temperature and its effect on nutrient uptake and overall plant health. That's because a plant's root system is the location of two essential chemical processes: water and nutrient absorption. In each of these processes, having the correct root zone temperature is paramount for these to occur efficiently. In a nutshell, root zone temperature will affect the rate at which your plants are able to absorb nutrients. If you let your root zone temperature remain unmonitored and uncontrolled, this could lead to disastrous effects on your overall crop yield. Nutrient absorption is largely driven by chemical processes, which take place in your plants' roots; the efficacy of these processes is determined by the temperatures to which those roots are exposed. Once your root zone temperature moves out of its optimal range, the plant will not be able to deliver optimal levels of nutrients and water. Ideally, you should aim to have your nutrient solution or irrigation water temperature at around 18 – 22 °C (65 - 72 °F) to ensure optimal nutrient and water uptake. In addition to having an effect on nutrient absorption, your root zone temperature also affects oxygen availability and solubility. If your water is too warm, you could risk starving your roots of oxygen as warm water cannot hold as much dissolved oxygen as colder water. the stretch has begun. in just 9 days the flowers are gonna start to form. i've been trying to give the plants more support. i placed a bunch of Bamboo through the cages to support the branches and placed a net on the smallest plant. ( the net's holes were too small, so i cut it up. only problem, since i can't reach the other plants that well i can't do the same for them. yet.) i'm working on it, i haven't had that much of time lately to work on the plants and the weather isn't helping either. most of the plants reached the height of 180 centimeters and maybe 190 before flowering. curious how big they will become when it all starts.

14. Woche, P1 fällt morgen, die ist soweit gut denke ich (ca. 20% aufwärts Bernstein Trichome). P2 braucht leider noch ca. 1 woche länger. 93. Tag ist für P1 das Ende, sie wurde heute vorgetrimmt und zum trocknen aufgehängt. Ergebnisse gibt es wenn die P2 auch geerntet wird, denke nächste Woche um die Zeit. Aber eins kann ich euch versichern, is mit Abstand die schwerste die ich ist jetzt hatte😊🍀🍀. Gebt euch auch mal wie viele Trichome die gute produziert hat, Duft is noch sehr pflanzlich, Blüten sind ziemlich fest gewesen hoffe das es nach dem trocknen noch so ist. Alles in allem super Run. Hoffentlich is die gute bei den Top 10 das wäre ein träumchen, wobei ich es wirklich jedem gönne zu gewinnen und bei soviel starker Konkurrenz geht ich wahrscheinlich unter. Seed to harvest in only 61 days! My fastest auto yet 😱 Grape Walker Kush x Ice N Baked freebie This thing took off and blasted past the other two I have going. It grew tall really fast! I can see why it’s a freebie because it’s super tall and probably not the biggest yield but the smell is amazing! I was hoping for grape and I definitely got it! It smells like Grape Gelato lots of grape and a sweet dessert profile. Had a busy last few weeks and was hoping to post more updates. Harvested in a rush but it’s been drying for 5 days now. Will update with yield and post dry pics then later do a smoke report. Overall really easy grow just had to tame it a bit. Never really ran into issues with how quick it was. Sad I only have 1 seed left would love some more! Update: Ended up with 6.5oz and definitely happy! It’s very much grape, ice cream, gelato, dessert, cake flavor. I hope I can get more because I only have 1 seed left. Might try to reverse it but not sure if worth the risk. Everyone that tried it loved it! It’s a chill indica not super sedative but if sleepy enough will knock you out. Overall all good notes on this one. No dry mouth, eyes or munchies. Just a very well rounded indica. Nice hard dense buds. Just ordered a press and plan to make some flower rosin. Trim I’m not sure if enough worth washing. 5 gallon, Coco/Perlite, 20/4, Mega Crop part 1, OAC Calmag, Recharge.

Welcome to week 7 of veg life! The lady’s took around 4 days after there transplant to find there growth rate as they would have been filling there pots with roots. They have come on strong over the last 5 days really filling out and keeping there nodes really tight as they grow in height. They have been getting 2ltrs of water every 2 days. This is not giving run off but that will come when we get into flower. We have been feeding the lady nutes twice a week and keeping a eye on there tips as I think out nutes are rather weak. They have shown nothing but love for the larger amounts of nutes so far, see if it bites me on the butt I guess. We will run them another week in veg and switch them from there and see how we go. About day 38 i am just realizing that i am stupid and been feeding the biogrow for cocoa coir 🤦‍♂️ way iver nuting with soil it says never to go over 1ml/L So i will be flushing for at least 1 or two waterings. Looking for the tip burn to stop spreading and the tips to not look like there clawing

Will start winding her down this week. Her buds aren't gonna get any fatter. The stretch during pre flower thanks to me using my IR "FAR RED", with lights on, BIG MISTAKE. Stayed on a 600ish ppm feed for wk 11. Was lowered by half for this week. And will flip cut her off and will be on water for week 13. Buds have developed a lovely pink to them. And the leafs are also starting to turn. '95% of the time. I harvest before I get to that. Haven't had much luck with fade and such. But, hey, the bud did speaks for itself. And, this is also mainly down to the fact. I remove all those energy using fan leafs. Not mad about making pretty leafs, but lovely bud. Hello. What a change with her growth this week, she is exploding. My Gelat.OG x2 are struggling to keep up with her although I germinated them at the same day. I will clean out her solution sometime this week and give her fresh nutes. I also decided to keep this plant along with my Gelat.OG and Green Gelato all in this same tent sharing 2 x 200W COB/CREE LED lights. Indoor temp runs about 79-81F.
